Dantooine: Fortress of the Future
Dantooine—once a quiet, forgotten Outer Rim world—had been reborn.
Under Revan's leadership, the Jedi Enclave had become the heart of a thriving stronghold. No longer a lone temple, the Enclave now stood as the centerpiece of a massive walled city. Jedi-trained engineers, Kaminoan scientists, and skilled laborers from across the galaxy had turned Dantooine into a sanctuary fortified by unmatched security.
Above the city, a powerful planetary shield shimmered faintly in the high atmosphere, invisible to the naked eye but impenetrable to even the strongest bombardments. Hidden behind the greenery of the world's lush forests, enormous planetary defense turrets lay camouflaged and ready, their sensors locked on hyperspace lanes and orbital drift patterns.
Patrols of tanks glided across the plains like iron wolves, while starfighters zipped between outposts and surveillance beacons. The entire planet was alive with quiet, constant readiness.
Dantooine's sun, casting long golden rays over the horizon, bathed the polished durasteel and ivory stone of the enclave in warmth. But even in that peace, Revan knew war was coming.
And this time, the Jedi would not be caught unprepared.
A Father's Vigil
In the nursery wing of the main tower, Revan stood over two cribs. One held a baby boy wrapped in soft blue robes—his son by Shaak Ti. The other, a girl with Aayla Secura's bright skin tone and his eyes, cooed quietly under a canopy of healing crystals.
Shaak Ti entered the chamber quietly, her arms full of freshly laundered cloths, her gaze softening at the sight of Revan gently adjusting their daughter's blanket.
"She sleeps better when you're here," she said with a smile.
"I know," Revan murmured. "I can feel her dreams. There's no darkness in them yet."
Aayla stepped in next, cradling a mug of warm stim-tea. "That's because you've built a world where they're safe. For now."
Revan turned to her, his gaze shadowed with foresight. "For now is never long enough. The Republic won't remain blind forever. And Sidious… he's still watching."
Shaak Ti's expression turned grim. "Has he sensed the truth?"
"No. I've fooled even him. Kamino still shows activity. The clone comm signals remain unchanged. The decoy operations work." Revan looked out the arched window at the walled city below. "He doesn't know the real army is here. He doesn't know they serve us now… not him."
Naruto's Vision
Elsewhere in the meditation gardens, Naruto sat cross-legged beneath a flowering vine tree, eyes closed. Wind rustled through the leaves as he sat in stillness, his breaths calm—until a sharp whisper echoed in his ears.
"Naruto… remember…"
He gasped, eyes shooting open as visions danced before him—flashes of fire, of screams, of his mother's final words. Kushina's hair, brilliant like fire. Minato's determined gaze. The red-furred monster—Kyuubi—roaring as it was sealed within him.
He clutched his chest, trembling.
"Mom… Dad…"
A hand touched his shoulder.
Revan knelt beside him. "You saw it again."
Naruto nodded, his voice thick with emotion. "I remember it all now. Konoha… the attack… the seal. I remember my parents dying to save me. I remember the loneliness afterward… the hunger… the hate."
Revan sat beside him. "And now?"
Naruto met his gaze. "Now I'm not alone. I've made peace with the Nine-Tails. He doesn't hate me. We talk… sometimes even laugh."
Revan smiled. "That bond will make you stronger than any chakra technique. And when the time comes… we'll find your world again. But this time, we'll come as protectors."
Naruto grinned faintly. "With tanks and starships?"
"And pranks," Revan added, arching an eyebrow.
Pranks and Patrols
That afternoon, the clone commander Alpha-23—a tall ARC trooper with a sharp jaw and no patience for nonsense—found his armor mysteriously sealed shut with industrial adhesive.
Naruto, Ahsoka, and Boba Fett, hiding behind a pillar, watched as he shouted across the barracks.
"WHO GLUED MY CODPIECE?!"
Revan passed by, raising an amused brow. "Perhaps a tactical error in laundry protocol?"
Alpha-23 stiffened. "Sir. With respect, I'm going to find the little shadow demons responsible and make them scrub every engine on this planet."
Revan gave Naruto a subtle wink. "Only if you catch them, Commander."
A New Jedi Way
In the training halls, Anakin sparred with Master Plo Koon while Padmé, her pregnancy now visibly showing, watched from the gallery with Shmi Skywalker. Qui-Gon, now proudly husband to Shmi and future father again, stood beside them with a quiet smile.
This was the Jedi as it should have been—families growing in love, not hiding it. The reformed Code that Revan had authored allowed for connection, for love, for balance. Emotions were not feared; they were trained, understood, accepted.
Padmé turned to Shmi. "It still feels strange, being accepted here. No whispers. No secrets."
Shmi smiled. "That's Revan's gift. He changed what the Jedi could be. And Anakin is better because of it."
In the Dark: Sidious and Dooku
On Coruscant, Sidious stood in the shadows of his office, gazing over the city.
"Why have we not seen the clones?" he muttered. "Why hasn't the army surfaced?"
Count Dooku appeared as a hologram, kneeling before him.
"The Republic is complacent," Dooku said. "They do not yet fear war."
"Then give them something to fear," Sidious hissed. "Attack a neutral world. Make them beg for troops."
"As you wish."
Sidious turned, a flicker of uncertainty behind his mask. Something in the Force still eluded him. Like a shadow within a shadow.
Later that night, Revan stood in the Star Forge control chamber buried deep beneath Dantooine's surface. The walls glowed with ancient technology now bound to his will. Holograms showed ship schematics, planetary engines, and mobile fortress protocols.
"Planetary drive systems at 98.3%," the droid AI confirmed.
Soon, Dantooine would no longer be just a home.
It would be a weapon.
A fortress-world.
And if the Republic fell… if Sidious struck true…
He would move the entire city. His Jedi. His family. Everything.
Only one soul knew this secret besides Revan.
Naruto, standing beside him, eyes wide at the sight of the blueprints.
"You really think we'll need to run one day?" Naruto asked.
Revan didn't answer immediately.
"I think we should always be ready."
Coruscant: Panic and Propaganda
The Holonet erupted in chaos.
All across the galaxy, images blazed through transmission streams—Separatist droids attacking the planet Christophis, their ships descending in waves of fire and steel. Civilians screamed, overwhelmed by swarms of B1 battle droids. Republic outposts fell one by one. The few local defenders who resisted were crushed within hours.
On Coruscant, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine stood before the Senate.
"This unprovoked assault," he declared solemnly, "is but the first of many if we do not act. The Separatists are bold and organized. Without a standing army… the Republic cannot defend its people."
Cries of agreement filled the chamber. The cameras focused on Palpatine's carefully measured expression of concern. Every word, every pause, rehearsed.
In the shadows behind the podium, Mace Windu stood silent. Yoda, beside him, leaned heavily on his cane, eyes distant.
They knew. Something was off.
The Jedi Temple: Old Guard and Blind Eyes
The Coruscant Temple had become a relic of what once was.
Most of the Jedi there now were the old guard—masters too proud or rigid to accept Revan's reforms. They preached restraint but ignored reality. They meditated while systems burned. When whispers of Dantooine's military training surfaced, they scoffed.
"He's preparing for war," one muttered.
"War is not the Jedi way," another replied.
Only Master Yoda remained still, his expression unreadable.
"Blind, we have become. The future… moved to Dantooine, it has."
Dantooine: The Blade Ready to Strike
Inside the fortified Enclave-turned-city, the reaction was calm.
There was no panic.
Revan stood in the central war chamber with Shaak Ti, Aayla Secura, Jango Fett, and the leaders of his inner circle. A giant hologram of Christophis hovered above the table, displaying troop movements, orbital scans, and casualty numbers in real-time.
Behind them, the air shimmered as hundreds of Jedi—young, old, and newly trained—stood in armored robes, some modified with Mandalorian plating, others with clone trooper gear adapted to Jedi use.
"Begin lockdown," Revan said, his voice steady. "Activate planetary defenses. We're not moving yet, but we're watching."
Aayla nodded, entering the codes that triggered the planetary shield. On the surface, turrets rose from beneath the greenery, camouflaged until now. Tanks rumbled to readiness and took defensive positions. Fighters soared into patrol formations, and from the underground hangars, sleek Star Forge-crafted cruisers powered up—silent but deadly.
Revan walked to the balcony as alarms echoed faintly in the distance.
Below, thousands of Jedi, Mandalorians, clones, and retrofitted battle droids stood in formation.
"Soon," he whispered.
Jango's Loyalty
In the training yard, Jango Fett barked orders to a group of young Jedi-Padawans and clone troopers. Beside him, Mandalorians adjusted blaster scopes and threw vibroknives at moving targets.
"Form three!" Jango shouted. "Tighten your lines—Jedi or not, if you break rank in combat, you're dead."
He glanced toward a young female Jedi trainee who had painted her Mandalorian armor purple and gold. She smirked.
"We're not dead yet."
Jango grunted approval. "Not with me training you, you won't be."
Naruto dropped from a ledge nearby, landing with his usual chaotic energy. "We still doing combat drills, or are we gonna prank the new clones again?"
Jango arched a brow. "You do both, you live longer."
Naruto laughed. "Good. 'Cause I put itching powder in Commander Dev's under-armor."
Ahsoka, behind him, facepalmed. "Naruto…"
The Star Forge: Revan's Secret
Later that night, Revan stood alone in the Star Forge control chamber deep below Dantooine. The structure, now fully repaired and reprogrammed, pulsed with quiet energy.
On the main console, a planetary schematic glowed—Dantooine itself, now a planetary-scale mobile station, ready to detach and move through space if ever needed.
"Status?" he asked.
"Full mobility achieved," the AI responded. "Engines calibrated. Planetary thrust capabilities stabilized. Final cloaking system—99.7% complete."
Only Naruto stood behind him.
"No one else knows?" Naruto asked.
Revan turned. "No one. Not even Aayla or Shaak Ti."
"Why me?"
"Because you're family. And one day… I might need you to remind me of why we built this."
Naruto was silent. Then, softly: "To protect those who couldn't protect themselves."
