"Dragonair, crush it!"
Ryuu Shiro's tone was icy and menacing, sending chills down one's spine.
"Hmm~"
Dragonair let out a low hum, its long tail glowing with a greenish light as it swung down with tremendous force, even causing the air to whistle.
Dragon Tail!
Goodra's Dragon Pulse surged forward, colliding heavily with Dragonair's tail.
But what left Raihan and Oleana stunned was that there was no clash of equals, no evenly matched struggle.
Dragonair's tail simply shattered the Dragon Pulse!
"How can its power be this terrifying?"
Oleana's expression turned grim. This could only mean one thing—Dragonair's strength was overwhelming!
Otherwise, it wouldn't have been able to so decisively crush Goodra's Dragon Pulse.
"Blizzard!"
Raihan quickly regained his composure and gave the next order to Goodra.
Though he had known from the start that this Dragonair was incredibly powerful, its performance still left him utterly shocked.
But now was not the time to panic. No matter how strong Dragonair was, he wouldn't give up.
Goodra didn't hesitate, opening its mouth as a dense cold energy gathered, unleashing a fierce snowstorm toward Dragonair.
"Dragon Pulse."
Ryuu Shiro lowered his head and chuckled softly. Such a feeble attack, and they still thought they could send him to prison?
Dragonair fired a beam of Dragon energy, the greenish light colliding head-on with the Blizzard.
But in the next moment, the Dragon Pulse tore through the Blizzard with overwhelming force, continuing its trajectory and striking Goodra squarely.
Goodra let out a pained cry as its entire body was sent flying, crashing into the wall.
"Flygon, Dragon Rush!"
Raihan didn't have time to check on Goodra's condition, as Dragonair had already risen into the air and was flying toward them!
Flygon flapped its wings, its body enveloped in a dense green light, transforming into the shape of a ferocious dragon in an instant.
Dragon Rush!
"Dragon Tail!"
Dragonair's eyes, as bright as black pearls, remained calm and deep. Its long tail swung down from above, meeting Flygon's charge head-on.
Dragon Tail vs. Dragon Rush!
The two forces clashed with tremendous impact, sending out powerful shockwaves.
But in the next second, Dragonair's tail came down with crushing force, shattering the dragon-shaped energy surrounding Flygon and sending it flying backward.
The difference in strength was painfully clear!
Seeing this, Raihan clenched his fists tightly, his handsome face now pale and grim. His Dragon-type Pokémon were completely outmatched by this Team Rocket Executive.
Why?
"Wrap."
Ryuu Shiro's voice rang out again.
Dragonair let out a soft hum, its flexible body suddenly accelerating, catching up to the still-flying Flygon in an instant!
"Flygon!"
Raihan's expression changed as Dragonair clearly intended to press the attack.
Flygon struggled to turn its head, but Dragonair's several-meter-long tail had already coiled around it.
As Dragonair twisted its body, Flygon was sent spinning at high speed before being slammed into the ground with tremendous force!
Boom!
Flygon crashed heavily into the ground, the impact causing the earth to tremble slightly.
"Hmm~"
After defeating Flygon, Dragonair turned its gaze toward Goodra, its body rising slightly as a dense green energy began to gather.
The green light transformed into a ferocious dragon, charging straight at Goodra.
Dragon Rush!
"Goodra!"
Raihan's pupils contracted as he urgently called out to Goodra.
Goodra raised its head at the sound, but it was too late!
Goodra felt an intense pain as its entire body seemed to fall apart, the force of the attack sending it crashing into the wall once more.
Boom!
With a deafening crash, the thick wall collapsed, sending up a cloud of dust.
The sacred and beautiful Dragonair gently swayed its tail as it rose from the dust, its head held high as it looked down at Raihan and Oleana below.
Amid the rubble, Goodra lay unconscious, while Flygon was sprawled in a crater, unable to get up.
"How… how can it be this strong?"
Oleana's face was pale as she stared at Dragonair, which had taken down two Pokémon in a one-versus-two battle in such a short time.
How could it be this strong?!
These were Raihan's main Pokémon! And yet, in a two-on-one situation, they were defeated so quickly by this Dragonair?
A Dragonair of this caliber was simply terrifying—it couldn't possibly be weaker than Leon's ace Charizard!
But hadn't this man explicitly told her that he had invaded because Rose and Leon weren't present?
With strength like this, did he really need to worry about that? If he had brought more Team Rocket elites, the Energy Plant would have been at his mercy.
Even if Leon had come to intercept him, Ryuu Shiro could have easily retreated.
Raihan remained silent, but his entire body was trembling slightly.
He had lost—so cleanly and decisively, with almost no chance to fight back.
"Tsk tsk~ Is this all you've got? What a disappointment. But I suppose it's about time."
Seeing that Raihan and Oleana were completely immobilized, Ryuu Shiro raised an eyebrow, a mocking smile on his face.
So this was the so-called second strongest Trainer in Galar?
He then looked up at the sky, where Eternatus and Zacian, the Crowned Sword, were still locked in battle.
But it was clear that Zacian had completely suppressed Eternatus, the red light on Eternatus's body dimming significantly.
It was getting beaten up pretty badly~
Ryuu Shiro clicked his tongue. Zacian's strength was a bit beyond his expectations.
Hearing Ryuu Shiro's words, Oleana and Raihan frowned, unsure what he meant by "it's about time."
"Eternatus, use Draco Meteor."
Ryuu Shiro's crimson eyes flickered as his innate Dragon's Power once again connected him to Eternatus.
"Do you understand what I mean? If you want to break free from Zacian, listen to me. Use Draco Meteor at full power!"
Ryuu Shiro spoke softly, a sinister smile spreading across his face.
The time had come!
"Stop! Are you insane?"
Hearing this, Raihan and Oleana's expressions changed drastically, their eyes filled with shock and anger. Oleana's voice was particularly sharp and piercing.
It wasn't the fact that Ryuu Shiro could communicate with Eternatus that shocked them—it was his command!
What did it mean for Eternatus to use Draco Meteor at full power?
The entire city of Hammerlocke would be engulfed by Eternatus's attack. Under the onslaught of Draco Meteor, Hammerlocke would be reduced to ruins!
....
"Shut up."
Annoyed by Oleana's voice, Ryuu Shiro coldly glanced at the two of them, his crimson eyes icy.
He didn't have time to play games with these two right now.
"Stop this! This is the entire city of Hammerlocke! Do you know how much sin you're committing?"
But Oleana wasn't intimidated. She spoke rapidly, her tone even carrying a hint of pleading—something uncharacteristic for the usually cold and proud secretary.
"Please, don't let Eternatus use Draco Meteor. Hammerlocke will be destroyed!"
At this stage, the damage to Hammerlocke was still within manageable limits. But if Eternatus were to unleash a full-powered Draco Meteor without restraint…
Given Eternatus's power, the range of that Draco Meteor would be absolutely terrifying!
Oleana couldn't even imagine the scale of the loss if the entire city of Hammerlocke were to be destroyed!
"What does that have to do with me?"
But Ryuu Shiro only responded with a mocking smile, his tone casual.
"Isn't the timing just right? By now, all the residents of Hammerlocke should have evacuated. That's already my mercy to you."
"You should be thanking me."
His sneering words were laced with malice and mockery, leaving Oleana and Raihan's expressions twisted in anger.
But Ryuu Shiro didn't care. As he said, he had already given the people of Hammerlocke time to evacuate.
As for the city being destroyed, what did that have to do with him?
After all, he wasn't from the Galar region. The losses would be the Galar League's problem, not his.
"You're insane! Turtonator!"
Raihan finally couldn't take it anymore and threw out another Poké Ball.
A bipedal, red turtle-like Pokémon appeared in front of Raihan—Turtonator, the Fire/Dragon-type Pokémon from the Alola region.
"I'll never allow it! Even if I have to risk everything, I'll never let you destroy Hammerlocke!"
Raihan clenched his fists tightly, his expression resolute. He had finally realized it.
This young man in front of him was a complete madman and a ruthless schemer.
"How noble of you. But what can trash like you even do?"
Ryuu Shiro sneered. He had heard this kind of grand talk far too many times.
"Dragonair, take care of them."
Ryuu Shiro gave the order to Dragonair and continued communicating with Eternatus.
With Dragonair's combat experience, even without Ryuu Shiro's direct commands, it was more than enough to handle Raihan, who had already lost three of his main Pokémon.
"Damn it!"
Seeing that Ryuu Shiro was letting Dragonair fight independently, Raihan was furious.
There had to be a limit to looking down on someone! Who did he think he was?
But Ryuu Shiro didn't pay any attention to Raihan, because Eternatus had responded to him!
"Draco Meteor won't work on this thing."
A deep, hoarse, androgynous telepathic voice echoed in Ryuu Shiro's mind, making him smile instantly.
It was Eternatus!
"Of course it won't work. But trust me, you're not Zacian's match right now. We need to retreat first."
Ryuu Shiro replied to Eternatus in a serious tone. Draco Meteor, a Dragon-type move, would naturally be ineffective against Zacian, the Crowned Sword, a Fairy-type.
Ryuu Shiro knew this well, but he hadn't ordered Eternatus to use Draco Meteor to target Zacian in the first place.
"I can't retreat. It's faster than me."
After a moment of silence, Eternatus spoke again.
If it could escape, Eternatus would have done so already…
What was more important—dignity or its own life?
Three thousand years ago, it had been utterly defeated by Zacian and Zamazenta. That was something Eternatus would never forget.
Now, Zacian had come for it again, and Eternatus hadn't even fully recovered its strength. It already knew how this would end…
Of course, it wanted to retreat, but how could it possibly outrun Zacian?
Zacian would catch up in no time!
"Don't worry, I have a plan!"
Ryuu Shiro smiled as he shared his idea with Eternatus. Whether he could capture Eternatus or not depended on this moment!
Meanwhile, on Raihan's side, Turtonator was sent flying by Dragonair's Dragon Tail, crashing heavily to the ground.
Raihan's face was pale. He felt like vomiting. He couldn't believe he was actually losing to Dragonair, even without Ryuu Shiro's direct commands!
Damn it!
Under the dark sky, Eternatus raised its head high, pure Dragon energy gathering rapidly into an energy sphere.
Zacian, the Crowned Sword, paused for a moment, recognizing the move as Draco Meteor.
Had Eternatus lost its mind after being beaten so badly?
But soon, Zacian's eyes turned cold. No matter what, its goal was to eliminate this parasite!
A dense blue energy enveloped Zacian's body, and the shining sword it held in its mouth transformed into a massive blade.
Behemoth Blade!
Zacian turned into a blue blur, charging at Eternatus at high speed.
"Roar!"
The Behemoth Blade struck Eternatus with tremendous force, golden energy erupting upon impact. Eternatus let out a pained roar, its massive body losing balance and plummeting toward the ground.
But at the same time, the Draco Meteor, filled with the essence of stars, shot into the sky!
"Zacian, didn't you come to fight me to protect this land? Then tell me, what can you actually protect?"
As Eternatus fell, its deep telepathic voice echoed across the sky, reaching Zacian's ears.
Zacian's eyes sharpened, but in the next moment, as if remembering something, it looked up, its cold gaze shifting slightly.
Boom!
The Draco Meteor reached its peak and exploded, countless Dragon meteors raining down like a meteor shower. The fiery tails of the meteors lit up the entire sky.
Beautiful yet deadly!
Zacian looked down at the ground below, where the bustling human city lay.
But this Draco Meteor had completely enveloped the city!
Damn parasite!
Zacian's eyes turned icy cold. Even in its final moments, it was trying to drag the city down with it!
