The message was clear for the people that Balaji will change their state for good but in reality the change of good is for only himself.
After giving the message Balaji send off the media personnels who immediately went after the CBI officers to take their interview about this responsibility given by the new CM.
Once they all left the personal assistant of the CM came into the office and made himself familiar with Balaji.
Thamizha: "Good morning sir. I am Thamizha your personal assistant."
Balaji: "Okay. Tell me what are my works for today."
Thamizha: "Sir today you have to check the list of ministers to assign various departments to them."
Balaji: "Okay anything else ?"
Thamizha: "Nothing more for today sir."
Balaji: "Okay then take my uncle to my new resident. He needs some rest."
Thamizha: "Okay sir."
Giving a nod Balaji sent Mayilsamy to the resident of the CM with Thamizha leaving Balaji alone in his office.
While he was alone he looked for Priya but couldn't find her in the office so he took out his phone and called her.
With the call got connected they began a conversation between them.
Balaji: "Hello where are you ?"
Priya: "I am going back to the office."
Balaji: "Why ?"
Priya: "I got am urgent meeting in the office. So i have to leave in a hurry."
Balaji: "Okay but tell me how was my performance today ?"
Priya: "It was perfect. You did a great a job. Now you have the trust of the people with you. But..."
Balaji: "But what ?"
Priya: "But it will be very difficult for you to handle the constant scrutiny and traps. You must be careful."
Balaji: "What fear do I have when you are with me."
Priya: "I can only help you in winning in the election and people's hearts but the managing the state and government is your duty. You must find a path for yourself."
The words spoken by Priya are completely true because handling a single ward and handling a fully functioning state are completely different matters.
Especially in a country where people don't want to make their own lives better but rather they want to know what is going on in the lives of others especially the actors, actresses and politicians.
But for Balaji these things are not a problem anymore because he has a secret of his own that will help him no matter what happens and about that secret only Balaji knowns and no one else.
Balaji: "If you are with me I don't fear anything."
Priya: "I have said already. My work comes with contract."
Balaji: "Then I want to sign another contract with you which will have no expiry date till my full life."
Priya: "CM sir please focus on your work now. Bye."
Balaji is in love with Priya and wants to marry her but Priya is just scared pf damaging his reputation for which she is not showing emotions and also not reciprocating to his feelings which she obviously knowns about.
But Balaji is a very persistent and tenacious person who believes that one day he will get the love that he wants.
So after talking with Priya, Balaji took a file that was on his table and when flipped through the pages of the file he saw the names and details of the ministers of the government.
As a CM Balaji can either keep the current ministers the same way they all are or he can shake up the ministers and change their posts.
Out of all of the council of ministers and the designations they hold Balaji saw some potential ministries from which great corruption can be generated.
Those ministries are the housing prohibition, excise, natural resources, water resources and municipal administration.
While Balaji was checking on the lists the system came out of his body and with the appearance of the system everything got froze once.
[ You clearly have good eyes to find the best ministries for corruption. ]
Balaji: "Amma..."
Balaji was completely shocked hearing the voice in his ears with the word corruption in them that it made him almost jumped on his seat.
But when he the system standing near him he calmed down himself while huffing and catching his breathe.
Balaji: "You should give some warning before coming out like this."
[ Sorry Master. Next time I will surely do that. ]
Balaji: "The prospects are good. But I don't want to dirty my own hands. But I also don't want to loose these money to go away from me as well."
[ Hmm. The problem is difficult but there is no problem that you can't think of a solution of it. I am sure you will have thought about the way out for now."
Balaji: "Indeed I have an idea and that is the utmost unwavering loyalty and obedience of those ministers. But the problem to execute this idea is that those people will never do that. So this plan is impossible to execute. That's why I am in a deep thought what I should do."
[ The problem is surely dire. Once someone has tasted the fruits of corruption then they will never left it for others to taste as well. ]
