As the duo left the Counselor's Office, the dome was dark, which shocked them. Michelle turned her flashlight on and looked around. "What's going on? What happened to the power?" she asked.
The phone started ringing, which made Michelle grab it off the hook. "Something's gone wrong," Ollie said. "Grab the cord from the Counselor's Office and plug it underneath the statue! We need to reach 100%; good luck."
DogDay quickly approached the cord inside a pillar and grabbed it. "I got it," he said. Michelle nodded as she put the phone back on one of the hooks. "Since I have the flashlight, I'll take the lead," she said.
DogDay nodded as Michelle walked forward, which made him follow behind. When the duo reached the door under the statue, Michelle opened it. The other toys looked at the duo as they walked down the stairs. "You two are alright," Bobby BearHug said.
Michelle looked down. "For now, at least," she said as the duo walked toward the back. "Something must've cut the power to the dome because it's dark again."
The other toys looked at one another, worried; DogDay plugged the cord into the machine. As Michelle approached the pipe, she spotted a key with a poppy flower hanging inside it.
Michelle grabbed the key and looked at it. "This key... it's the same one Poppy used on that panel with the poppy flower painted on it," she said before heading to the stairs. "I'll be quick about it." DogDay looked at the stairs as Michelle climbed them. "Be careful..." he said, lowly.
Michelle sprinted toward the wall near Home Sweet Home and spotted the panel with the poppy flower. When Michelle was close, she put the key in the lock before twisting it, which unlocked it.
When Michelle opened the panel, she spotted the cord above the lever before pulling the left trigger. The blue hand grabbed the cord before pulling it. "Now, to take it back to the statue," Michelle said before sprinting toward the statue.
Soon after, Michelle went down the stairs before going to the back. When Michelle was close to the plugs, she plugged the cord into the lower right plug. Soon after, the machine made a jingle. "OK, that should be enough power," Ollie said.
Soon after, a large light blue battery came out of the pipe, which made the group look at it. "Now, take that huge battery to the Gas Production Zone. So we can get out of here!" Ollie continued. "It's the door by the cable car you arrived on; good luck."
After the phone call ended, Michelle hung it on one of the hooks before staring at the large battery. "Big Sis Misha..." she turned her head to the back and saw Bunzo Bunny and the other toys staring at her, worried.
Michelle took a deep breath and exhaled before turning to the toys. "Listen up, everyone," she said. "We're near our goal of getting out of this area and finding Kevin and Katelynn."
Michelle clenched her fists a bit. "The only hurdle in our way is CatNap," she continued. "We have to stop him, or we'll never leave this place."
Michelle looked at the larger toys. "And if possible... I want to avoid killing him," she said. The larger toys were shocked. "You've got to be joking with us!" KickinChicken shouted.
Bubba Bubbaphant looked at Michelle. "If we keep him alive, he'll just try to stop us even if we go down further," he said. Michelle looked at the larger toys with stern eyes. "I don't care!" she shouted.
The larger toys were shocked. "I've seen and dealt with my fair share of killing, and I don't want any more pointless bloodshed," Michelle said. "However, if there's no other choice... then it'll be a last-ditch effort."
DogDay stared at Michelle before nodding. "Very well..." he said. Michelle smiled a bit before getting serious. "I'm gonna need five large toys with me to the Gas Production Zone while the rest of you stay inside this room," she said.
Huggy Wuggy approached Michelle's side. "Huggy go with Misha," he said. DogDay stepped forward. "I'll accompany you as well," he said. KickinChicken's eyes looked excited. "Count me in! Staying in this cooped-up place was so boring," he said.
Bubba Bubbaphant sighed. "I suppose I'll come along," he said. When Michelle turned her head to Mommy Long Legs, she noticed she was shaking.
Michelle approached Mommy Long Legs and held her hand, which made her stop shaking and look at her. "I understand if you don't want to go; if I'm honest, I'm terrified about this whole ordeal," she said.
Michelle smiled at Mommy Long Legs. "You don't have to put a brave face on for my sake," she continued. "I won't hold it against you if you want to stay in here."
Mommy Long Legs looked down before closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. After exhaling, Mommy Long Legs looked at Michelle, determined. "I want to go with you," she said.
Michelle looked at Mommy Long Legs. "Are you certain?" she asked. Mommy Long Legs nodded. "I want to conquer my fears and teach that kitty cat a lesson for making my little Misha suffer," she said.
Michelle gently smiled. "Very well," she said before looking at Bobby BearHug. "Then I leave you with the guarding duty." Bobby BearHug nodded. "Leave it to me," she said.
PJ Pug-A-Pillar whined to Michelle, which made her look at him. Michelle smiled before petting PJ Pug-A-Pillar's head. "You be a good guard dog to the smaller toys, OK?" she asked.
PJ Pug-A-Pillar happily panted before barking, which made Michelle giggle a bit. Huggy Wuggy wrapped his arms around the large battery. "Huggy carry battery," he said.
Michelle nodded before looking at the other large toys. "Let's move," she said, which made the said toys nod. As the group went up the stairs, Bobby BearHug looked at them. "Good luck..." she said, lowly.
...
...
...
The group entered the Gas Production Zone and looked around. KickinChicken whistled a bit. "It's been a while since we've been in here," he said. "It looks... a lot darker than I remember."
Bubba Bubbaphant rolled his eyes. "Of course it'll be dark, you moron," he said. "With the power cut out, this entire place will be dark."
KickinChicken glared at Bubba Bubbaphant. "Wanna say that again, you—" DogDay glared at the duo, which made them flinch. "Now is not the time to argue, got it?" The duo quickly nodded. "Yes, sir!" they shouted.
Michelle turned her flashlight to the right and saw the large blue socket. "There... that's where we need to put that battery in," she said before walking forward. "C'mon, Huggy." Huggy Wuggy nodded before following Michelle.
As the duo walked, Michelle twisted the knob, switching from the purple hand to the orange hand. "Get ready for whatever CatNap throws at us," she said.
Huggy Wuggy nodded as the duo was close to the battery socket. As Huggy Wuggy lifted the battery, Michelle heard footsteps on the other side, which made her blood run cold.
Before Huggy Wuggy could do anything, CatNap came out of the opening, blowing Red Smoke, which made the duo freeze and him drop the battery. "Run!" Michelle shouted before the duo ran.
Red Smoke spread around the room, which made the group look at it. "He's here," DogDay said. As the group turned their heads to the right, they saw the duo running toward them.
Soon after, the trio saw CatNap with a sickly gray complexion, an elongated mouth, and skeletal features, wearing a necklace with a silver moon pendant behind the duo, which made their eyes widen. "Get to the lift!" Michelle shouted.
Mommy Long Legs looked at the button behind them and pressed it, which made the gate open. As the group entered the lift, Huggy Wuggy picked Michelle up before sprinting faster.
Soon after, the duo entered the lift before Mommy Long Legs pressed the button inside it, which made the gate close. As the lift rose, CatNap got on the fencing and started climbing. Michelle stared at CatNap while he did the same until he was no longer in sight.
