History:
Juhan is the son of the Butcher family that worked in the kitchen of the Imperial Royal Palace. He was taught from childhood how to prepare the ingredients to cook a meal for the Royal Family.
He started cooking when he was 7 years old when he properly holding his paring knife to peel vegetable skins. He always help prepare the ingredients with other apprentices while the senior chefs cook the dishes worthy for the Royal Family.
He considered the kitchen hands his friends and family. He liked chatting with his fellow apprentices and seek advices from the veterans.
