Seraphina's scent still clung to me from our scent-marking session earlier. The memory of her on my lap, rubbing her face against my neck with that possessive little growl, made my wolf howl with satisfaction. Even dormant, her inner wolf was already fighting to claim me, and I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy it.
