Looking at the drawings that the general had drawn while it showed that one of them had different colors eyes than the other two, with one having green eyes, with the other two having different color eyes while theirs are purple.
The General puts the cap back on the marker before looking up to all of us pointing it at the first drawing before "this one is known to be a zombie with their green eye's classifying what they are, now I know that when you all hear the word zombies. That you suspect it to be a monster that has decaying flesh and move around missing bodies parts, if this is your assumption then you are in for a royal and very brutal reawakening with the cost of payment being your life.
These zombies are no different from you or me besides them not having any of their self-conscious to rely on, as they thrive off of one and only one thing. The most basic of all human's instincts to function with it being the need to feed, while their urge is incredibly strong to follow this one instinct it causes them to eat anything that has a pulse. But that's not all it does to them with them being dead it allows them to tap into the human's bodies full strength that lays dormant, letting them run faster and have the means to be stronger than the average man or woman."

Letting the thought go when I noticed him moving the marker over to the next drawing before continuing to speak. "This one is the one that we truly have to fear with it seeming to be more than just a blood sucker, with them being able to go from non-sentient to being fully sentient monsters. We have decided to classify them as a strigoi while they only seem to thrive off of the need for blood, so far, we haven't been able to get too much information on them besides their need for blood.
And that every time they drink blood from their victims it allows them to return from being none sentient monster's, to sentient beings like us humans with the speed of their consciousness to be recovered is left to be undetermined. But with or without being conscious they're able to display strength of being the most viscous and strongest things to walk on this earth, not only having superior speed along with strength to us just like the zombies.
Putting them at the top of the food as there's been proof of their strength being able to withstand the weight of 1 gigaton, marking that strigoi as the strongest of them while it was also semi-sentient.
With it speed clocking at a four point five seconds, it's deemed that it's best to use guns and swords on them. But we have noticed that the material used in making bullets and the swords aren't the best in killing them, so we are currently researching other materials that can be used on them. As the current materials for the swords and bullets work on the zombies as of now, we may need to be ready for the instance that they don't.
With that being all on the classification on the homunculus's I will move on to your mission debriefing, now your mission is to try and clear out two parts of the other side of the bridge so that we can start expanding back into the other city. We will be sending you out in two squadrons with a search and recovery team on the standby for you, as one team will be sent to clear out the hospital along with the area around it before clearing the hospital itself.
As the other team is to be sent to clear out the area around the food market, as they're to also clear the food market itself just like how the first group is to do the hospital. Onces the designated areas are safely secured we will be able to gather more food and more medical devices for the zone, while we may be able to have other missions like this if expanded to those points across the bridge.
In the next 45 minutes you will be drilled in the basic ways of military arts to have some of the knowledge, of knowing what to do out in the field with the soldiers that will be in each of your squadrons. I want all of you to split into two groups of fifty to begin your training."

Leaving the military outpost as we walk across the bridge me and the others have managed to be in the same squadron with the individual squads not being made yet, they said that will be up to our squadron's leaders. Reaching the end of the bridge we split from the other squadron, we headed to the hospital.
The ruin of the city was a wakeup call to those that believe everything would return to normal if they believed that with time the military could eradicate the homunculus, but the bodies that litter the streets to be seen by all that bore witnesses to them while some of them had their intestines ripped from their bodies.
While other's look liked shriveled up husks as all their blood was drained from their bodies left to just wither away, turning the corner to go down the street that was said to get us at the hospital turned out to be a path that would begin to show us the hell that were now living in.
Clinching my two katana's "Sky, Sue, Casi, Ben, and Gah make sure you all don't enter your hybrid states we must not let it be known with this being the first battle to test humanity against the threat of the homunculus's."
Skylar: "You just make sure that during this fight that you stay within sight of us so that we can protect or help you if the need arises for us to."
Casey: "Cleo theses are strigoi's we can't just believe that we can handle them in our original states we don't have any experience with our new strength, if calls have to be made make sure that one of us knows about."
Seeing them grip their weapons with the Major taken in the situation before a strigoi notice us when he tried to give an order in a low voice "alright soldiers I want us to retreat and find another route."
Backing up, after hearing his order a crunch sound emitted causing all of us to halt from it, being that it could be heard from someone stepping on a piece of glass having a pair of strigoi's turn their head towards us. Before they'd made a shrieking noise leaving us to guess that they called for more to come and attack us, causing the Major to shout "GET READY FOR COMBAT!"
Seeing strigoi's run from out of the buildings with some even jumping from the windows to attack us, the two that called for them had also came running at us. With my katanas in both of my hands I charged into the fray claiming my first two kills of the night.
