Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 A severely injured person was given an antidote?

"Empress Fan Reporting In!"

"Robin Fan Office Here!"

"Nami Fan Club Representing!"

"Big Mom Fan Division, Reporting!"

"It's the It's Fan Squad!"

Suddenly…

"Audit—! Audit Bro, I swear I've learned my lesson! I won't mess around again! I didn't know the limits, but I'll be a good person from now on, okay? Just give me another chance!"

In a dark, cold cave, two figures lay huddled together—one big, one small.

The larger one was gasping for air.

The smaller one, lying motionless with eyes shut, suddenly twitched.

Then—bam! He shot upright.

The big guy beside him was stunned for a second, then burst into rage.

"You dog! I go to bed for one night, and you're cheating on my wife?! You dare shack up with another woman behind her back?!"

SMACK!

A crisp slap echoed through the cave.

After the beatdown, the furious man slowly opened his eyes—then froze.

"…Huh? What the hell is this place?! Where am I? Still in China?!"

Will was panicking.

Just a moment ago, he'd accepted a major job treating a tiger at the zoo. The tiger was in heat and had hurt itself, so they'd sent a car to pick him up.

He had dozed off in the car, and when he woke up…

This.

Even weirder, he had dreamt of having a wife—and catching her cheating. In a fit of rage, he smacked the mistress on the spot.

Still dazed and disoriented, he suddenly heard a low groan.

Turning his head quickly, he saw—a deer. A mid-sized deer, covered in wounds, blood dripping from its mouth, and barely conscious.

Will's instincts kicked in. He was a veterinarian, after all. He could tell at a glance—the deer wouldn't last more than 30 minutes without treatment.

But then something struck him—

Wait… why does this deer look so familiar…?

Before he could react, a splitting headache hit him. Like a tidal wave, memories that didn't belong to him surged through his mind.

Two minutes later, the pain faded.

Will—no, Weir—had finally pieced it together.

Damn… I've transmigrated.

This wasn't Earth anymore. He had crossed into the world of One Piece—to the snowy, harsh island of Drum Kingdom.

The timeline?

Just before Luffy and the crew arrive on the island.

The deer next to him?

That was Tony Tony Chopper.

Chopper had gone down the mountain to gather medicine for Doctor Hiriluk. Along the way, he found Will unconscious and tried to rescue him.

But Will wasn't just anyone. He was being chased.

Three unknown attackers—each with Devil Fruit powers—were after him.

Chopper, being kind-hearted, tried to help Will escape. Unfortunately, he was outnumbered and ambushed. He could've escaped normally, but the Devil Fruits had crippled his options.

One attacker had a Bird Fruit, slowing him down.

Another had a Hairy Fruit, tangling him up.

The third—some kind of Chicken Zoan.

Together, the three beat Chopper within an inch of his life.

Still, he managed to flee, dragging himself and Will into this cave, but he couldn't last long. His wounds were severe.

To make matters worse—those three fruit users were hot on their trail.

The snow covered the blood for a while, but eventually, they'd catch up.

No tools. No weapons. No backup. Just me and a half-dead reindeer.

Will felt hopeless.

He didn't know how to fight.

He didn't have equipment to treat Chopper.

I'm just a vet. What the hell am I supposed to do against Devil Fruit users?!

And yet… Chopper had tried to save him. Without him, Will would've died in the snow.

If I live through this, I swear I'll repay you, Chopper! I'll make sure you live a pampered life—meals delivered, a golden wheelchair if needed, even a personal masseuse! I'll make you the first heavenly reindeer in the world!

But first—how do they survive this?

Ding!

New host detected in critical danger. Issuing starter gift pack…

Congratulations! You have received:

Antidote (Lv.99) – Instantly neutralizes all food-based poison.

Will was stunned.

A system? YES! I've got a system! I'm saved!

Then…

Wait. Antidote? Level 99? For food poisoning??

His excitement plummeted.

BRO. CHOPPER IS BLEEDING OUT. What am I supposed to do, sprinkle salt and hope for the best?!

Still, the item didn't seem ordinary. Level 99 wasn't a joke.

Could… Devil Fruit be considered "food poisoning"?

You eat one, and the side effect is you can't swim. That's kind of poisonous, right?

Will looked at the antidote in his hand.

It was a long shot. But it was his only shot.

Just then—

Rustle…

From the entrance of the cave, snow shifted. A head poked through.

It was the chicken guy.

"Ah-hah! Found you! Bow before the power of Brother Chicken!"

Will nearly screamed. The beak was inches from his face.

Behind him, the other two goons followed, grinning with malicious intent.

"Take them both," Chicken Bro ordered. "Deal with the deer first. He's the dangerous one."

Will panicked.

He was no fighter.

Chopper was dying.

And three goons with powers were here to kill them both.

He looked at the glowing potion in his hand.

Now or never…

CRASH! He threw it at the attackers' feet.

Powder exploded into the air.

The three inhaled it and coughed violently.

"What the hell?! A smoke bomb?! You think that'll stop us—"

Suddenly…

Each of them trembled.

A strange energy rippled through the air.

Their powers—were reacting.
