Synopsis
In the final of the All-Continent Advanced Soul Master Academy Soul Fighting Competition, Meteor looked at the last hope of Shrek Academy and said coldly: "Huo Yuhao, Wang Dong, admit defeat, no one will get hurt." Above Shrek City, Meteor looked at the Holy Dragon of Light that soared into the sky and said in a deep voice: "Ten thousand years of Shrek, today you are expelled." Facing the Sea God Tang San who violated the rules and went down to the world, Meteor's voice was like a biting cold wind, piercing and icy, "Sea God Tang San, you know the law and break it, and you wantonly interfere with the lower world, you are already going to die." Hearing this, Sea God Tang San was slightly stunned. Why did he feel that this sentence sounded a little familiar...

Chapter 1 - "Firefly's Soulmate."

-----

In the cold, lonely vastness of space, a faint glimmer of starlight streaked across the sky, cutting through time and space, heading toward an unknown destination.

"Where... where am I? Is this a dream? I thought I was already dead?"

Liu Xing stared in confusion at the meteorites whizzing past him, then looked down at his own transparent body with a baffled expression.

"Wait… is this my soul? Or have I turned into a ghost?"

"I don't have any regrets. No unfinished business either! I died peacefully! So how the hell did I become a ghost?"

Liu Xing remembered it clearly. He was lying in a hospital bed, surrounded by classmates and teachers, and had closed his eyes peacefully.

Though totally confused, he figured there was nothing he could do now. So, following the "go with the flow" mindset, he just laid back and let this strange starlight carry him through the universe.

Out here in space, there was no sense of time. Liu Xing had no idea how long he'd been drifting—or even if he was still in the same universe.

He didn't have a body anymore, so he never felt hunger. Just a bit bored. Sure, the starry sky was beautiful and mysterious, but after a while, even that gets old.

At some point, the mysterious starlight brought him into an unfamiliar star system.

Countless meteorite fragments floated everywhere—it looked like a planet had just exploded.

And right there, floating among the debris, was a silver-haired girl. Totally naked. Not a thread on her. She drifted alone in space, with glowing space creatures fluttering around her like fireflies, drawn to her like moths to a flame.

As the starlight carrying Liu Xing got closer to the girl, he instinctively covered his eyes with one hand, mumbling, "Don't stare, don't stare…"

But, of course, the way he peeked through his fingers totally gave him away. Not exactly innocent.

Liu Xing was full of curiosity. He had no idea if the silver-haired girl was alive or dead. But considering there were no nearby planets or alien ships, her being out here at all was seriously weird.

"Is she like… a space ghost or something?"

He threw out a random guess, but before he could think more, his face changed. The starlight that had been carrying him didn't stop—it went straight toward the silver-haired girl!

"Wait wait wait! Brake! Hit the brakes!!"

Liu Xing shut his eyes tight, not wanting to see the poor girl get wrecked.

This starlight wasn't some gentle breeze—it had smashed through who knows how many meteorites on its journey. There's no way a human body could survive that hit.

But surprisingly, the silver-haired girl didn't explode into bits. Instead, the light wrapped around her, just like it had with him.

Liu Xing stared, totally dumbfounded. Right in front of him was the silver-haired girl—delicate features, stunning face, perfect curves, flawless white skin, long and slender legs… every part of her was enough to break a man's mind. Liu Xing felt his blood rushing to his head, nose tingling like he was about to have a nosebleed.

"Oh right! I'm a soul. No blood! Whew, crisis averted."

He sat cross-legged, propped his chin on his hand, and took a good look at the silver-haired girl like he was admiring a priceless treasure.

And to be fair, she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. None of his female classmates could compare.

As for internet influencers and so-called online beauties? Meh. Just makeup and filters. Not worth mentioning.

Even though she was completely naked, Liu Xing noticed a black ribbon tied in her silver hair. Somehow, it felt strangely familiar—but he couldn't quite place it.

He gave up trying to remember. Since she didn't look like she was waking up anytime soon, Liu Xing felt a little disappointed.

He was so bored. He'd been alone for who knows how long, and now finally, someone he could maybe talk to. And not just anyone—a silver-haired beauty with that classic Chinese heroine vibe.

Liu Xing considered himself 100% Chinese patriot, and of course, he had a huge weakness for silver-haired girls. He silently prayed she'd wake up soon.

What he didn't know was that someone else had seen the moment the starlight took the silver-haired girl.

Aboard a small private spaceship, a classy woman in a suit with long purple hair gently set down her coffee, tilted her head, and blinked in confusion.

"Did Elio's script just… glitch?"

The purple-haired woman stretched lazily, a playful smile on her lips. "Well, this just got interesting."

Nearby, a gray-haired girl paused mid-rummage through a trash can, looked up, and asked, "What is it, Kafka? Are we there yet?"

Kafka—the purple-haired woman—smiled and replied, "Sweetheart, looks like our little firefly just got hijacked."

The gray-haired girl's eyes lit up. She squealed, "Oooh! Elio's gonna lose his mind over this! This is amazing! I need to get a camera ready—we have to capture that meltdown. It's a once-in-a-lifetime moment!"

Kafka chuckled and shook her head. She looked off into the direction the starlight had disappeared, her eyes deep and thoughtful. She whispered, "Out of Elio's script now, huh? I hope you find what you're looking for, little firefly. Goodbye."

Then she turned away. "Alright, time to head back. The Interstellar Peace Corp just launched a new line of coats—I wanna check them out."

She glanced at the gray-haired girl still obsessed with digging through the trash and walked toward the ship's cockpit. As much as she found the script glitch interesting, let's be honest—new coats were way more important.

And for the gray-haired girl, clearly nothing was more important than that trash can.

Meanwhile, Liu Xing poked the silver-haired girl's cheek. But sadly, he was just a soul and couldn't touch anything. His hand passed right through her.

He sighed and pulled his hand back, looking at his ghostly fingers. His expression was calm. He'd already died once. Being able to go on this weird, cosmic journey through space and time after death… honestly, it felt like a gift.

As the starlight continued forward, Liu Xing saw all sorts of amazing sights—huge starships sailing across the endless void, frozen planets where life clung on desperately, space stations orbiting massive planets, luxury hotels hanging in the darkness of space. Everything looked way too familiar.

"…Wait a minute. This is… Honkai: Star Rail?!"

His mind went completely blank. Slowly, he turned his head to stare at the sleeping silver-haired girl.

Words like Firefly, white moonlight, and my waifu popped into his brain.

The more he looked, the more familiar she seemed.

Holy crap. Wasn't this his anime wife? The last surviving warrior of the Glamoth Iron Cavalry? Firefly—the Stellaron Hunter?!

"So what you're telling me is… I just hijacked Firefly from the Stellaron Hunters? Does Elio know? Is Kafka gonna shoot me on sight?!"

"....."
