PART 10 I KNOW THE ANSWER NOW
Part 10 begins from the exact moment where we left off in Part 9.Seeing Tigor fall, Tai Lung thought that Tigor had died and now, something awakened inside him.It was his Inner Peace.But not just any Inner Peace... it was the Inner Peace directly derived from a nature element Thunder, mimicking His Ferocity This was mentioned in the last 1,000 words of Part 9 a dream which Tai Lung had, where he spoke of his fear of becoming the monster he once was...But now, the rage inside him had overpowered the fear.
And as that fear vanished...
It was born.
THUNDER INNER PEACE.

TAI LUNG'S THUNDER INNER PEACE
This is just the first awakening—or you can call this the First Trigger.
Tai Lung: TORNADOOOOOOOOO!
He rushed toward him but instead of just running, Tai Lung dashed directly into Tornado's face, moving so fast that Tornado couldn't even process what had just happened. Enraged and transformed, Tai Lung landed a punch not just any punch, but one that felt 50 times more powerful. And with the enhancement of Thunder Inner Peace, the hit was like 150 times stronger.
Tornado was launched, flying so far that he destroyed every house and building in his path.One thing became horrifyingly clear for Tornado he couldn't even see Tai Lung anymore. All he saw was a bright blue flash of light, repeatedly crashing into him. He was completely overwhelmed.
Tornado (thinking): How… how is he moving so fast?
Tai Lung was now moving faster than thunder itself. As his rage flared, the weather started changing, clouds gathering above, thunder rumbling across the sky.Even Tai Lung himself was surprised by his newfound power his potential.From his point of view, he could now think 100× faster than before. In just one second, he could process hundreds of thoughts, enough to predict every possible move Tornado might make, every strike, and every dodge needed to avoid them.His speed was now so extreme that Tai Lung could land two hits from two different angles at the same time, creating illusions like clones because he was switching positions faster than the eye could follow.Tornado was completely outclassed. He was still injured from Tigor's brutal flail assault in Part 9, his Rage Ornament destroyed and a horn of his Phase 2 mask broken.
Now, it wasn't even a fight.Tai Lung grabbed Tornado mid-air and punched him so hard, he sent Tornado flying across the Valley of Clouds. He crashed in the center the ancient Yin and Yang meditation floor.Tornado, trembling, came to his knees.
Tornado (breathing heavily): How… is this possible? Why can't I see him? All I see is this bright flash of blue hitting me… again and again…
Tornado (thinking): Even though this evolution only enhances Tai Lung, somehow I just can't keep up. And… every hit… it's like each blow damages my mask twice as much as the last one…
As he staggered to his feet, Tornado looked up he noticed Tai Lung's glowing blue eyes.

Meanwhile, Tai Lung stood silently, thinking fast. He was calculating, trying to discover the most efficient way to cause maximum damage. His mind was now a high-speed processor, operating with the speed of a storm.Tai Lung thinking Alright. If I attack from multiple angles and keep him stunned… I can finish this.He dashed in again striking Tornado with eight hits per second.Each strike sent Tornado flying, his body bouncing between ruins, hills, and skies. Tai Lung was now fighting mid-air, throwing him around like a ragdoll.
His strength had increased by 100×.His speed by 150×.,And now Tai Lung discovered something else.As he moved, Thunder exploded in the opposite direction, providing a speed boost. For example, if Tai Lung moved right, thunder pressure burst to the left, catapulting him forward.Realizing this mechanic, he devised a brutal finishing combo a sequence of repeating, high-speed strikes from every possible direction. And he thought of this entire plan in under a minute.
Tai Lung (thinking): Let's end this.
He first rushed west to the farthest point in the Valley of Clouds. Within a blink, he returned to Tornado and landed a crushing punch.He then vanished to the eastern end repeating the same move.
Then again.

Then again.
He attacked from every direction. North. South. Up. Down. Diagonal.Tornado was now being bombarded from all angles, receiving dozens no, hundreds of punches per second.
Tai Lung pushed himself harder. His speed evolved once more beyond what even he thought was possible.
While Tai Lung stood far away, his speed clones created by pure motion blur were still hitting Tornado in a vicious loop.
Tai Lung: Let me end… this never-ending battle!
He knelt, placing both hands on the ground. Channeling all of his thunder energy into a single move.He rushed forward in a blink of an eye.And then…
DEPTH STRIDER.
Tai Lung launched an upward punch directly into Tornado's chin, just as the speed clones were pummeling him nonstop.The result The force exerted by that punch on tornado's face created a shockwave so strong that China shook.Every living creature across the land felt the shockwave of this single punch.The skies above the Valley of Clouds turned electric blue,

Tai Lung, after launching Tornado into the sky, suddenly remembered Tigor.
He rushed toward him and saw him still lying on the ground unconscious. Tai Lung noticed the bleeding had stopped.
He placed his hand gently on Tigor's chest.
To his surprise his heart was still beating, though the rate was dangerously slow.
Tai Lung (thinking) Maybe if I give him a little shock… it might revive his heartbeat.
He did exactly that just a small jolt.
Tigor gasped awake.
Tigor: Heyy! What happened? Where is Tornado? And... how did you get these blue eyes??
Tai Lung's eyes welled with tears.
Tai Lung: I... I thought I lost you.I thought you died..But you're alive!
He hugs Tigor tightly.
Tigor: Wait… those blue eyes!I think… you got it.You reached your Inner Peace…
And not just any kind the most unique Inner Peace I've ever seen.It's directly derived from a nature element… Thunder. I think… you finally know the answer to my question.So I'll ask you again Tai Lung…Who are you?

It was already shown that Tai Lung was defeated by Kai in the Spirit Realm, and that fact alone proved how fearsome Kai was.
So for a mask that feeds on legacy and might…Kai was perfect.Tornado had found the ideal soul.He chose him.Suddenly, an eerie silence settled over the Valley.No wind.No movement.No sound.
Just dead silence.And then… it happened.
Tornado stepped out of the ruins of the museum.But something was different now.
The aura around him had changed he wasn't the same anymore.His voice echoed more distorted, more commanding., His voice came through the Intimidating Aura and Smoke, His voice Cold and Composed
Tornado:"My Phase 2 ends now… And…My Phase 3 BEGINS."
