Dr. Mang's face turned ghostly white, her eyes widening in shock and disbelief. She stumbled backwards, her mouth agape.
"No... no, you can't do this!" she cried, her voice shrill and desperate.
"I'm a respected doctor! I have a reputation to uphold!"
Li Yihan's expression remained cold and unyielding, his gaze piercing through her.
"A reputation built on lies and incompetence," he said, his voice dripping with disdain.
"Your actions today have cost you everything. Consider yourself fortunate that I'm not pressing charges."
Dr. Mang's shoulders slumped in defeat, tears streaming down her face. She knew she had been outmaneuvered, and the consequences of her actions had finally caught up with her.
Viviana watched the scene unfold with a mix of amusement and indifference. She couldn't care less about Dr. Mang's fate; her only concern was the generous reward she had just earned.
"Miss Viviana may I have your WeChat that way if I need to contact you for my grandfather health you are there?" Li Yihan asked he stared at her beautiful golden eyes she frowned slightly. She nodded her head and held her phone out. After that she put her hat on and walked off outside. Gong let out a sigh and touched his chest he had been searching for little miss he was worried to death.
Gong, the loyal butler, rushed towards Viviana as soon as he spotted her exiting the hospital. Relief washed over his face, his eyes filled with concern.
"Miss, you had us worried sick! When you didn't return, I feared the worst," he exclaimed, his voice trembling slightly.
Viviana smiled weakly, her exhaustion evident in her tired eyes.
"I'm fine, Gong. Just a bit tired," she reassured him, placing a gentle hand on his arm.
"But I'm starving. Can we stop by that noodle shop on the way home? I could really use some spicy noodles right now."
Gong's expression softened, a hint of a smile tugging at his lips.
"Of course, Miss. Anything for you. Let's get you fed and rested."
As they walked towards the noodle shop, Viviana's mind wandered to the events of the day. Such a selfish doctor shouldn't be a doctor.
After eating spicy noodles. The drive to capital of Shanghai City took three hours and Gong drove by beautiful villas.
When the car parked a massive beautiful villa stood on top of the mountain.
The villa stood majestically atop the mountain, its grandeur and elegance a testament to the Rosenzweig family's wealth and status. The exterior was a harmonious blend of traditional Chinese architecture and modern design, with sweeping curves and intricate details that caught the eye.
The main entrance was flanked by two imposing stone lions, their eyes piercing and alert. A winding driveway lined with meticulously manicured hedges led up to the villa, culminating in a circular courtyard paved with gleaming marble.
The villa itself was a sprawling structure, with multiple levels and wings that seemed to cascade down the mountainside. The exterior walls were adorned with ornate carvings and murals, depicting scenes from Chinese mythology and history. Massive wooden doors, reinforced with intricate ironwork, guarded the entrance to the villa.
Surrounding the villa were lush gardens, filled with rare flowers and ancient trees. There was a beautiful middle age woman who stood there wearing a blue summer dress and a handsome middle age man standing with his wife and they saw their long lost daughter tears streamed down by the two parents.
The woman rushed over. She threw her arms around her daughter Viviana who was shocked since she wasn't used to this.
Viviana stiffened at the sudden embrace, caught off guard by her mother's affectionate gesture. She wasn't used to such displays of emotion, especially not from her biological parents. Slowly, she relaxed into the hug, feeling a warmth spread through her chest that she hadn't felt in a long time.
Her father, a tall and distinguished man with silvering hair, stepped forward and placed a gentle hand on Viviana's shoulder. His eyes, filled with pride and love, met hers.
"Viviana, my dear," he said, his voice choked with emotion.
"We've been searching for you for so long. We're so grateful to have you back."
"Oh my baby mommy missed you growing up, you are so beautiful!" The woman said and she cleaned her throat the two couple forgot to introduce their names. It's just they haven't seen their daughter after birth and the mix up now she is in front of them they were truly touched to the core.
"Um," Viviana said and the woman cleared her throat.
"My baby girl I am your mother Elizabeth and this is your father Richard," Elizabeth said and held her daughter hand.
"Baby mommy made some food you mommy doesn't know what you like so mommy made much food!" Elizabeth said. Viviana didn't know what to say back in the Ling Family she wasn't treated like this from young age she was only ever kind to Zing.
Wow outside is beautiful but the inside of the mansion is even more beautiful.
As Viviana stepped inside the villa, she was greeted by a breathtaking display of wealth and opulence. The entrance hall was a vast, open space with a soaring ceiling adorned with intricate frescoes. A grand staircase swept upwards, leading to the upper floors, while gleaming marble floors stretched out in all directions.
Elizabeth led Viviana through the mansion, pointing out various rooms and features with pride. There was a sprawling living room with plush velvet sofas and a roaring fireplace, a luxurious dining room with a table that could seat twenty, and a stateoftheart kitchen that would make any chef drool.
But what caught Viviana's attention was the library. Floortoceiling bookshelves lined the walls, filled with rare tomes and ancient texts. A large, ornate globe stood in the center of the room, and a massive mahogany desk dominated one corner.
"This is where your father and I spend most of our time," Elizabeth explained, her eyes shining with excitement.
"Richard used to be a renowned scholar, and I... well, I like to dabble in a bit of everything."
Viviana wandered over to the desk, running her fingers along the smooth wood.
Viviana picked a Latin book and she flipped a page she felt so interesting she looked at Richard who was so excited finally!
"Daughter take it if you like it!" Richard said patted Viviana head affectionately which only Zing ever did to her.
"Thanks," she mumbled. Elizabeth pouted and grabbed her daughter.
"My baby girl mommy also will give you something! Come baby mommy will show your room we changed the room."
