Cenote A sacred sinkhole or natural well. Often used in rituals, offerings, or burials.
Cempoalxochitl Marigold flower, symbolic of the Day of the Dead. Guides the dead with its scent and color.

Ahuizotl Mythical creature resembling a dog or otter with a hand on its tail. Associated with drowning victims and lake spirits.
Xoloitzcuintli (Xolo) Hairless dog of the underworld. Guides souls safely to Mictlan. Its absence signals something is deeply wrong.
Xoloitzcuintli – The Silent Hounds Psychopomps and soul-wardens. Never bark, only growl or pace. Appear near those marked by death. Loyal to Mictecacihuatl's will.
Coaxolotl – Death Serpents Silent advisors and guardians of hidden knowledge. Coil around her arms or shoulders, sensing falsehoods.
Tecolotl – Owl Eyes of the Queen Observers, harbingers of truth, spirit witnesses. Watch silently, often mimicking voices of the dead.
Tlāltetēkuani – Earth Gnashers Burrowers of forgotten bones and seekers of hidden guilt. Emerge silently, scrape memories from the stone.
Itzpapālōtl Shades, Obsidian Butterflies Heralds of memory and great sorrow. Swarm silently when sacred memory is triggered.
Miquizcotl – Worm of the Dead
Eater of buried truths and repressed emotion. Draws memory and pain to the surface.
Quilaztli's Crows
Mockers and messengers of cruel truths. Repeat fragments of the past or drop symbolic relics.
Tezomitl – Ash-Walkers
Carriers of forgotten offerings and silent debt-collectors. Appear when remembrance is due.

A melodic percussion instrument, possibly referencing wooden marimbas or folk xylophones.
Tlapitzalli
A sacred flute often made of clay or bone. Used in ceremonies to invoke or soothe the gods.
Aztec Death Whistle
A terrifying instrument imitating the sound of screams. Associated with war, death, and supernatural warnings.
