Chapter 4 - Chapter 3: The Little Sister Wielding the Giant Sword

Chapter 3: The Little Sister Wielding the Giant Sword

Quinn was struck by Stephen's "Lightning" spell, crashing onto the nearby shelf with a loud thud. The shelf collapsed, and all the small items on it scattered noisily onto the ground. The long sword was also flung and stuck into the wall beside it, with a pile of debris on the ground. Quinn, groaning constantly, had his soft cloth armor charred and emitting thick smoke.

Although he seemed not to have suffered a fatal injury, he couldn't stand up again for a short while.

In Anthony's magic hut, the others were once again stunned.

"Lightning" was the most basic level spell, with limited destructive power. But Stephen could use this spell to send a second-level beginner swordsman, Quinn, flying... This only indicated that Stephen had reached a complete mastery of the "Lightning" spell.

Only by ensuring that there were no slightest errors in the magic template could the maximum power of the spell be exerted. This was common sense, but... Stephen clearly couldn't cast the "Lightning" spell yet!

"An accident... It must be an accident..." Boss Buska, after a moment of shock, suddenly realized and pointed at Stephen, shouting, "He just cast this spell by accident. I've done some investigation, this guy is a magician, but he's not good at attacking spells at all. Locke, attack him quickly, he can't continue to cast the spell..."

"Lightning!" Stephen's wand aimed at Buska and was gently waved.

Sliera -

A silver-white lightning bolt directly struck Buska. Stephen didn't hold back at all. He had an indescribable disgust for this Buska in his heart, wanting to teach this short and fat greedy merchant a good lesson.

But when the lightning bolt reached Buska's front, only a flash of white light appeared, and a glass-like light wall appeared in front of Buska. Then, with a snap, the light wall was shattered into pieces.

At the same time, Buska's pendant on his chest was also shattered.

Obviously, some kind of defense item on Buska's body was triggered, blocking Stephen's attack. However, some electric light still flowed to Buska's body, causing his red curly hair to explode. His face also had several blackened areas, and he was making painful cries.

He showed a frightened expression: "This... Your attack can even shatter the 'Crystal Guardian' spell I spent thirty silver coins to buy... And you can skillfully release this spell... This... This..."

Stephen's body slightly shook invisibly. He frowned and then shifted his gaze away from Buska, smiling and looking at the big man holding the long sword and facing Debi. Now he knew the name of this big man was Locke.

Locke, upon coming into contact with Stephen's gaze, shuddered. Subconsciously, he used both hands to hold the giant sword in front of himself, his face full of terror: "As a swordsman, I will never be afraid of your magic..."

"Before you speak, please don't tremble." Stephen sneered, using his wand to point at Quinn lying on the ground groaning, "Give him a chance. Take your companion and leave. Otherwise..." Hey! When Locke saw that Stephen did not want to fight, he was overjoyed immediately. Stephen was a second-level mage and he was a second-level swordsman. Although their professional levels were the same, mages had very diverse attack methods and the most important thing was that they could make long-range attacks. As long as one mastered a few attack spells, in the early stages of most professions, mages were basically invincible. Locke was just a small second-level swordsman. Previously, he was not afraid of Stephen because he knew that Stephen had not mastered any attack spells at all, only knowing some harmless and mundane spells. But now he knew that Stephen had completely mastered the spell "Lightning". He was completely defenseless against this spell attack.

Lock watched warily at Stephen and Debbie, while helping his comrade Quinn, who was lying on the ground with half his body numb, to sit up.

He turned to Busca.

At this moment, Busca looked rather comical. His hair was messy, and his face was black and gray. Looking at Stephen coldly, he said, "I won't give up easily. In three days, my son will come back from the city lord's mansion. He is a fourth-level intermediate swordsman. When that time comes, I will have him come and level your magic cottage flat!" "Believe it or not, I'll electrocute you right now?" Stephen waved his magic wand coldly and laughed at Busca, saying.

Busca was startled and hurriedly ran out of the shop.

Locke, holding Quinn, also hurriedly followed out.

Debbie, not willing to give up, waved her great sword and was about to chase after them: "Hammerhead, don't let them go. I still haven't used my ultimate move, watch my big... "

"Wait a moment." Stephen quickly grabbed Debbie's shoulder and said, "Let's just forget about it this time..."

"No, grandma can't let this go!" Debbie said with a fierce expression, holding the giant sword that was taller than her.

A weak smile appeared on Stephen's face, and his body tilted and fell down: "Attack spells really consume a lot of magic power..."

In Stephen's current state, he could at most fully release two "Lightning" spells. After releasing them, all of Stephen's magic power would be exhausted. The reason why Stephen acted arrogantly towards Busca just now and didn't pursue him further was that he had already realized that he was at the end of his strength and could fall unconscious at any time.

In normal circumstances, Stephen was capable of performing three "Lightning" spells, and after completing the performance, he wouldn't lose consciousness. But because he had just mastered this body for the first time and had already failed to release four spells before, even though the spell release was unsuccessful, it still consumed mental energy. At this moment, his mental energy had been exhausted, so he fell unconscious.

While unconscious, Stephen used the last bit of his consciousness he had left and unhesitatingly fell towards the giant sword girl Debbie.

Even if he wanted to fall, he had to fall on the girl.

This was his last thought in his mind.

Well... It's a pity that my breasts aren't big enough.

When Stephen woke up again, he found himself lying on a bed, his head still a bit swollen, but the dizziness caused by exhausting his mental energy had disappeared. Stephen stared blankly at the wooden ceiling, recalling the strange events that had happened to him. As a hacker, he had suddenly been reborn in this world as a wizard, and had a little sister who wielded a huge sword...

It would be nice if it were just a dream. But when Stephen turned his head and saw Debby, who was sleeping on the bed beside him, he knew it wasn't a dream. Everything was truly real.

It seemed that after he exhausted his mental energy and fell into a coma, Debby carried him to the bed - considering that this little girl wielded a huge sword that was even larger than her, Stephen had no doubt about the truth of this matter.

He carefully sat up from the bed, but still woke up Debby who was sleeping on the floor.

"Hammerhead, you're awake?" Debby said with surprise, rubbing her eyes. Generally speaking, if this little girl didn't hold a huge sword larger than her in her hands, she would be quite pretty and cute, with a lot of charm.

"Yup, my mental energy has recovered." Stephen said with a smile.

"Have you had no problems at all?" Debby continued to ask with concern.

Stephen said with a smile: "Yes, I'm completely recovered."

"Are you going to rest for a while longer?" Debby continued to ask with concern.

"No, I'm completely recovered," Stephen continued. He thought the little sister cared about him.

When he truly felt a flood of sweetness, he saw Debby take a deep breath forcefully and continued with a smiling face: "Since you're completely fine now, why are you still lying down? Hurry up and make lunch! My stomach is almost starving."

Stephen: "..."
