Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: As a Saiyan, Living Off Someone Else is Quite Normal, Right?

Any father watching his little cabbage actively throwing herself at someone would probably have the same mindset as George right now.

Ever since starting middle school and meeting Leo, his daughter had undergone tremendous changes.

Gwen, originally a little princess who couldn't do any housework, had become a well-rounded little cotton-padded jacket who could wash clothes and cook, all to take care of Leo, who was even more of a domestic disaster than her.

Unfortunately, this little cotton-padded jacket had skipped the step of warming up her old dad and flew directly onto someone else.

But no matter how unwilling he was, for the sake of father-daughter harmony, George could only endure silently.

He had no idea what kind of enchantment this damn brat had cast on Gwen.

Looking at Leo grinning foolishly in the back seat, George felt a hundred thoughts of wanting to tear him apart.

The police car arrived at the street in front of Midtown High School ten minutes before class started.

"Thank you, Dad!"

"Don't be so formal with me, Gwen. Sorry I can't pick you up this afternoon—you know, the police station..."

George said apologetically. Gwen, being very understanding, said it was fine and that she could go home with Leo.

When Gwen and Leo got out of the car, they immediately attracted the attention of many classmates.

One was a beautiful academic achiever, the other a muscular heartthrob who made girls drool.

In America, effeminate men and pretty boys had no future—muscular builds and masculine appearances were what stimulated their hormones.

Leo's inherited Saiyan physique was the kind that could make countless women weak in the knees just by looking at it.

Gwen was no less impressive.

With her short blonde hair, delicate small face, combined with her unique hint of heroic spirit.

Ninety percent of the male students at Midtown High considered her their goddess.

Unfortunately, the goddess already had an owner.

Leo also looked at the girl beside him, especially lingering for three seconds on those fair, slender legs.

Too bad she's not wearing white stockings.

Otherwise, he would only have four words of evaluation.

Dazzle me in my mouth.

"Hurry up, don't waste time."

Sensing Leo's somewhat heated gaze, Gwen felt a bit shy.

She grabbed his hand and ran toward the classroom building, with sunlight shining on the boy and girl, making them indistinguishable from each other.

"Morning, Stacy."

"Morning, Hannah."

"Morning, Leo."

"Uh, who are you again?"

You could tell that Gwen was extremely popular in the class, with many classmates greeting her, and quite a few greeting Leo as well.

However, after two and a half years, the number of names he could remember could be counted on one hand.

The American school system was two years of middle school and four years of high school.

This was Leo's third year of high school, and also his seventeenth year in this world.

Arriving at his seat in the second-to-last row by the window, Leo sat down. The Indian-American student in front of him turned around excitedly and asked in a low voice:

"Leo, I heard you came with Gwen today and rode in her dad's car."

"Are you two living together now?"

"Nunalla, your curry smell is overwhelming me. Damn, did you have to eat curry first thing in the morning?"

Leo frowned and moved back, even kicking Nunalla forward to create some distance between them.

"Eating curry in the morning is normal. Come on, tell me quickly."

Nunalla didn't mind and continued gossiping.

Actually, most people at school had long considered Leo and Gwen a couple.

But being sent to school by a parent like this was the first time it had been so blatant.

Well, actually, it had happened before, but George usually stopped at the street corner and let them walk to school.

It was just that they were running late today.

"Yes, Miss Gwen spent a wonderful night with me yesterday. Happy now?" Leo rolled his eyes and said irritably, causing a chorus of screams.

"Wow!"

"Leo! You're amazing!"

Gwen ran over and pinched Leo in embarrassment: "Don't listen to Leo's nonsense—we just happened to be going the same way!"

Another blonde beauty in the class, clearly enjoying the drama, egged them on:

"Leo, I'm much more experienced than Gwen. Why don't you try me first? I can make you more mature~"

Leo looked horrified: "Fuck, Sophia, I don't want to become part of your ranking list."

Sophia was also a celebrity at school—blonde hair, blue eyes, big waves, ticking all the boxes. She belonged to the zodiac sign of the public bus.

And she wasn't ashamed of it at all, openly creating a ranking list for the boys in class and ruthlessly critiquing them.

She even wanted to expand the list to the entire school.

With his perfect physique and handsome looks, Leo was naturally someone she wanted to sample, but Leo would never mess around with such a thing.

Not to mention the public bus attribute—just in terms of looks, temperament, and figure.

His Gwen could beat Sophia by several streets.

Soon, the teacher's arrival ended the class commotion.

Leo randomly flipped his book open to a page and began meditating with his mind blank.

Learning was impossible—he was a Saiyan, what use were these useless things?

Only brainless Saiyans could become the strongest!

He could only honestly train and maybe become a Super Saiyan to barely get by in the future.

"Mr. Leo, you answer this question!"

"Don't know, don't ask me, ask Gwen."

Leo didn't even open his eyes and directly shot back, causing the whole class to burst into laughter.

The teacher was so angry his hands were shaking, but he was helpless against Leo.

This kid's identity was mysteriously powerful—even the principal had to speak to him politely.

As a working employee, he could only swallow his anger.

"Miss Stacy, you answer."

"This problem involves the calculation formula for decay rates..."

The teacher's expression improved considerably, with approval flashing in his eyes.

Miss Stacy was different from a brute like Leo—she not only participated in various activities but also consistently maintained grades in the top three of the school.

She was deeply loved by the teachers.

"Leo, I think you need to get serious. Next semester we'll be applying to universities, and I don't want you to become unemployed in the future."

After school, Gwen walked side by side with Leo, discussing this very seriously.

"You'll support me, won't you, Gwen? You definitely will, right?"

Leo looked at the girl's pretty face, blinking his eyes. His deep dark pupils were like whirlpools, making Gwen's heart beat faster.

"I, I won't. I don't want my future husband to be a house-husband."

Avoiding Leo's deep gaze, Gwen said proudly.

The boy just smiled:

"So you're training me with husband standards—then I really need to work hard."

Only then did the girl realize what she had let slip. Her pretty face turned red with embarrassment, and she reached out to hit Leo to cover her inner awkwardness.

The two playfully fought their way through the campus, just in time to encounter a crowd of students gathering and making noise.
