" those who can sense mana and , cabsorb the mana around them are , call potential awakners, not all who can absorb mana awakens , " explained hiro
"So to awaken what do they have to do?" .
" To awaken one have to make , a mana core in their body , by absorbing the mana in envoirment".
" How do one make mana core" shin asked.
" We gathered many from sorroundings, once enough mana is gathered , next step is to move it towards a single point , and when that mana it concentrated , it strat taking a solid hollow shape , that is known as mana core , when mana core is formed , changes happen in body , and one is awakened".
" How many ranks are there ?"
" It is said that there are 9 ranks , but some people believe there are ranks above them"
" So how do you actually advance rank ? ".
" When mana core is formed we reach rank 1, and once again we gather mana and , this time we saturate mana core with it , once mana core is fully saturated , we try to break it , and rebuilt it once again , and once it is successfully formed we reach next rank ".
"So you just have to break and rebuilt mana core "
" No it is not that easy , as our rank increases, amount of mana required to saturate core increases , you are making it sound easy , and I heard that sometimes you have to do something new to reach next rank , only starting core is not enough and, i also heard that some people can even break ther core even after saturating their core".
After finish their talk about ranks , they stood up and shin asked " so where did you come from"
Hiro answered " there is a village ahead of that forest ".
With a little hope in his eyes shin asked " can you take me there".
Hiro looked at shin and said " yes I can take you there , but if you want to stay there you need to ask village cheif for permission, and don't reveal to them that you are not from here ".
" Hahaha , don't worry not a soul will suspect" Shin said laughing.
With a serious expression hiro said " now you have asked many questions, it is my turn , how did you get here?".
Shin expression remained same and he said " I don't remember, when i opened my eyes I was already here and as soon as I got here a injured centipede attacked me ".
" so , you don't want to telle " hiro said as if not believing what shin said.
" Really I don't know how I got here " shin said while making innocent face .
" I got it , so how did you got so strong " hiro asked .
" By eating these monsters " shin answered as if it was a dunm question.
" You got strong by eating these beasts ," hiro said Bewildered .
There was a strange trust in shin , towards hiro , it may be because he was the first intelligent being that met him , or it may be due to that he was not sending any bad will from him.
Chatting they walked towards the jungle .
" I am feeling, that this jungle is very dangerous" shin said worried.
" Yes this jungle is very dangerous, even adults don't dare to enter it " hiro said .
" Then how did you come here , I don't think you are strong enough to survive in this jungle " shin said while looking at hiro .
" I know a secret route , with no dangers in it " hiro answered while ignoring shin's statment .
they were walking throught the forest , then shin asked " why is everything red in this world , the red sky , red moon and even leaves of these tree are red".
" According to some legends , this world was not always like this , the sky was blue , and water was not red , it was also blue , leaves of trees were green " hiro said in happy voice.
" The how did it turn like this " shin asked .
Hiro looked at him and said " how would I know, these are just legends , since I was born it is always like this , ".
Chatting they continued to walk through jungle
After some time they were out of jungle , in front of shin was entrance of village it, there were wooden walls sorrounding the village , as they walked towards village entrance , a guard asked " hey , hiro who is he , I don't think he is an Asura ' .
Hiro immediately responded " sir , I am taking him to cheif , he wishes to meet with him" .
" Little hiro , not anybody can meet with cheif anytime ", that guard said in a mocking time.
" Sir , guard I think cheif will be intrested in meeting him ". Hiro said secretly clenching his fists .
As hiro shin walked ahead guard blocked his way with spear " but first you have to take my permission , if you want to enter inside , what if you are a spy from the nearby orc village ".
" I will be responsible for him , if chief thinks he is dangerous, I will take punishment for bringing him here" hiro said in a confident voice.
" Hey kid , I can't let any stranger enter in village, he he is half naked he definitely seems suspicious" guard said .
Shin was getting annoyed by the guard ( note - soory again I forgot to write that hiro gave shin a cloth to cover his body ) so he spoke " mister how can I be dangerous, i am not even awakened , and I don't think this village is so weak that they can't even kill an unawakened"
Guard was irritated by his tone " he kid you have to speak in respect to those who are older .."
Then came a voice behind from guard " let them go , I will be responsible for them"
Shin then saw another guard , younger than the guard in front of them , then hiro spoke " thank you brother , gibbert "
Then that guard spoke " but head guard ' he is a stranger how can we let them enter" .
Then gibbert said in a commanding tone " I said I will be responsible, and you two.. you should go ".
Hiro signeled shin to follow him , they were now inside the village .
Shin asked " who was he ?" .
Hiro answered " he was brother gibbert, he is a good man , he often helps me , he is currently our sword instructor at academy".
Shin asked "academy?".
Hiro said " all the potential awakners are provided with lectures at academy , this academy was set up by cheif to train next generation in basic combat skills ".
" Ohhh , so you are a potential awakner "
Hiro said in a happy voice " yes , and I will probably awaken soon , and brother gibbert also says that I am a genius, brother gibbert always support me thats why these other guard are jealous of me ".
