As I open the door, I'm greeted by a boy unpacking his clothing in his room.
"You're here, hi, it's nice to meet you". This guy with dark brown hair and eyes as green as emeralds. "My name is Ezra, and I come from the warrior family 'Winter'. How about you?"
Caught off guard, I heard about the Winter family, they are a new family, as their father was a commoner; he was given the title of knight for guarding the southernmost part of the border. After that, I guess the last name he wanted to carry was one of remembrance through what he did for the kingdom.
"My name is Leo Ulfren, I'm a part of the warrior family 'Ulfren'. So are you a first-year student too?" I ask, he does look a bit older, maybe the same age as Aaron
"Haha, no way, I'm in my third year taking business, although what my family is, I wanted to become a merchant from an early age."
I forgot not everyone here is to become a swordsman, some people want to be business people, merchants, weapon smiths, and mages, this school isn't just for swordsmen
"But I'm going to guess you are going in for swordsmanship as a first year, isn't that right?" Ezra guesses, with a grin
"Yeah, I am," I reply to him
"Sweet dude. Alright, I'm going to finish unpacking my stuff. I'll talk to you later," Ezra says while opening up a backpack, revealing it to be full of clothing
I walk up to my room to see a bed, a desk, and a closet to keep clothing. Each of them was made out of an old dark oak, keeping a mellow and natural vibe to the room. Looking outside, I see the pathway leading up to the dorms and the academy, lush green trees spaced out to give shade from the sun along each side of the pathway.
I drop my stuff on my bed, my servant does the same
"That is all I will need, you can return home."
The servant bows before taking his exit, my eyes slowly close before I fall asleep
