Chapter 3 - FIRST IMPRESSIONS

A week passed so quickly that Lunna barely noticed. Everything gradually fell into rhythm: intense lessons, surprise tests, and the school bell ringing right on time. Lunna began to get used to her new routine – going to school in the morning, doing homework in the afternoon, and writing in her diary at night with slightly slanted handwriting.

Since that brief eye contact during the cleaning day, the name Daniel occasionally popped up in her thoughts. He was rather quiet, not very talkative, and rarely seen during break times. Although they were in the same group, Lunna always felt like he was a calm, still island in the midst of the class's lively atmosphere.

But what caught her attention the most… was his grades.

Daniel scored perfectly in every subject.

No one expected that in an ordinary class like 10A5, there would be such an outstanding student. On the day the report cards were returned, the whole class buzzed with excitement:

"Oh my gosh, Daniel is amazing!"

"That test was so hard, and he's even a new student…"

Sophie leaned over and whispered, "He looks so normal but… kinda awesome, huh?"

Lunna didn't say anything, just quietly glanced at Daniel – he remained calm, neither too happy nor arrogant. Yet inside her, a new feeling was beginning to bloom: admiration… and a little curiosity.

"I have to get to know him!" – Lunna muttered to herself, then smiled.

Somehow, that wish became reality.

Lunna wasn't the type to talk much to people she wasn't close to, but when standing in front of Daniel, she found herself acting more naturally. It was as if there was some invisible thread making conversations between them surprisingly easy. Lunna often teased Daniel during break times, and even though she "bothered" him often, he never seemed annoyed – in fact, he would even joke back.

Then one day, unexpected news came: the homeroom teacher rearranged the seating. And Lunna… was moved to sit next to Daniel.

The nearby classmates were a bit sad because Ava – the cheerful girl who always made people laugh – had been moved. But Lunna didn't care in the slightest. What mattered to her was: "I get to sit next to Daniel and maybe learn more from him!"

Now that they were closer, conversations came more easily. Lunna was happy she could ask him questions, get help with assignments, and even… copy his notes when necessary. She even thought to herself, "With this situation, there's no way my grades will drop!"

"It's actually fun sitting next to him, haha!" – Lunna thought, smiling to herself.

Group 2 – Where Personalities Collide

And now, Lunna begins to tell about her friends in Group 2 – each one with a unique color, a distinct piece of the classroom puzzle:

Daniel – The outstanding student. Quiet but friendly. Slightly reserved, but sometimes surprisingly funny. Great at sports, a good cook, and always full of surprises.

Emma – A true tomboy. Friendly, funny, highly capable, and strong-willed. She calls Lunna "my darling," making everyone burst out laughing.

Lily – Serious about studying, comes from a wealthy family, gentle and incredibly kind.

Leo – Lazy student, gaming addict, sometimes clueless but endearingly in his own way.

Janex – Doesn't get along well with Lunna. A bit sharp-tongued, hard to approach, sometimes blunt… but undeniably academically strong.

Sophie – Lunna's first best friend. Tall, pretty, kind-hearted, and always ready to share her snacks with everyone.

Ava – Lunna's old classmate. A hardcore wibu, loves cosplay, always brings laughter to the class. Very well-liked among classmates.

Max – The class clown. Mischievous and chaotic, but sharp and knows when to behave.
