Synopsis
One minute, I was an ex-assassin trying to leave my past behind. The next? I crash-landed into the very novel I was reading—Stuck Between the Vampire Lord and Werewolf Alpha. Now I’m the heroine caught between two dangerously irresistible men: —The Vampire Lord, cruel yet captivating, who claims my blood awakens something ancient in him. —The Werewolf Alpha, wild and possessive, who insists I’m destined to be his mate. But I’m not here to play their game. With my past skills resurfacing and the rules of this world against me, I’ll write my own ending. Love was never part of the plan... until I started falling. Will I survive their world, or will I lose myself between their claws and fangs?

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: The Last Flight

The hum of the plane's engines filled the cabin, steady and soothing. She leaned back in her seat, eyes half-lidded as clouds drifted lazily outside the window.

A slim, black book rested on her lap. The title in glossy letters:

Stuck Between the Vampire Lord and Werewolf Alpha.

She snorted softly. "Tch. Sounds ridiculous," she murmured—

" who in his right mind believes in vampires and warewolf"...."author of this book must be someone half mad"

For someone who had spent most of her life soaked in blood, peace was a foreign word. But now, she was done. No more targets. No more shadowy missions. Just quiet, far away from everything and everyone.

She flipped the page lazily, but a strange sense of déjà vu settled over her. Something was… off.

Suddenly—

BEEP. BEEP. BEEP.

The emergency alarm blared, sharp and frantic.

Passengers jolted upright. Gasps. Shouts. Confusion.

Her eyes narrowed as instincts kicked in—

"What the..no...no matter what I can't die like this and now when I was ready to live a peaceful life"..

She reached under her seat, muscle memory searching for a weapon that wasn't there. Of course. She was done with that life. But the moment stretched, frozen in panic.

And then—

Boom.

The plane lurched violently.

Everything around her twisted—metal screeching, glass shattering. The cabin tore apart like paper in a storm.

She saw the sky.

She saw fire.

She heard screaming.

And then—nothing.

Only silence.
