Chapter 3 - The Iron Doctrine - Genesis of a Titan Pilot

There are two major companies that operates and maintains titans in the Obsidian Accord -

> Adeptus Titanica Command (Titan Pilot & Warframe Operations)

> Adeptus Warmarch Foundation (Warmarch Titan Manufacturing & Heavy War Machine Development)

Let us first delve into the Adeptus Titanica Command (ATC), the ultimate authority overseeing all Titan operations.

The ATC specializes in "Prometheus Rebirth", a major surgery for the neophytes who went through rigorous and brutal training to become titan pilots.

The Prometheus Rebirth procedure integrates advanced biomechanical augmentation and neural-linked exoskeletal fusion to permanently enhance the neophyte's physiology. The process involves multiple stages of cybernetic implantation, beginning with osseointegration of reinforced endo-alloy plating to fortify the skeletal structure. Myofibrillar enhancement grafts are installed to amplify muscular efficiency, supplemented by synthetic neuroconductive pathways that optimize reflexive responses and cognitive load distribution.

Upon completion, the subject undergoes adaptive cyber-synchronization, wherein their neuromechanical interface is calibrated for seamless integration with their assigned Titan Combat System. This final stage involves the biosynthetic acclimatization of the pilot's central nervous system to the Titan's command matrix, ensuring precise motor control and real-time biofeedback synchronization. Once stabilized, the pilot is subjected to a controlled stress-test regimen to validate full operational capacity before deployment.

The Titan Combat System (TCS) itself is the pinnacle of warfare technology, near-indestructible war suits engineered for absolute battlefield supremacy. Encased in reactive composite armor and reinforced with kinetic dampening layers, Titans can withstand direct orbital bombardment, anti-armor rail strikes, and prolonged energy weapon exposure with minimal structural compromise.

Outfitted with hypervelocity rail cannons, plasma disruptors, siege mortars, and void-lance artillery, their firepower is designed to reduce entire warzones to smoldering ruin. Each Titan is an autonomous warfront, capable of engaging entire battalions with overwhelming firepower that can level entire planets if their maximum combat prowess is unleashed.

Pilots augmented through the Prometheus Rebirth, interface with the Titan through a direct neural uplink, bypassing conventional controls and becoming one with the machine. Their reflexes are enhanced by cortical acceleration matrices, allowing them to command their Titan with precision beyond human capability.

Designed for war, forged in annihilation, titans and their pilots are the last word in combat.Moving on to the Adeptus Warmarch Foundation the AWF, due to the catastrophic faliure of the Ashen Crusade when humanity attempted to reclaim Super Earth during the Mk-I Titan Combat System era, the Titans were overwhelmed by colossal behemoths, harbingers of death and chaos.

Humanity lost 4 of the 16 known TItan pilots...

The Obsidian Accord determined that humanity needed war machines equivalent in size to the abominations, allowing ground pilots to focus on the bigger picture and their primary objectives.

This lead to the establishment of the second titan company, the Adeptus Warmarch Foundation (AWF).

They lead the development and manufacture of the Warmarch-Class Battlemechs, titanic war machines designed to integrate seamlessly with a pilot's existing Titan Combat System, allowing full neural and mechanical control over the Warmarch. Operating a Warmarch-Class Battlemech at full combat efficiency requires a triad of pilots, each fulfilling a specialized role within the neural-linked control matrix. Warmarch Foundation pilots originate from the elite ranks of Adeptus Titanica Command but undergo extensive additional augmentation. These enhancements include reinforced neural uplinks, expanded cortical synchronization modules, and high-load cybernetic interfaces, enabling seamless integration with the Warmarch's multi-vector command architecture.

The Warmarch-Class Battlemechs itself is a towering war machine designed to counter the abominations that conventional forces and even standard Titan Pilots struggle to contain. Its reinforced endo-titanium frame and layered ablative armor ensure near-impervious durability, while its hypervelocity gauss cannons, plasma rupture batteries, and void-pulse disintegrators can annihilate entire demonic legions in seconds.

Piloted by a three-man neural-link crew, each Warmarch operates with precision despite its colossal size, aided by gravitic stabilizers and inertia dampeners for controlled movement. The Warmarch does not wage war, it erases it. With every step, the battlefield is reforged in fire and ruin. Where its weapons speak, only obliteration follows.

Apart from all of those, Titans have classes of their own, from Mk-I to current Mk-IV titan era.Nyx-Class Shadowframe (Mk-IV) – A pinnacle of stealth warfare and precision strikes, the Nyx-Class Shadowframe is the most advanced Titan model. Utilizing adaptive cloaking technology, enhanced mobility systems, and ultra-high-velocity weapons, it excels in ambush tactics and surgical eliminations.

Cerberus-Class Warframe (Mk-II) – A balanced Titan designed for high-speed engagements and frontline adaptability. The Mk-II iteration introduced reinforced composite plating, modular weapon mounts, and a triple-core reactor system for sustained combat endurance.

Oblivion-Class Juggernaut (Mk-I) – The first-generation Titan, built for unmatched resilience and firepower. A walking fortress of reinforced adamantite plating and siege-class weaponry, the Oblivion-Class remains a fearsome presence despite its age.

Hyperion-Class Vanguard (Mk-III) – A shock-assault Titan, optimized for spearheading offensives. Equipped with plasma disruptors and enhanced kinetic shielding, it thrives in breaking enemy lines with overwhelming force.

Thanatos-Class Eradicator (Mk-IV) – A demolition specialist, built for obliterating enemy strongholds. Outfitted with planetary siege cannons, seismic impact stabilizers, and a dual-core annihilation reactor, it is pure destruction incarnate.

Ares-Class Warlord (Mk-III) – A command-class Titan, integrating AI-assisted tactical systems and networked combat coordination. The Ares-Class leads battle formations, maximizing the lethality and efficiency of entire Titan divisions.

Each Titan represents a different era of warfare, evolving from the brute-force resilience of Mk-I to the refined lethality of Mk-IV.

For all the majestic weaponry humanity has forged, there exists a force beyond comprehension, a weapon not of war, but of annihilation. A weapon so powerful it is the very image of Hell itself. Only those who have endured the torment of Daemonborne Affliction may wield it, for it demands more than mere strength, it demands chaos incarnate.

The Planetary Core Charge, is not just a weapon, it is the embodiment of pure annihilation. By siphoning the raw energy of a planet's core, the Titan becomes an unstoppable force, and its pilot is consumed by an uncontrollable rage, slaughtering everything in their path without hesitation or mercy. The sheer magnitude of power reshapes both machine and pilot, manifesting chaotic mutations, wings to hunt, claws to tear, whatever the infernal energies demand.

While any Titan pilot can attempt a Planetary Core Charge, the consequences are lethal. The human body was never meant to contain such unfathomable energy, without the corruptive resilience granted by Daemonborne Affliction, most pilots will simply be vaporized, reduced to nothing by the very power they sought to wield. Only those who have already embraced the abyss, pilots marked by chaos, can endure, their tainted forms acting as conduits for the cataclysmic forces. To unleash a Planetary Core Charge is to make a choice: to erase a demonic Death World in a storm of annihilation and defy the Daemonborne Affliction, proving that nothing, not even the corruption of the abyss, can break the will of a Titan pilot. Or to be obliterated in the attempt. It is the ultimate last stand, the final gambit for survival in a place where survival was never meant to be. A desperate bridge between damnation and redemption, built on the sheer fury of a warrior who refuses to fall.
