Chapter 9 - chapter 9 "i am not weak"

Harvin entered the dungeon alone (solo).

Guild Manager Mahesh was outside, thought Harvin would die.

Mahesh is shocked to see Harvin return alive.

The dungeon disappears after Harvin exits.

Harvin sees a system window showing +5 levels.

Harvin realizes his power grows faster by fighting powerful monsters.

: The One Who Returned Alone

The sky was dull gray, casting long shadows over the abandoned street where the dungeon gate had appeared just hours ago.

Sanjivani Guild's operations manager, Mahesh, stood outside the dungeon barrier, staring anxiously at the blue rift that shimmered like a liquid mirror.

> "No one can survive that alone… Not even him."

That dungeon wasn't ordinary. The energy signature coming from inside was unstable—wild.

No hunter team had dared enter.

But one man walked in without hesitation.

Harvin.

Rank E… or maybe D now.

Still, he entered solo.

Mahesh had watched him go. He didn't stop him. In truth, he expected him to die inside like the others who had once challenged these unstable rifts.

But then—

The dungeon pulsed.

The blue light flickered.

And from within the collapsing light…

A figure walked out.

Bloodied.

Burned.

But alive.

Harvin.

Mahesh's eyes widened.

His tablet slipped from his hand.

> "That's… impossible."

Harvin didn't even glance at him. His expression was empty, his walk heavy and silent.

Behind him, the gate rippled one last time—

VMMMMMMMMM

And vanished into the air.

The dungeon was gone.

Sealed.

As if it had never existed.

Mahesh stood frozen, watching the man walk past him like a ghost.

> "He went in alone."

"And came out alive."

"Not just alive… he looks like he fought through hell."

Harvin kept walking.

He didn't speak.

He didn't look back.

---

A few blocks away, Harvin leaned against a crumbling wall, breathing slowly. His hands trembled slightly, the battle with the Fire Lion still echoing through his body.

Just then—

DING!

A bright system window appeared in front of him.

---

> [LEVEL UP!]

---

Harvin stared at the message, his tired eyes widening.

> "Five levels… just from one battle?"

He clenched his fist.

He remembered the Fire Lion's rage.

Its fire.

Its claws.

Its strength.

And he remembered how his body moved in that strange state—how everything changed when he blacked out.

> "The stronger the enemy…"

"…the faster my power grows."

A crooked smile formed on his lips.

> "Then I'll find stronger ones."

"Even if it kills me."

And with that, he vanished into the ruins—just as silently as he had returne

: The Weight of Power

Harvin's eyes slowly opened.

The first thing he felt… was silence.

No pain.

No heat.

Just the soft whisper of wind through a broken window. He was lying on his bed — his own bed — in his tiny, half-broken apartment. Somehow, he had returned. He blinked, remembering flames, the lion, the blood, and…

> "Blackout Execution…"

He sat up slowly, every muscle in his body feeling reconstructed, stronger… sharper. He instinctively opened his system.

A golden screen bloomed before his eyes.

Harvin stared in disbelief. His hands trembled slightly—not from fear, but from awe.

> "All… this is me?"

"I didn't use a single skill. I don't even have mana."

"But… I defeated a B-rank monster...?"

He remembered nothing clearly after the Fire Lion's final attack. Just flashes—like someone else had taken control.

> "That wasn't the system. That was me."

"Blackout Execution… it's inside me."

He clenched his fists.

> "Every time I survive… every time I fight stronger enemies… I grow."

Harvin walked to the cracked mirror above his sink.

His face looked leaner. Stronger. His eyes had changed. Deeper.

He wasn't just a scared E-rank anymore.

> "If I want to protect Vasu… I can't stop now."

"I need more dungeons."

"Stronger enemies."

"And one day… I will find out what this 'Blackout Execution' really is."

He turned to the system again and whispered:
