The moonlight bathed the academy in a quiet silver glow. Luna wandered through the misty garden paths, the strange sketch still glowing in her hands. Her steps slowed when she reached the crescent archway near the Moon Lotus pond.
There, standing under the starlight, was the boy from her dreams.
Yen Yu.
His gaze was calm, unreadable—but his silver eyes shimmered with recognition the moment they met Luna's.
"You came," he said softly.
Luna's heart skipped. "You… know me?"
Before he could answer, the ground beneath them pulsed. A ripple of ancient magic burst from the sky—and suddenly, a blinding light pulled them downward.
The Crash of Fate
In the forest where Shane and Wei Hansol were still training, Rio and Xin had just arrived, joking around and throwing snacks. Just as Hansol steadied his sword again, CRASH!
From above, Luna and Yen Yu fell right onto them like falling stars.
THUD!
Yen Yu hit Xin, knocking the wind out of him.
But the real chaos? Luna landed on Rio's back, and Shane crashed straight into Hansol's arms, her lips brushing his as they hit the ground together.
A pause. Silence. Shock.
Hansol's strong arms were around her waist. Shane's eyes widened.
Their faces flushed.
Everyone else?
BURST into laughter.
Rio clutched his stomach. "That's one hell of a reunion!"
Even Xin chuckled, dusting himself off. "Smooth, Hansol."
But before Shane could stand, something strange happened again.
A golden glow wrapped around her and Hansol—again. The bond symbol reappeared on their chests and pushed them back together, forehead to forehead.
"Wha—are we glued together?!" Shane shrieked.
Hansol tried to move, but their bodies snapped back into place with a golden zap!
Rio was wheezing. "You're... soul magnets now?"
Luna whispered, "The Realm is choosing…"
Hansol sighed with a small smile, looking down at Shane, "I guess you're stuck with me."
Shane groaned. "Seriously?! I didn't even brush my teeth!"just kidding
