(General POV)
The late evening skies above Angel Grove darkened prematurely, not because of a coming storm, but because of something far more terrifying.
BOOOM!!!
A thunderous crash echoed through the city as a monstrous green figure landed heavily on the rooftop of a tall skyscraper, sending cracks down its structure.
"SMASH!!!" the gamma-fueled giant roared, fists pounding his chest in raw, untamed fury.
The streets below cleared instantly. Citizens who had long become used to the occasional kaiju invasions and villain attacks scurried into underground bunkers and reinforced basements. The city's early warning system had already blared to life twenty minutes ago.
But this wasn't some mutated alien or a giant bio-mech from another dimension.
This was the HULK.
From behind the green behemoth, jets soared into view.
"This is Falcon-3, visual on the target. Awaiting orders, General Ross."
General Thaddeus Ross stood inside a high-tech military mobile command center parked just outside Angel Grove, sweat glistening down his forehead as his eyes stayed fixed on the live drone footage.
"Send in the airstrike," he barked. "We contain him now. That monster isn't making it another step."
"Yessir! Airstrike inbound!"
Missiles soared through the sky, slicing across the city's glowing twilight like vengeful meteors.
But they never reached their mark.
HULK'S eyes gleamed with emerald fire as he leapt upward, swatting one missile out of the sky like a fly.
BOOOM!!!
Another one exploded behind him, rocking the surrounding buildings and sending shockwaves through the air. Jet after jet swooped in, but Hulk was already moving.
"RAAAAGGHHHHHHH!!!"
He slammed his fists into one jet mid-flight, sending its wreckage spiraling toward the ground. Another he grabbed by its tail, hurling it into a nearby building.
CRASSSH!!!
Screams echoed, sirens wailed, and the earth trembled.
Ross watched the destruction unfold, his heart pounding.
"He's absorbing more gamma energy," one of the tech officers muttered. "Sir, readings are off the charts."
Ross clenched his fists. "This... was not supposed to happen."
Outside, tanks rolled in. Soldiers opened fire. The Hulk, undeterred, let out a monstrous yell as he punched a tank into the side of a building.
"RETREAT! RETREAT!!" Ross screamed into the comms. "Get the hell out of there!!"
Too late.
Jets exploded mid-air. Tanks crumpled like paper. Smoke and flames engulfed the block. Even the reinforced military mechs deployed by Ross' team were smashed apart like plastic toys.
The Hulk was a one-man apocalypse, growing angrier and stronger by the second.

(Tommy Oliver-Dino Lab)
Inside the Dino Lab, a loud alarm began to ring.
WEEEOOOO!!! WEEEOOOO!!!
Tommy Oliver looked up from his console, instantly alert.
He swiped a few keys on the keyboard, activating the lab's satellite uplink. The large monitor displayed a chaotic overhead view of Angel Grove, complete with real-time battle analysis.
"What in the…?" Tommy muttered as he narrowed his eyes.
Jets were being torn apart. Ground forces decimated. And right in the center of it all — the Hulk.
He pressed a button on the panel. "Dino Rangers, report to the lab immediately," he said into the mic.
He turned and activated another console, this one connecting to New Tech City's SPD Headquarters.
"SPD Command, this is Tommy Oliver, Angel Grove emergency code 6-Zeta. We have a hostile gamma-level incident. Repeat, gamma-level. Civilian and structural casualties escalating. We need support."
As the screen flickered, Tommy clenched his jaw.
"This isn't Mesogog's doing," he said to himself. "This is military. Some failed experiment they couldn't control."
He glanced over to the satellite feed again. "And now it's our problem."

(SPD Headquarters)
Doggy Cruger stood silently in front of a vast holographic screen. The red lights of the emergency alert system painted the room in ominous hues.
The moment the feed from Angel Grove began, he had already been watching.
"Deploy C-Team Cadets," he commanded coolly. "Gamma-class protocol. Do not engage unless fired upon. Priority is civilian evacuation."
"Understood, Commander," an SPD officer saluted and turned away to relay the command.
Doggy's sharp eyes followed the deployment markers moving toward Angel Grove.
He then turned and walked toward the metallic desk at the far side of the command center.
On it sat a sleek metal suitcase.
With a slow breath, he pressed the release mechanism.
PSSSSSSHHH.
The suitcase opened, revealing a faint golden glow that illuminated Cruger's face.
Inside lay five custom morphers, sleek in design with the SPD logo etched across the surface. Each one humming softly with a dormant yet potent energy.
He stared at them for a moment.
"They are not ready yet," he said in a low growl.
He closed the suitcase slowly.
"Not yet."
Outside the SPD base, ships began launching, streaking across the sky towards Angel Grove.
War was coming.
But the Rangers weren't the only ones preparing for it.

(Mesogog's Island)
Inside a dimly lit, bio-organic command chamber that pulsed with strange green energy, Mesogog stood tall, his clawed hands resting behind his back.
His cold reptilian eyes were fixed on the wide central monitor, which displayed Hulk's rampage across Angel Grove in real time.
Buildings crumbling. Vehicles exploding. The military fleeing in panic.
"Fascinating," Mesogog hissed softly, a cruel smirk dancing across his mutated lips. "Such raw... uncontrollable strength. A creature born of human error and hubris."
Zeltrax approached from the shadows, his mechanical voice cold. "Do you wish to exploit this chaos, my lord? Shall we launch a distraction to further damage the city while the Rangers are occupied?"
Mesogog slowly shook his head, still watching the footage intently.
"No. Not yet. The destruction serves its purpose already. But... I see an opportunity here."
He turned his sharp gaze toward Zeltrax.
"I want a sample. DNA or blood. Send one of the shadow tyrannodrones to retrieve it. Discreetly. Wait until the chaos peaks. The military will not notice one more shadow."
Zeltrax bowed immediately. "As you command, my lord."
Mesogog turned back to the monitor.
"Add it to Project E.X.E," he whispered with sinister satisfaction. "Let us see what becomes of a beast when it is remade in our image."
He chuckled lowly, the screen reflecting in his eyes as the Hulk leapt across Angel Grove, trailing smoke and ruin.
"In the end. Victory shall be mine."
