Somewhere within the Nation of Justice, Fontaine. Inside of many house there, a young man can be seen lying on a desk within the house bedroom. The young man slowly opened his eyes with a soft groan escaping his lips as he rose up from his lying position. His blurred vision slowly recover as he can see thing a bit more clear as a thought came in his mind.
???: "Where... am I?"
He asked, confused as he slowly standing up from the chair albeit struggling a bit to do so as he nursing his head from the headache. The sharp pain of headache not helping his situation as his blurred vision take a time to finally cleared out.
The first thing he noticed is the unfamiliar surroundings that completely out of place. The room has a bed, a bookshelf, a desk and a lamp on the desk that cast a light to a notebook on the desk too. Overall, it's a rather normal yet cozy bedroom. Except...
???: (I am... alive?)
He asked himself, shocked that he is alive. He vividly remembered that he was getting caught in the middle of a rainstorm while on his way home. Unfortunately, due to the rainstorm, he failed to notice a speeding truck and unable to react as he got hit by it.
But now, here he was. Breathing and alive while inside someone else room. He felt inexplicably shocked and terrified, he tried to make sense of his situation but his throbbing brain caused him to lose strength and fall off balance into the wooden chair.
Thud!
The pain did little. He stood up again by propping himself up as he turned around in anxious, examining his surroundings. As he anxiously taking a step away from the desk , he can feel that feet just stepped on something cold and metallic. Slowly looking down, he removed his feet from the object and find a revolver on the floor.
The sight of it cause him to instinctively leaned back, trying to distance himself from the revolver on the floor. When he look at his side, he noticed himself in the mirror that hanging on the wall. The mirror reflected the present him.
???: (Is this... me?)
Looking at the reflection in the mirror, a figure of a young man with a medium black haircut along a yellow eyes. His facial features is above average looking face and has a rather decent body built with a distinctly scholarly air.
But the most noticable thing was a wound with burn at his temple but he suddenly can see it slowly heal and after a few seconds the wound no longer there. Witnessing this, he came to one conclusion in mind.
???: (I... Could it be that I've transmigrated?)
He guessed, believing that must be the case. He had grown up reading various light novel, manga and fanfiction which he often fantasized over such scenes. But now, he unsure how to react when he just experience it right now. In fact, he actually panicking at this moment.
???: (Calm down, calm down me. I need to gather my thoughts...)
He take a few deep breath, trying not to panicking despite he has the right to be. Is not for his headache that probably cause by the wound on his head, he probably would suspected that he was dreaming.
At that moment too, as his body and mind has calm down a bit, a memories not his own appeared and began to flooding through his mind.

Kale Montelli, a citizen of the Nation of Justice, Fontaine. He is also a recently dropout from the Sumeru Akademiya.
His father was a sergeant of the Maison Gardiennage who had sacrificed himself to save his fellow comrades while on his line of duty. The pension paid to his family as a result gave Kale an opportunity to enroll in a public school of Fontaine.
His mother never the same after the death of his father. She unfortunately passed away the same year Kale passed the entrance exam for Sumeru Akademiya. He currently living in a house his father bought with no one else as he was a sole child in the family.
He was supported solely by the pension paid that the Maison Gardiennage and a money that his father's comrades send to him. But he knew that he couldn't continue to live this way and decided to find a job which doesn't turn well.
Despite a dropout, Kale has a good gasp of various language in Teyvat from Liyue, Inazuman, Sumeru, etc. He also knows a bit of how do decrypting an Abyss and Ancient language.

Kale: (Wait, Fontaine? Sumeru Akademiya? Liyue? Inazuman? Abyss?!)
At this moment, he came to a realization of what kind of world he might has been transmigrated which is his biggest concern right now. A world that might look peaceful, but those who aware know how mess up this world can be.
Kale: (Did I just got transmigrated to Teyvat?!)
He realized as he knew this world for he did play this game on his free time so knew some of it lore and such. Regardlessly, this is a bad news to him is many ways.
First, the normal people in this world can easily died if we counted just how mess up this world is. They can die from been attack by a monster, been killed by the bandit or indirectly involved with the conflict of they God.
To add more, his situation not helping as he in Fontaine which means he is a Fontainian, that also means he can die if he came in contact with the Primordial Sea. He don't know what timeline he was, if he came to this world to early before one of the twins awakened... he basically good as death.
Those thought alone send a shiver down to his spine, scared him more than anything which he instantly stop thinking about it.
Kale: (Why this happening to me. I thought I can at least get a peaceful second life, but no. It will not.)
He lampooned, internally questioning his second life of why he is here in this first place if he gonna die again anyway.
As he continues to lost in his thought, he suddenly was greeted with something unexpected that caught him off guard. In front of him, a translucent screen appeared as he stare at it with perplexed expression.
[Megami Tensei System activated. Connection established]
In front of him, is none other than the legendary System that become a usual genre in fanfiction nowadays. Now, here it is, appeared in front this wretched soul of the Transmigrator.
Kale stared at the screen and with mixed feeling said...
Kale: "My Cheat is here, but why I feel like I just raised a massive red flag?"
He said, confused and concerned about his future. At this moment, the fate of everything is depend on him. Whether he become a destroyer or the savior, only time will tell.
