Chapter 14 - I believe he's behind many crimes

I believe that he is setting people up and or that the CIA is setting him up in order to set other people up and here's why if you look at crime scene photos from many crime scenes you'll see things marked in blood and dust like upside down hearts in all directions the number three or three ones also twos! You will also see that it's like a numbers game like the number eight in a crime scene photo means that it's b******* the number 16 means that you might see two levels of b******* because they're layering photographs and they more than know because in the FBI files they're little xeroxes the anomalies on them aren't anomalies at all if you zoom in you can tell that they literally tell a story it's I believe it's in encrypted! When they mark on the file that somebody during an interview I didn't know the answer to such an such question next to the next to the person's name or on their name sorry will be like a line going through it which means that they cut through b******* and we're going to omit this part because we're using it to set someone up!
