The year is 2075, and the world is going through an advancement in both technology and political development across the globe from the contusion of the moon base to the first planned landing on Mars. Additionally, relations with hostile countries are showing signs of coming to an end. Still, as we venture out on a grand scale, we follow the story of a man who is set to be the start of a new age of discovery and technological advancement.
The man is known as a genius in many fields of research, but his most studied field is software engineering as in that field he felt there is so much growth that one person can achieve. This person's name is Alexander Benferd born on 2014, March, 16th in the state of California to a loving family that tried their best to help him grow into the man he was destined to be. The first time that he saw computers or anything that had a code, he wanted to find out how they worked. Over the years starting at the earliest, kindergarten to 6th grade, he always was at the top of the class and more mature than anyone of his age. He still played like the other kids but it was evident that this boy was meant to do great things in the future. He was offered a chance to take higher-level courses to not waste his talent at lower levels. Time passed and Alexander is now 18 and has finished getting his master's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, and Physics, and working on his Biology and Chemistry Degrees.
Over time his advancements through universities left and right made many companies such as Blue Origin or SpaceX fought to get him to join them, in the end, he had many eyes on him as people started to say he was the next leap into the next age. At his 25th he and an investor that supported him started his own company to create and improve the world at large. This was the best thing that could happen and the years that followed would never be the same. Striving to make his creations and a chance to show the world what he could do, he started to experiment with many inventions to improve the passing of information to any device. Beginning by improving the speed at which satellites can hold information to better relay the world with faster comes and the first steps on the layout of the moon base that will be beginning construction soon. In addition to the ongoing project that he has been working on, the main one that he is working on is ways to transfer one's mind to the web or backup drive doing so can bring many benefits, but can also lead to dangerous backfire as in doing so can open the door to a quick death. He started on high brain waves in animals that have the same level of neurons in the brain or more to see how it affects the minds. 10 Years passed by and he and others were discussing blueprints that had shown promises with the AI that he had made to help run and begin work on the moon base, however, the other reason he was here was to discuss the go-ahead on the wide world network of gathered information that the planned moon base will be working with.
It will take the AI 13 years to get the base human habitable and work ready to build the first outer space shipyard. The meeting lasted hours to find any errors in the code or the equipment being launched ready, but after days of looking it over it was given the go-ahead. So with the launch, the space agency that was launching the parts made history as the first to ever begin the construction of the moon base and beyond. During these 13 years, Alexander has been inventing new technologies for the public and the military from the supercomputer that can do 350 trillion calculations per second, to the hovering device that can carry 20 tons of weight, all the way to a public head piece to show the Person what was on the new or call a friend, but the best was the advancement of his project as he finally got it some amazing data to test with, as the experimentation went on with the tested chimps, all the way to a dolphin came with a result that was pleasing as it provided what Alexander needed, he was getting close to his goal.
On the moon, the AI was doing its job and every day sent messages to Alexzander and the base of operation and of course there where some damages from a random rock hitting a truck or a high spike of radiation but the base was being put in a huge lava tube from an ancient lava canal that was discovered, the space was massive easily able to fit 3 empire state buildings on top each other but the most important part was the massive amount of resources like iron, silicon, aluminum, titanium, and water that were there. After the 13 years that it took the AI to build the massive mining equipment, living quarters, and many other factories that help the base function, residents were to be finally shipped off the world. The base itself had a carrying capacity of up to 6000 people and the zero-g testing that was done on the ISS was proving the effects it had on the body when the people arrived they started to make the small but no less impressive jumps in the study of plant life that the AI has started and the medical implications that can with it, in less than a year the world was amazed as not even a year past a baby girl was born on the moon, the first human not to be born on the planet and certainly not the last. After 2 years the base is fully staffed. The next phase was put into motion, to build and fly ships to the planets in the solar system. During the years the team that has been with the base, has been making a ship that can be more comfortable to travel in and has an experiment with gravity tech to make walking on the ship feel like walking on the earth the man behind this tech was Alexander. Time passes and the ships that are to be tested are crewed and selected to fly to Mars, the planned date of arrival is August 19, 2060.
In an underground base sat Alexander working on his project and unfortunately, he was testing his experiment on a chimpanzee as the one he's tested before was a success, but it slowly eradicated as their minds were too weak, there was something that the chimp didn't have to be fully accepted, so more testing is required to make the experiment work, however during this moment the ship that was built to arrive at mars was about to land, the news stations were brocading the descent of the ship entering the atmosphere. After about 30 mins, the first astronaut to land on another planet, the excitement was in everyone's hearts as the astronauts set foot on the red planet and planted the flag company logo. But there was a bizarre feeling that the astronauts were showing signs of panic, and then the video feed went dark for three long minutes, during that time many were confused and many satellites were trying to get the connection back, that is until the video came back on to show the very same landscape but a red mist was coming there way many thought it was a red sand storm until it made contact with the astronauts the video showed the suits that the astronauts disagreeing to only later hear the panic and screams that they were letting out as this was happening the world felt a shiver go down its back, many turned off the TV or simply watch, a long Silence was all that followed…. Until the whole world went into chaos.
It has been Five years after the incident that happened on Mars the governments were still trying to calm the population first and the increase of crime and many others started to pack up supplies to prepare for an invasion. The day is April 3, 2075 the world is slowly healing from the shock that had happened but there is a sinking feeling whenever anyone looks towards the sky. But today is was going to be the day that many were worrying about as at 3:00pm the shy got dimmer, many stare at the sky to see 100s of strange ships that were floating above them without any warning the ships started to bomb the planet the bombs that made connect to the ground showed the same appearance from the video that transpired on the Mars mission, the Red Miss…. as soon that it touch the people they started to break down all the way to the plants that were thriving started to wilt and blow into the wind as dust; in a matter of moments the once lush green and blue planet that supported life started to turn into a red and black landscape as the blood and dust of once living creatures floundered in the atmosphere, during this time Alexander was in his underground facility testing the final step in the transfer of the mind to show the world that it can be done that it… until he saw his cameras that were stationed around his base and home showing the bombs that contained the bloody mist covering the city, and as this was happening ..he was shaken. The thoughts that formed in his mind were ( this can't be real there's no way this should be happening) but it was.. and he had to find a way to survive the incoming doom that was trying to take everything he paid Stanley's work for until he had an idea… but it was risky, it can kill him even, but what other choice does he have. So at this life of death scenario he choused to put himself in the mane frank of his massive net work of data holdings, as the incoming storm was coming ever closer he went to the chare that normally held the test subjects, while doing this he can hear the all his test animals searching in panic as they can sense the incoming dread, as he set himself into the testing chair and get the connections points to quickly be uploaded in to the main data holding sector, the thoughts going through his mind where (if there is a god out there… I'll find it and make them pay) during his rush to get everything set in, the mist that he saw on the was coming through the vents the animals that were streaming and howling are now silent and the only thing to do is to try to get uploaded as the mist was slowly creeping up to him, the progress was only at 78% so he has to bear through the pain that the mist brings , but the moment the mist hit his leg the pain was so intense that he almost passed out from the overwhelming pain as his Neves were aggressively being eroded away, as the prestige bar hit 92% but at the same time the mist was traveling up to his torso the pain is slowly gaining the advantage as he was slowly fading into the darkness.....until the bar shows that the progress can commence and finally…. After an unknown amount of time later the sounds of a computer were starting up…..rebooting …..starting systems ... .data systems damage ….. Scanning for damages…. Cooling system 15%...contaminated dropping rapidly....power supply 28% …solar panels damage deteriorating at rapid rate…...data storage 9%3A%83)k…. Unable to Scan… found unknown file…. Name: Alexander B2#H%!S….. starting wakeup procedure in 3…2…1…. Uhm what's going on.. Where am I….
