The stars above shimmered like fragments of destiny. The six princes stood in a circle with Yuexin at the center, her moonlit aura glowing softly as the breeze whispered around them.
The night was still, but their hearts weren't.
Each had taken a step toward her. Each had shared a piece of their truth. And now, standing side by side, they were no longer strangers chasing fate—they were allies.
Haoran stepped closer to Yuexin, gently brushing a stray hair from her face.
"You're not alone anymore," he said quietly. "Not ever again."
She looked into his eyes—so steady, so warm—and nodded.
Behind them, the others exchanged looks.
Liang Feng, always silent and strong, crossed his arms. "We'll protect her together."
Linyin chuckled, "Of course, that was always the plan."
Wuzen, the calmest of them all, glanced at the glowing moon above. "Something is coming. We all feel it."
Zhou Jian, fire in his eyes, tightened his grip on his sword. "Let it come."
Feng Kael, leaning lazily against a pillar, smiled. "I guess this is the start of something bigger than us."
Later that night, Yuexin sat alone under the blooming moonlit plum tree.
The night was quiet... too quiet.
Suddenly, a soft warmth settled beside her—Haoran.
"Your heart is heavy again," he said.
She didn't deny it.
"The past doesn't leave me," she whispered. "I keep seeing her face... my sister. Smiling. Before she betrayed me."
Haoran took her hand gently.
"When I was a child," he began softly, "I was always afraid of being forgotten. I used to cry alone in the palace garden."
She looked at him, surprised.
"But then, I realized... the people who truly care, they never leave. No matter how dark it gets." He smiled slightly. "I won't leave you, Yuexin. Ever."
Her heart beat just a little louder.
Meanwhile, far in the shadows of the Spirit Realm, the Ghost God stirred from slumber. His crimson eyes opened.
"They have gathered... the moon child and her six stars," he whispered.
A storm was coming. One that would test not only their power...
But their hearts.
