"RAAHHHH!"A furious roar burst out of Hayato's mouth, making Koizumi Ichiro jump out of his skin.
"Damn it, you scared the hell outta me! I thought you were dead, why the hell were you playing dead, you bastard!" Koizumi cursed as he stepped forward, about to kick Hayato again.
SMACK!
But his foot didn't land. A hand shot out and blocked it — a hand that looked soft and weak, not strong at all.
It was Hayato. He'd caught Koizumi's kick and had a firm grip on his ankle.
Then Hayato suddenly tensed up, and with a violent twist, he threw Koizumi like he was tossing out the trash.
Koizumi never saw it coming. He had no idea Hayato had that kind of strength. Caught off guard, he hit the ground hard. The impact sent pain shooting up his spine, and even his insides felt messed up.
"Ugh! You bastard, I'll—" Koizumi started to scream, face twisted in anger, but before he could finish, a shadow loomed over him.
He looked up — and froze.
Hayato was standing right in front of him, his eyes now glowing green.
BOOM!
Without saying a word, Hayato slammed a fist straight into Koizumi's face. Then, grabbing him by the collar, he lifted him up and slammed him back down.
And as if that wasn't enough, he followed up with a brutal kick right to Koizumi's side.
Koizumi was stunned. He never expected Hayato to fight back this fiercely. His strength had at least doubled — maybe more — and Koizumi could barely process what was happening.
Hayato was going off, fists and feet flying. In no time, Koizumi's face was swollen and bruised like a human punching bag — he looked like a total mess.
As Hayato went for another kick, Koizumi, pushed to the edge, pulled off a clutch move — one he normally wouldn't have been able to do so fast.
With a flash of hand signs and a puff of smoke, he vanished, leaving a wooden log in his place. It was a classic body-substitution jutsu.
Hayato's kick smashed into the log instead, snapping it clean in half. That kind of raw power was way beyond what a kid their age should have.
"You bastard! Die already!" Koizumi snapped. He was losing his mind — the guy he looked down on most just turned him into a damn punching bag.
Furious, he threw a handful of shuriken at Hayato. His aim was off — he was still just a kid, after all — but one of them managed to hit Hayato in the stomach, cutting through his shirt and drawing blood.
"AAARGHHH!!"The pain only made Hayato's rage worse. His fury boiled over, and with it came another terrifying surge of strength.
"You piece of crap! I'll kill you! You useless loser, you dumbass!" Koizumi screamed, grabbing a kunai and charging straight at Hayato.
Hayato's eyes were now fully green.
He suddenly looked up and grabbed Koizumi's wrist mid-swing. The force of his grip was so strong it made a sickening crunch — it was like he was about to crush the bones in Koizumi's arm.
"AAAHHH!! It hurts!
Let go! "LET GO, YOU PSYCHO!"
Koizumi wailed in agony. He couldn't hold onto the kunai anymore; it clattered to the floor as he doubled over, tears welling up from the pain.
"DIE! DIE! DIE!!" Hayato roared.
Still gripping Koizumi's wrist, he lifted him off the ground and slammed him into the dirt. Then, without letting go, he did it again. And again. And again.
WHAM! WHAM! WHAM!
Poor Koizumi was getting ragdolled like a sack of potatoes — just like that iconic scene in The Avengers when Hulk smashed Loki into the floor over and over.
