Kamino Ward was utterly destroyed. News of the battle spread across the world in a matter of hours. The Symbol of Evil, All For One, had been defeated. But not by All Might, the Symbol of Peace, but by a mysterious teenager listed as a U.A. student, Tom Jacker.
The world of heroes and villains was shaken to its core. Who was this kid? Where did such immense power come from? What was his goal? Fear and uncertainty gripped society. Pro Heroes felt threatened, while the remnants of the League of Villains were now leaderless and directionless. All Might himself, though relieved that All For One was gone, felt his burden as the Symbol of Peace now questioned in an entirely new way. He didn't lose, but he didn't win either. The victory had been "stolen" by an incomprehensible entity.
Tom Jacker, on the other hand, didn't care about any of that. He had gotten his ultimate prize.
He teleported to a secluded beach, far from the crowds and the media. He sat on the sand, gazing at the waves, and began to "play" with his new Quirk: All For One.
[System Panel]
* Ability 'All For One' activated.
* Functions:
* Quirk Stealing: Allows the user to forcibly and permanently take another person's Quirk.
* Quirk Bestowal: Allows the user to grant stolen Quirks to others.
* Quirk Storage: Can store a large number of stolen Quirks.
* Multiple Quirk Activation: Allows the simultaneous use of several Quirks.
* System Note: You have gained access to all Quirks previously stored by the former All For One user. The initial Quirk library has been added to your memory.
Tom grinned widely. This was the best toy. He could feel hundreds, even thousands, of Quirks stored within his new "library." He tried activating a few at random: a small blast of air from his palm, the ability to make his skin as hard as steel for a moment, even a Quirk to grow small horns on his head, which he immediately dismissed with a laugh.
"But stealing is more fun," he muttered. He teleported to a dark alley in a nearby city. He saw a small-time thug trying to extort a pedestrian using a minor Quirk: secreting sticky slime from his fingers.
Tom approached. "Hey, buddy. Mind if I borrow that for a bit?" Before the thug could react, Tom touched his forehead. The thug felt a strange sensation, as if something was being pulled out of him. He tried to use his Quirk again, but nothing came out. He was just a normal human now. Tom, on the other hand, could now secrete sticky slime from his fingers if he wanted to.
"Hmm, not very useful, but the process was fun," Tom said, then teleported back to the beach, leaving the bewildered and terrified thug.
Back at U.A., the atmosphere was extremely tense. Principal Nezu and Aizawa finally managed to arrange a meeting with Tom in Nezu's office.
"Jacker-kun," Nezu said with a serious tone. "Your actions in Kamino... they've changed everything. The world now knows about your power."
"Good, right? So they won't mess with me," Tom replied casually.
"What's your plan now?" Aizawa asked, his tired eyes sharply fixed on Tom. "With the power of All For One in your hands, you could do anything."
Tom shrugged. "I haven't decided. Maybe I'll open an ice cream shop. Or maybe..." He smiled. "I'll finish my game here."
"What game?" Nezu asked carefully.
"Defeating all the strongest people, of course," Tom replied. "All For One is done. All Might... well, he's past his prime, not fun anymore." He looked out the window. "But there are still a few top-tier Pro Heroes who look pretty tough. Endeavor, Hawks, that fighting rabbit... Mirko, right? I want to see how strong they really are."
Nezu and Aizawa exchanged horrified glances. This child, with the power of the Symbol of Evil in his hands, now intended to "test" the strongest heroes in the country. This was no longer about observation. This was a potential national catastrophe.
"And after that," Tom continued, as if oblivious to their fear, "I'll claim my prize and move on to another, more interesting world."
He stood up. "Alright, I have an appointment with someone who really likes fire. See ya!"
Before Nezu or Aizawa could say anything, Tom teleported away, leaving them both in a silence filled with dread.
Tom Jacker's game had entered a new phase. He was the apex predator now, and Japan's strongest heroes had just been added to his hit list.
The news of All For One's defeat at the hands of a mysterious U.A. student sent shockwaves through every layer of hero and villain society. But before the dust could settle in Kamino Ward, Tom Jacker was already planning his next move. With the power of All For One now his, he had access to an extraordinary Quirk library, and more importantly, the ability to take even more.
"All Might is effectively retired, All For One is a museum exhibit," Tom muttered to himself while watching the news in a cafe he had just entered (by teleporting into an empty seat). "Who's left to play with?"
His eyes landed on the screen showing the new Pro Hero Number One: Endeavor, the Flame Hero. His perpetually angry and ambitious face looked very appealing to Tom.
"Him," Tom decided with a smile. "He definitely has big flames. I like fireworks."
Endeavor was in the middle of a public patrol in Fukuoka city, leading his agency in a small-scale villain apprehension operation covered by the media. Suddenly, in the middle of the crowd, Tom Jacker simply appeared in front of him, blocking his way.
"Excuse me, Number One Hero," Tom greeted cheerfully. "I'm Tom Jacker. Big fan. Can I have your 'autograph'?" He made air quotes when he said 'autograph'.
Endeavor, who recognized Tom's face from intelligence reports about Kamino, immediately took a fighting stance. "What do you want, kid? I don't have time for your games."
"Oh, this isn't a game," Tom said. "This is an official request. I want your fire Quirk. It looks very warm and fun."
Fury immediately ignited on Endeavor's face. "How dare you...!" He unleashed a wave of hellfire at Tom.
Civilians screamed in panic, and the media immediately aimed their cameras. Tom just stood there, letting the flames engulf him. When the fire subsided, he was still standing without a scratch, his clothes not even singed.
"I told you, didn't I? Warm," Tom said. "But I want a version I can control myself."
A battle was unavoidable. Endeavor, enraged by Tom's arrogance and with his reputation on the line in front of the public, attacked with all his might. Hellflame burned the air, creating fire tornadoes and deadly hot projectiles.
Tom danced between the attacks. He used Telekinesis to deflect blasts of fire or create shields from street debris. He teleported to avoid Endeavor's close-range attacks. Occasionally, he used one of the Quirks from his All For One library: a high-pressure water blast to temporarily extinguish the flames, or a force field to withstand explosions. He even used Gigantification to grow as tall as a building and stare down at Endeavor, only to return to normal size a second later and playfully pat the Number One Hero's head.
Endeavor grew increasingly frustrated. Every ultimate attack, every signature move, nothing managed to hurt this kid. It was like fighting a ghost, a god, or a demon who was toying with him.
"Why... why can't you be hurt?!" Endeavor yelled, his breath ragged, his body beginning to show signs of exhaustion from overuse of his Quirk.
"Company secret," Tom replied with a wink.
Finally, Tom decided he had played enough. As Endeavor launched his last desperate fire attack, Tom didn't dodge. Instead, he stepped forward, pushing through the flames, and with a single gentle touch to Endeavor's forehead, he activated his All For One ability.
Endeavor felt a chilling sensation, as if his soul was being pulled out. His burning flames suddenly extinguished. The power that had been a part of him his entire life simply vanished. He collapsed to his knees, empty and powerless.

* Ability 'All For One' activated.
* System Notification: Quirk 'Hellflame' has been successfully stolen and added to your Quirk library.
Tom felt the power of hellfire flow into him. He snapped his fingers, and blue flames, hotter and more controlled than Endeavor's, danced on his fingertips.
"Thanks for the gift, Endeavor-san," Tom said to the now powerless hero. "I'll take good care of it."
He looked around, at the crowd frozen in horror, at the other heroes too scared to approach. He smiled.
"Who's next?" he thought gleefully. He remembered that fast-winged hero, Hawks. Or perhaps the fighting rabbit, Mirko. His target list was still long.
With a single teleportation jump, Tom Jacker vanished from the scene, leaving behind the Number One Hero who had lost his flames, and a world that now knew there was a new predator at the top of the food chain, a predator who collected power as if it were a hobby.
The news of Endeavor's defeat and the loss of his Hellflame Quirk sent an unprecedented wave of panic across Japan. The Number One Hero had been incapacitated in a matter of days by a single entity. The Hero Public Safety Commission worked overtime, trying to formulate a strategy to deal with Tom Jacker, but they were up against something truly beyond their comprehension. Other Pro Heroes were ordered to be on high alert, operate in teams, and avoid direct confrontation if possible.
Tom, of course, found all of this highly amusing. He read the news about the chaos he had caused while enjoying a luxurious breakfast he had teleported from a five-star hotel in Paris.
"They're too uptight," he muttered. "I just want to play."
He thought about his next target. The current Number Two Hero, Hawks, the Winged Hero. Known for his incredible speed and his ability to control every single feather of his wings individually. That sounded like an interesting challenge, or at least, a good toy to collect.
Hawks was on an aerial patrol over Fukuoka city, his mind filled with Endeavor's situation and the new threat named Tom Jacker. He was a hero who relied on speed and intelligence, not raw power. He knew he had to be extremely careful.
Suddenly, someone simply appeared in the air in front of him, floating casually as if it were the most natural thing in the world. Tom Jacker, with his characteristic smile.
"Hello, Cool Bird!" Tom greeted. "I like your wings. Can I have a closer look?"
Hawks reacted in a split second. He shot backward, creating distance, while several of his hardest feathers launched towards Tom like throwing knives.
Tom just chuckled. He used Telekinesis to stop the feathers in mid-air, spun them around, then sent them back towards Hawks at twice the speed. Hawks was forced to dodge with acrobatic maneuvers.
The aerial battle began. Hawks was one of the fastest heroes, his wings giving him agility and the ability to attack from any angle. He unleashed a barrage of sharp feathers, trying to ensnare or injure Tom.
But Tom was an impossible opponent. He teleported here and there, easily avoiding every one of Hawks' attacks. He appeared behind Hawks, above him, below him, frustrating the Winged Hero. Occasionally, Tom would use a burst of fire from his newly stolen Hellflame Quirk, forcing Hawks to frantically dodge the intense heat.
"You're fast!" Tom exclaimed. "But can your wings withstand this?"
Tom activated his Gigantification Quirk. His body grew as tall as a skyscraper, his giant hands trying to swat Hawks out of the air like a fly.
Hawks, with his exceptional flying skills, managed to avoid the giant swat, but he began to realize how futile his resistance was. This man... or whatever he was... could do anything.
He tried to use his intelligence, sending small feathers to evacuate civilians below while continuing to fight, hoping to create an opening or lure Tom into a more advantageous area. But Tom didn't care about the civilians. His focus was only on Hawks.
Finally, after several minutes of "playing" that felt like forever to Hawks, Tom decided it was enough. As Hawks was flying high, Tom teleported directly above him, then used Telekinesis to create an invisible cage around Hawks, stopping his movement completely in mid-air.
"Good wings," Tom said, returning to normal size and floating in front of the trapped Hawks. "I think I'll take them."
He extended his hand and touched Hawks' back, where his magnificent red wings originated. The All For One ability activated. Hawks felt the same chilling sensation that Endeavor had felt, as if an essential part of him was being forcibly ripped away.
His beautiful wings drooped limply, then fell off feather by feather, becoming ordinary feathers blown away by the wind.

* Ability 'All For One' activated.
* System Notification: Quirk 'Fierce Wings' has been successfully stolen and added to your Quirk library.
Hawks fell from the sky, now wingless. Before he hit the ground, Tom casually caught him using Telekinesis and gently lowered him onto a building rooftop.
"Well, that's better. Too many feathers flying around just now," Tom said. He then felt a new power on his back. With a little concentration, a pair of red wings identical to Hawks' appeared from Tom's back. He flapped them a few times, feeling a different sensation of flight than just floating with Telekinesis.
"This is fun!" he exclaimed, flying circles in the air.
Hawks, now sitting on the rooftop, could only stare in horror and despair as he watched the man fly with the wings that were once his. The Number Two Hero had fallen.
Tom glanced at the horizon. There were still a few interesting names on the Pro Hero list. He remembered the muscular woman with rabbit ears called Mirko. She seemed like the type who would give a fun physical fight.
"I guess it's time to visit the zoo," Tom muttered with a grin, before speeding off with his new wings, leaving another trail of panic in his wake.
News of Hawks' defeat and the loss of his Fierce Wings Quirk spread like wildfire, creating a new wave of despair among Pro Heroes and civilians. Two of the nation's top heroes had been incapacitated in a matter of days by a single entity. The government panicked, the Hero Public Safety Commission held nonstop emergency meetings, but there seemed to be no solution to deal with Tom Jacker.
However, not all heroes felt despair. One felt challenged.
Rumi Usagiyama, Pro Hero Number Five, Mirko, knew no fear. She lived to fight, to test her limits against the strongest opponents. And Tom Jacker, the unbeatable anomaly, was the biggest challenge that had ever appeared. She didn't wait for Tom to find her. She sought Tom out.
Using all her resources and fighting instincts, Mirko managed to track Tom down, who was casually enjoying ice cream in a city park, as if he wasn't causing chaos.
"Tom Jacker!" Mirko yelled, landing hard in front of Tom, creating a small crater in the ground. Her intense fighting aura was immediately palpable. "I'm sick of hearing about you. It's time you faced a worthy opponent!"
Tom licked his ice cream, looking Mirko up and down. Her long rabbit ears twitched, her powerful muscles clearly visible. "Mirko, right? The Rabbit Hero. You seem more... energetic than the previous two. I like that."
"Don't talk so much!" Mirko lunged, her powerful legs aiming for Tom's head with a high-speed spinning kick, her signature move, Luna Tijeras.
Tom, with a smile on his face, simply tilted his head slightly. Mirko's kick passed where his head had been milliseconds earlier, hitting only empty air. Tom had teleported a few meters to the side.
"Fast too," Tom complimented. "But is that all?"
Their battle was a whirlwind of movement and power. Mirko attacked relentlessly, every kick and punch having the force to shatter concrete. She used her incredible agility, leaping from wall to wall, sliding on the ground, looking for an opening in Tom's defenses. Luna Fall, Luna Arc, all her ultimate moves were unleashed.
Tom, on the other hand, enjoyed every second of it. He was like dancing with a storm.
* He used Spatial Teleportation to easily avoid Mirko's most deadly attacks.
* He used Telekinesis to create invisible shields or to catch Mirko's leg in mid-air just before it hit him.
* He even activated Muscle Augmentation (from Muscular's Quirk in his All For One library) to match Mirko's physical strength in a few brief punching exchanges, which greatly surprised the Rabbit Hero.
* Occasionally, he would flap the Fierce Wings (from Hawks' Quirk) he had just "collected," taking him into the air and forcing Mirko to jump higher.
Every time Mirko landed a solid blow that should have crushed bones, Tom would just smile, and his body would return to normal in an instant. This made Mirko even more angry and frustrated, but also more excited. She had never met an opponent like this.
"What... what kind of monster are you?!" Mirko yelled, her breath starting to come in ragged gasps, but her fighting spirit was not extinguished.
"A monster who really enjoys a good fight," Tom replied. "And you, Miss Rabbit, gave a very good fight."
But all games come to an end. Tom decided it was time to finish this. As Mirko launched her strongest Luna Ring attack, creating a shockwave from her axe kick, Tom didn't dodge. Instead, he moved forward, partially activating Gigantification on his arm, making it as big as a tree trunk, then caught Mirko's kick with one hand.
Mirko was shocked as her incredible power was simply stopped. Before she could react, Tom, with his arm still gigantic, slammed her to the ground hard enough to temporarily incapacitate her.
He returned to normal size, crouching beside the coughing Mirko who was trying to get up. "You're strong. Very strong. I like that." He touched Mirko's forehead.

Mirko felt the chilling sensation that had now become Tom's signature for his victims. The power in her legs, her incredible agility, everything that defined her as the Rabbit Hero, vanished. She looked at Tom with a mixture of anger and bitter defeat.
Tom stood up. He could feel a new energy in his legs, a desire to jump and kick. "Fun Quirk," he said. He glanced towards the city. The other heroes must be in a panic by now.
"Who else, I wonder?" he thought. "Best Jeanist? Edgeshot? Or maybe I've collected enough 'souvenirs' from this world?"
He felt a bit bored again. Defeating heroes one by one was exciting at first, but now the pattern was starting to feel repetitive. Maybe it was time to find new challenges elsewhere. But before that, there was one more thing he had to do.
Claim his reward from the System for "cleansing" this world of its strongest individuals.
After his fight with Mirko, Tom Jacker felt a strange kind of satisfaction. He had defeated several of Japan's strongest Pro Heroes, collected their Quirks as if they were rare stamps, and caused national panic. It had been a rather productive vacation.
He sat atop Tokyo's tallest radio tower, looking out at the city now gripped by fear of his presence. Heroes patrolled nervously, civilians hurried home before nightfall. His presence had changed the city's rhythm.
"System," Tom thought inwardly. "What about that 'cleansing the world' objective? Have I caused enough chaos to get my prize?"
A notification panel appeared before him, glowing softly in the night.
[System Panel]
* Dimension M-78 (My Hero Academia) World Progress Evaluation Complete.
* High-power targets defeated/significantly incapacitated: All For One, Endeavor, Hawks, Mirko, Kurogiri, various high-tier Nomu, and a significant number of other Villains and Pro Heroes.
* Conclusion: You have successfully dominated and defeated the majority of significantly powerful individuals in this dimension.
* Congratulations! You gained: +1 Permanent Ability Slot.
* Your total Ability Slots now: 7.
Tom grinned widely. Seven slots. That meant more room for new toys in the future. He had achieved everything he wanted in this world. A familiar sense of boredom began to creep in again. The fights with these heroes were starting to feel repetitive. They all fell in the same way before his absolute power.
It was time to find a new playground.
But first, a difficult decision. With seven slots available, and the rule that he could only carry two "core" abilities he had copied from previous dimensions to the next world (the rest were sacrificed as travel costs, initially 4 slots but because some worlds couldn't fill the slots I changed it to core powers), he had to choose wisely.
The core abilities he had collected so far were:
* Telekinesis (from the I Am Number Four world)
* Spatial Teleportation (from the Jumper world)
* All For One (from the My Hero Academia world - which also contained a library of stolen Quirks like Hellflame, Fierce Wings, Rabbit, Muscle Augmentation, Compress, Gigantification, etc.)
He pondered. Telekinesis was his first versatile power, very strong and flexible. Teleportation was key to his absolute mobility. All For One... oh, All For One was the ultimate prize. The ability to take, store, and use almost any other power in this world. That was a potential for unlimited fun.
The choice was hard. Letting go of Telekinesis felt like discarding an old friend. But All For One offered a much more interesting future of "collection."
"Sorry, old friend," Tom thought, imagining his Telekinesis power. "But my new toy is much shinier."
He made his decision. He would keep Spatial Teleportation and All For One. With All For One, he could simply "steal" a Telekinesis Quirk again in the future if he really needed it, or another similar or even better Quirk. Spatial Teleportation was a must for his lifestyle.
He stood on top of the tower, looking at the metropolis now under the shadow of the invisible terror he had created. He didn't say goodbye. There was no unfinished business. He was just an explorer, a collector, an agent of chaos who stopped by for some fun.
Focusing on his desire to find a new world full of new challenges and powers, Tom Jacker activated his Dimensional Shift ability. The air around him began to vibrate and warp. A tear in reality opened, not a purple portal like Warp Gate, but more like a shattered window into a multicolored void.
He stepped in without hesitation.
Below him, Japan and the entire My Hero Academia world were left in chaos. The Symbol of Evil was gone, but so were most of their strongest Pro Heroes. A power vacuum had been created, and the fear of the "Laughing Anomaly" that could appear at any time would haunt them for years to come.
Tom Jacker was gone, off to his next adventure, with two terrifying core powers and seven slots ready to be filled with new horrors.
