Transmigrated as a no name baron's son

There I was with my headphones playing some songs on Spotify while re-reading my favourite book "The commoners rise to nobility" while cursing at Spotify for adding so many ads absolutely ruining my reading session my eye met at black coloured paper then i remembered how I bought this while coming home drunk a homeless phony was asking for money i gave him some money and he gave me this he said it will turn your deepest desire true you just need to write it down in it i swear to god i laughed my ass it's been two days since then and black coloured paper is still here,So joking I wrote to live in my favourite book to get transmigrated in the book then I fell asleep a few minutes later and now I just woke up in this king size bedroom with great tiles a luxury ceiling i woke up from that unfamiliar but familiar place I felt something wrong with my body I went to my mirror there I saw a scrawny 5ft 4 boy with black hair and scrawny body and a kinda good looking face ruined by malnutrisioned then I felt a surge in my head it seemed like hundreds of iron pins were being hammered in my skull minute by minute I held my head with my hands i noticed my hands and the finger tips which were kinda blue then I felt my head at relieved and at once all the memories of the previous memories of the previous owner of this body came back to me I was a no name baron's only son who was fairly smart and caring for his people until he faced cancer and was terminally ill and his name was
