Chapter 545 - Chapter 545: Swipe the Cards! Swipe the Cards!

Once there's a possibility, you have to try.

Although Suker prayed that Kaka's "awareness" would only be a Platinum Card, the odds were still pitifully low.

So far, the only confirmed way to obtain a Diamond Card was through the Champions League Final!

But based on AC Milan's current form, they were nowhere near the level needed to reach the final.

So Suker was also working hard to grind cards, to prepare.

Kaka wasn't idle either.

He faithfully followed Ancelotti's instructions—get to know Suker.

"What's your favorite color?"

"Do you sleep on your back or on your side?"

"Do you play on your phone in the bathroom?"

Kaka asked a string of totally irrelevant questions.

Suker: "What do any of these have to do with playing football?"

"I need to know everything about you. Only then can we develop chemistry," Kaka replied seriously.

Suker rolled his eyes. This guy's nuts.

Two more days passed. There was zero progress with the tactic.

Suker and Kaka tried to force their coordination, but they couldn't get on the same rhythm—problems everywhere.

First, Kaka was running too fast. Then it flipped—Suker passed too early.

Once the two were out of sync, the entire team fell apart.

The first team got scored on three times by the substitutes. The formation was a mess.

Ancelotti kept observing, but as he watched the chaos on the pitch, he just shook his head.

"Forget it!"

Suker gave up.

This is a total waste of time. No progress. Just getting worse.

If this continued, even their original form would fall apart.

The rest of the team nodded—they agreed with Suker.

The new tactic might have potential, but they couldn't pull it off.

How could Suker and Kaka keep the exact same idea, the same tempo? They were two different people—it was impossible.

Even twins have their own thoughts. How can two unrelated individuals reach a level where they're practically one mind?

Plus, if they kept training like this, their minds would collapse.

"We're done training?" Kaka looked at Suker.

He still wanted to keep trying.

Suker waved it off: "We're done. Done!"

What's the point? He was just waiting to swipe cards.

Though there was no guarantee of success, it was the only hope right now.

Before the next Champions League match, there were three league games and one Coppa Italia match.

Four matches total.

The Coppa Italia had slightly lower efficiency for card drops, but still gave Platinum Cards.

Three league matches = at most 12 Platinum Cards. One Coppa Italia = two more.

That's 14 Platinum Cards in total.

Add in Champions League rewards—Suker had to go all out.

These three games—must win!

February 24th, Serie A Matchday 24: AC Milan vs Palermo (home)

Palermo was one of the weakest teams in Serie A—hovering near relegation.

To deal with AC Milan, they parked the bus.

But Milan's momentum was too strong.

Or rather—Suker's drive was insane.

Right from kickoff, Suker began relentless dribbling attacks.

"Suker's coming again! It's a nightmare for Palermo. Even with their deep defense, Suker isn't giving them any room to breathe!"—Aldo Serena, commentator

The match was on fire.

Relying on Suker's powerful breakthroughs, Palermo tried everything to stop him—but couldn't.

21st minute, first halfSuker dribbled across the top of the box, beat three defenders, then threaded a through ball—assist to Pato, goal!

34th minuteCorner kick for Milan—Suker leaped amid three defenders and scored with a header.

2–0 lead, and Suker still wasn't done.

"Win! Win!"

Suker gritted his teeth, feinted a shot, then passed wide to Kaka.

"Kaka!"

After the pass, Suker made a straight run forward.

Kaka quickly chipped the ball into the box.

Suker held his breath, stepped hard with his right leg, and launched into the air.

Boom!

He was bumped mid-air by Palermo center-back Cassani, but he grabbed Cassani's jersey to balance himself and headed the ball.

The ball struck his forehead, flew to the far post, hit it with a clang, and bounced into the net!

"GOALLLLLLLLLLLLL!"

"Suker's second goal!"

"This is madness! Palermo can't stop him, even with three defenders!"

At San Siro, Milan fans were stunned.

Even though Palermo was weak, they'd parked the bus. They had numerical superiority in defense—yet still conceded three goals.

In truth, Milan only had two chances in the first half—One finished by Pato, one by Suker.

The third goal?Suker created it himself, purely through his monstrous ability.

Milan fans didn't know why Suker was trying so hard—but seeing his incredible performance, they were fired up!

"What's gotten into him?"

On the bench, Maldini asked with concern.

Suker was always hardworking, but not this desperate.

Two goals were more than enough—yet he kept attacking.

Now it was three goals—and he was still pushing.

What was this guy trying to do?A hat trick?

Exactly!

Suker was aiming for a hat trick.

The better he played, the more cards he'd earn.

This was his conclusion. To get better and more cards, he had to go all out.

Unfortunately, the half ended.

Just as he was about to sprint again—halftime whistle.

"Second half, let's go again!" Suker shouted in the locker room.

Everyone looked at him in concern.

Could his body take it?

Suker peeled a banana—munch munch.Then chugged water—gulp gulp.Wiped his mouth—

"FULL HP RESTORED!"

Pato, holding a banana mid-bite, froze.

What the hell is this guy?!

The others had already gotten used to it.

"Suker," Ancelotti called.

Suker turned and said, "Just one more! I'll get one more!"

Ancelotti frowned at his determination, then sighed:

"Be careful. Don't get hurt."

"Got it, boss!"

Suker shouted again:

"Second half—go go go!!"

"Suker is still sprinting and pressing nonstop! Palermo's back line is in total chaos!"

80th minute, second halfPalermo's defense was exhausted. But Suker still had stamina to sprint and chase.

He wasn't dumb—he ignored the subs and targeted the tired defenders, pressing them mercilessly.

If they were even a second slow, Suker would hound them like a wolf.

After 30 minutes of constant sprinting, Suker finally found his moment!

Palermo's center-back Cassani pushed forward with the ball—Suker launched into a full sprint!

Cassani panicked—he was already on a yellow card.

Why was this guy still chasing him?!

Flustered, Cassani tried to make a rushed forward pass.

But the passing lane was obvious—Suker had already anticipated it.

He stepped sideways and stuck his foot out.

Ball hit Suker's foot, bounced backward—Suker didn't stop, chased it straight into the box.

Cassani, exhausted and dazed, didn't even react to grab him.

Suker broke into the box, adjusted his posture, and took the shot—

Far post!

The ball curved around the diving keeper's foot and went in!

80th minute – GOAL!

Hat trick completed!

"HAT TRICK!"

"Suker's crazy performance has completely crushed Palermo!"

At that moment, everyone looked at Suker like he was a monster.

He had basically defeated Palermo on his own.

Thanks to him, Milan now had the game locked down.

85th minuteAncelotti finally subbed Suker off.

He walked straight into the locker room—didn't linger at all.

Watching him leave, many people were left confused.
