But I'm not giving up, I will reach 9th circle

I died that day and reincarnated.
But this world's magic looks different.
I've decided, I will walk the path of 9th circle from scratch.
PART-1:
A carriage stops at an unknown city.
"Sir…sir mage we have arrived"

Today is also same, no progress on magic circle.
Some kids on the road were playing

After the kid's left I went to the inn and booked a room, and went outside for the festival that is happening in this town.
It was pretty lively
For a festival, a lot of stalls and kids are present.
After the festival was over, a display of fireworks lighted the sky, this was meant for the couples
Who want to be together, what can you do when you are alone T-T.

"everybody run it's a real meteor"
Tsk..,they are not gonna make it.
That day I decided I will push myself to my limit.

That day two things happened,I became an 8th circle and I died while protecting while helping those town people.
I died,but Im left with regrets except the fact that I couldn't reach the 9th circle.

(in an empty space)

OH! Right I died due to forced circle formation, what a pathetic end for me.
or so I thought, suddenly a flash of light dragged me ,I wondered where will I end up.

I got used to the fact that, I died and reincarnated into another world.
my mother name is seir saryan and my father's is rishit saryan they are high human's,they are the only parent's I have in my both Live's.
My mother, seir is a kind and caring mother, while my father was strong, kind but overly protective of me.
remaining people are my sister lyra saryan who is 6 months old and a maid, who is raising me and my sister .
this world isn't that bad, its more of a nature oriented than my previous world, the village we are currently living is called Brunei, it is located in a nation called Caladenia.
one of the few nations ruling continent Kunras.
In this world i hope to live without regrets and reach my goal

In my previous life family is one thing that i could never imagine of.
I was an orphan from birth , I was raised by the orphanage until some bandits destroyed the village and sold other children as slaves.
I was sold to a kind magician due to my luck and became his disciple.
After ,I became independent what I did was immediately to execute all those bandits.
After that I saved many slaves and became an adventurer to increase my experience.

The language i know and the language they speak in this world is different .
And the simplest language than the language i used to know.
one more thing i discovered is the existence of mana.
When i was looking for a book i was injured and that's when i realized that my mother and father were adventurer's.
My mother is a mage and my father was a swordsman. but..

I couldn't discover the existance of mana due to my lack of fresh air.
she used a healing spell using normal chanting without circles.
That's something that is considered impossible in my past life.
this, this may help me in reaching my goal, that day i understood what i have to do.
later after that day i secretly went outside and began to meditate to make sure mana in this world works same or not.
well i have to try and find out.
i started meditating.
-first i will try letting mana flow into my heart through my mana vein, and let it form a circle.
In this child body it is quite difficult to form a circle.
Well, I'm not your ordinary mage I'm not giving up.
Or so I thought.
Im almost done.
Finally after few hours of meditation not only i reached 2nd circle the mana stored is also huge for a 2nd circle.
I've finally regained my lost hope.
I will first know more about this world mana and at least hit 5th circle.
9th circle i will definitely hit it and i will protect my family that I have.
