I wake up early to go to training, I walk towards my bedroom and thank the Goddess Justice isn't here. I hurry and put on a pair of training shorts and a sports bra, I pull my hair in a high ponytail and add very little make up, I pull my sneakers on and make my way to breakfast. Walking down the stairs I see Justice waiting for me.
" Are you training today love?" he questioned.
" Isn't it obvious? Oh please,do not call me love." I scoffed.
" I don't want to fight Rae, I made a horrible mistake, please I'll pay for what I did and I promise to make it up to you." he pleaded.
" If you want to make things right reject her. March your ass to her pack and say the magic words, then maybe I'll take your apology seriously." I demanded.
" If that's what it takes, I'll do it after breakfast, you can come with me." he responded.
" That sounds like a good plan." I nodded.
We decided to have breakfast together, the doorbell rang, so I decided to answer it. I opened the door and there stood Rose and Beta Marcus.
" You again, why are you in our territory and who let you through the gates?" I spoke to them agitated.
" Luna Raven you know I'm a well respected Beta, and we're here to talk to the Alpha, not you." he answered bluntly.
" What is it you need to speak with me about." Justice stepped forward protectively.
" About the mate bond and my daughter, as an Alpha you know you have to do right by my daughter and the Goddess" the Beta hissed.
" As you can see I have a mate and we're married, also the pack has a Luna, so there's really nothing to discuss. I Alpha Justice Lowe." he just stopped the rejection, but I swore I saw the Beta nudge his daughter and her eyes turned violet, that's when Justice was silenced.
" Let's go to my office Marcus, would you and Rose follow me." he gestured for them to follow him.
" I don't want them here Justice." I said I felt a sense of unease.
" Why are you being so rude?" Rose acted hurt.
" Why are you at my house?" I countered.
" Everything will be fine Rae, give us a few minutes and I'll be right there to accompany you at breakfast." Justice said softly.
" Well I guess as your wife I'm not invited to attend your little meeting. That's a contrast of what you offered earlier, but it's whatever Justice don't rush for my account." angered I stomped off asking the staff to serve me breakfast at the patio inside the gardens. My personal assistants Shauna and Lola brought my breakfast to me. I refer to them as my assistants not servants, these women are my friends not my maids.
" Please sit and have breakfast with me." I asked the duo.
" Thank you Rae" they smiled brightly and took a seat. They both listened to me rant about Justice, and the blatant disrespect he, the Beta, and that woman showed me. Although it was early I started drinking wine and a bottle later I was listening to Shakira Underneath your Clothes singing to the top of my lungs. I was so emersed into the music I didn't realize Justin our Beta and Wesley our Gamma was watching me make a fool of myself laughing. I was on a roll with playing music and singing next up was Miley Cyrus Wrecking Ball, after that was finished I couldn't help but stand up and dance and sing to Adele's Rolling in the Deep. Wow I was really in my feelings this morning. Shauna and Lola joined me, we didn't even notice Justin and Wesley until they started singing as well.
I stop a little embarrassed and asked " How long have you two been out here? You could have let me know before I made a complete spectacle of myself."
" It's fine Rae, we thoroughly enjoyed the show." Justin said smirking.
" I'm happy you had a good laugh at my expense this morning gentlemen." I retorted
Justin took a seat and gestured for me to sit "What's going on Rae? What's the meltdown for?"
"Why don't you ask your brother that question after he's done talking to his mate and her father." I scoffed.
" Wait. What? They're here now? I didn't even know we had visitors, and that's something that I should have been told." he said shaking his head.
" I wasn't briefed on trespassers on our territory either." Wesley replied.
" Well they're visitors now because your brother invited them into my home. That's not a slap in the face or is it Justin?" I fumed.
" Find out who's guarding the gates Wes, ask why we weren't notified." Justin instructed.
" On it Beta." Wesley turned to get to work.
" He didn't even reject her, he started to and then he just stopped like something made him forget what he was going to do. It was weird and unnerving." I exclaimed.
" I promise you Rae, we'll get to the bottom of everything, something will be done." Justin kissed the top of my head as he stood up.
" Thank you Jus, you're always there for me." I smiled, but it didn't quite reach my eyes.
As he started to walk away Justice came out with Rose following him like a puppy. I sat there watching them while I was simmering.
" Shauna, Lola could you get a room ready for our guest." Justin asked while the girls just looked at me not knowing what to do.
"Guest? Oh I don't think so Justice, send her away." I seethed.
" Please don't throw me out Luna, I have no place to go,my father left me here. I'm not welcome back home, back in my pack." she pleaded.
" That sounds like a you problem, because it certainly isn't mine." I stated firmly.
" You're so mean, aren't Luna's suppose to help people?" Rose whined.
" I do help my pack, and you're not in MY pack, so again you're not my fucking problem." I yelled feeling myself losing control.
" I am your pack, Justice had me take my oath in the office." she smirked victoriously.
" Is that so, wow Justice, I see that you care about me and my feelings." I said venomously walking past him. He tried to grab on to me, but I dodged his touch.
Walking through the kitchen " Get a room ready for that woman, and you might as well get one ready for the Alpha too."
