Lucien then saw a massive maw gaped between the petals, extremely dark.
The ordinary bone and mana crystal on Boros's hand before were now nowhere to be seen, probably chewed by that maw.
Now the petals looked blood red, no longer so white and pure as before. They looked like a demon hungry for blood instead.
"Do you know what I think about this dungeon?"
When Lucien was surprised, Lilith slowly mumbled from the side, appearing mysterious,
"I think... it is hungry for blood just like a demon."
She said, just low enough that only Lucien could hear.
'Obviously genius. I can see that.'
Lucien rolled his eyes at her feeling speechless. Wasn't this normal thinking after seeing the scene in front?
What was she being so mysterious about?
The moment he arrived inside the awakening altar, he already felt the strangeness.
Now, with those petal actively sucking blood out of flagon, anyone could guess, couldn't they?
