Chapter 4 - SAVİOR

Several days had passed. The team had gathered again at the bar.

Kozuki stood up, holding a glass of whiskey with a smirk on his face.

"Tomorrow morning. That bank is going down."

Miyamoto tensed. "Tomorrow?! We haven't even discussed the plan!"

Kozuki grinned. "The plan's simple. Teleport in, grab everything, and get out. Cause some chaos."

Irva raised her hands and interjected. "Miyamoto's right, Kozuki. This won't work like that."

Kozuki nodded. "You're all too boring."

Haruki cut in. "Me? I'm coming too!"

Kozuki looked at him. "You stay here at the bar. I've no doubt we'll be back."

He added teasingly, "You're the only one who can't teleport."

Haruki got slightly irritated. "Don't even try to drag me into that mess. You're all addicted to it now."

Kozuki replied sharply. "Cut the crap. We're fine."

Haruki sighed, then smiled. "At least thanks to you, I don't have to deal with drunks anymore."

Irva stood up. "Gentlemen, this plan is different from the others."

She teleported away and returned a moment later, looking a bit disheveled. She tossed a pile of documents related to the bank onto the table.

Holding each page, she explained: "It's simple. I'll cut the power and call you in. I'll cause a distraction inside. You'll teleport to this spot and grab everything you can. Then we leave. Got it?"

Haruki grumbled. "Sitting here doing nothing is so boring. You realize that, right?"

Kozuki responded warmly. "You're our comrade here. We won't let anything happen to you."

Irva added with a grin. "There are at least 40 guards in banks after you two."

"Luckily," she smiled, "guns don't affect us anymore."

Miyamoto's face remained tense. "It's not the guns I'm worried about—it's the chaos. If panic hits, we won't have time to focus. We won't be able to teleport."

Kozuki gave a faint smile. "I trust you, boys."

The next day, noon. Two guards were smoking outside the city's largest bank.

Irva teleported directly into the security room and cut the power. She returned to the bar with a confident grin.

"It's time."

Kozuki and Miyamoto teleported into the bank's vault room. A guard was standing right in front of Miyamoto's face. The guard screamed. Another activated the sirens.

Outside, reinforcements were on their way.

Miyamoto tried to teleport but fell to the floor.

"I can't do it, brother!"

"Focus. Look him in the eyes," Kozuki urged.

Miyamoto locked eyes with the guard, passed through him, and kicked him in the back.

Then he noticed a photo lying nearby—it showed a dark, eerie room.

He teleported there and flipped on the light, only to find a single flash drive. He took it and returned.

Meanwhile, Irva was in the systems room. She recognized someone—her trauma was triggered. She collapsed.

"No… no… I can't do this."

"You chose the wrong path, Irva," said the man.

A dark silhouette appeared behind the man. It passed through him, grabbed his neck, and slammed him against the wall.

The stranger extended a hand toward Irva.

"It's over," he said with a smile.

Irva was startled but took his hand with a faint smile.

Kozuki appeared.

"You can teleport too…"

The man smiled. "Hello, Kozuki."

"You?! How—?" Kozuki said, frustrated.

"Irva, if you've got what you came for, we're leaving."

Kozuki teleported back to Miyamoto. With a nod, they departed.

Back at the bar, Kozuki saw the man had followed them. He got angry and approached him.

"Who are you? How can you use it? How did you know we'd come here?"

The man raised his hands and smiled at Irva. "I swear your bartender friend didn't tell me."

Everyone turned to Haruki. Cold sweat ran down his face. He smiled awkwardly.

"You're just not being careful," the man said.

He turned to Irva and slowly walked toward her.

"Allow me to introduce myself, miss. I'm Kisaragi. Pleased to meet you."

He kissed Irva's hand. She blushed slightly.

Kisaragi smiled at Kozuki. "This is how we settle the score, Kozuki."

Kozuki looked baffled.

In a corner of the bar, bags, documents, and gold spilled across the floor. Enough money to last seven generations. A small, glowing flash drive lay among them.

Kozuki bent down and picked it up. "What the hell is this?"

Miyamoto sighed. "There was a secret room. I found it there."

"Man, I'm getting so bored here," Haruki groaned. "Give me something to do too."

Irva grabbed the flash drive and tossed it to Haruki. "Here, this is your mission."

Haruki glared at her. "Just plug it in already. We need to know what it is," Irva added.

Haruki inserted it into the computer.

"Damn. It's password protected. I can't get in."

"No way in?" Irva asked.

Kozuki lifted his head slightly. "None."

Everyone turned to Irva and gathered around her.

Kozuki sat beside her. "Is there anything you want to tell us, Irva?"

Irva lowered her head.

"I know what you're referring to. He was a friend from my military days. He tried to do what he was ordered to… but I was the last person he should've done it to."

Everyone went quiet.

Kisaragi chimed in with a mischievous grin. "I don't know what happened, but I must've deserved what I did." He looked at Irva.

Kozuki, Haruki, and Miyamoto all said sharply:

"Stay out of it."
