Chapter 12 - Chapter 12: When Titans Gather, and Darkness Grows Fiercer

[INT. SCHOOL OF LIGHT – STRATEGY CHAMBER – NIGHT]

A silver scroll floated in the center of the room — glowing softly, etched with divine markings that pulsed like a heartbeat.

Elarion, Headmaster of the School of Light, stood with hands folded behind his back, his eyes fixed on it.

Five others rested beside it — one for each of the remaining Divine Schools.

Time.

Elements.

Space.

Living Creation.

Nonliving Creation.

> Elarion (calmly):

"Let them come."

He sealed the scrolls with a pulse of golden light —

and five messengers in white-gold armor vanished into shimmering portals.

---

[INT. SCHOOL OF TIME – HEADMASTER'S STUDY]

Headmaster Chronos Il'Ren, a man of ageless eyes and celestial gears floating behind his robes, read the letter slowly.

Then stopped.

His fingers trembled — only once — before he whispered:

> Chronos:

"Veloria…?"

---

[INT. SCHOOL OF ELEMENTS – FLAME VAULT]

Headmaster Vael Tindros, surrounded by blazing elemental cores, narrowed his eyes.

> Vael:

"Kairo… is his name."

He had never known.

The gods had never spoken.

But the name burned like prophecy.

---

[INT. SCHOOL OF SPACE – STELLAR PLATFORM]

Mist shimmered as Headmistress Serai of the School of Space floated above the cosmos.

> Serai (softly):

"Syleria… Sylion…"

Her hands tightened.

> Serai:

"We should have known."

---

[INT. SCHOOL OF LIVING CREATION – ROOT TEMPLE]

Master Lian, calm and ancient, read the message in a garden that bloomed from nothingness.

The names: Auron and Aria.

He closed his eyes.

> Lian:

"Children of Life.

Of course."

---

[INT. SCHOOL OF NONLIVING CREATION – SILENT FORGE]

A hammer paused mid-swing.

Headmistress Drael, standing in a forge where even mountains bent to will, stared at the scroll.

> Drael (gruff):

"Cyra."

> "They kept secrets even from us…"

---

[EXT. SCHOOL OF LIGHT – PORTALS OPEN]

Within hours, five radiant portals spiraled into existence at the steps of the Light Tower.

Out stepped the five headmasters.

Each wore garments that echoed their divine domain — gears, flame, nebula, roots, and stone — and behind each, power shimmered like gods had breathed them into form.

Elarion was already waiting.

> Elarion (bowing slightly):

"Welcome, old friends.

This is not just a visit.

This is the beginning of their awakening."

He turned — and all ten elite students stood silently behind him.

Lyrion, Veloria, Kairo, Syleria, Sylion, Aria, Auron, Cyra, Ray, and Rika.

The divine children and their bonded allies.

Shocked gazes passed between the Headmasters as they truly looked at the children for the first time.

> Chronos:

"So… it's true.

These are… their children."

> Vael (to Elarion):

"Why didn't you tell us?"

> Elarion:

"Because they asked me not to.

Until now."

---

[INT. TRAINING DOME – TRANSFER OF GUARDIANS]

Five Light Knights — cloaked in armor that pulsed with celestial energy — stepped through portals to replace the departing headmasters at their home schools.

> Elarion (to his knights):

"Hold the lines in their stead.

Until they return — you are their shield."

The knights bowed and vanished.

---

[INT. TRAINING HALL – HEADMASTERS BEGIN]

The divine children were split — each pair assigned to their appropriate domain.

Elarion trained Lyrion personally.

> Elarion (firmly):

"You were not just born to shine.

You were born to lead."

> "And leadership… must be earned in fire."

The divine pressure in the chamber surged, and Lyrion stood tall against it.

---

Chronos Il'Ren trained Veloria in an endless spiral of time glyphs.

> Chronos (softly):

"You are not merely your father's child.

You are time's pivot."

> "Let me show you what it means to not just bend time — but to anchor it."

---

Vael Tindros faced Kairo and Syleria.

> Vael (grinning):

"You are storm and stillness.

Let me teach you to become calamity and calm — together."

Their elements clashed but began to harmonize under his intense drills.

---

Serai of Space trained Sylion and Aria.

They floated above a gravity ring.

> Serai:

"Your bond is silent. Your power… should not be."

> "Feel the fold of dimensions. Walk them as you would a garden path."

---

Lian of Life worked with Auron and Cyra in a temple of vines and pulses.

> Lian:

"Creation breathes in you.

Let it speak through will — not rage."

Auron's raw strikes softened.

Cyra's command of matter became art.

---

Drael of Matter oversaw Ray and Rika in a pressure-forged obsidian hall.

> Drael (stern):

"You were not born of gods.

But you were forged by them."

> "And forged steel often cuts deeper than divine glass."

Ray's stance grew steadier.

Rika's magic no longer trembled — it sang.

---

[INT. SCHOOL OF LIGHT – LATE NIGHT]

Training was relentless.

Each divine student slept in shifts — their bodies sore, their mana stretched.

Veloria often trained with Lyrion under the moonlight, when the others rested.

She never said much.

But she was always there.

One night, their hands touched.

Not by accident.

---

> Lyrion (softly):

"Still here?"

> Veloria (whispering):

"Always."

---

[INT. PRIVATE TRAINING GARDEN – DAYBREAK]

Ray and Rika sparred quietly, no spectators.

For the first time, Rika smiled while blocking a strike.

> Ray (grinning faintly):

"That's new."

> Rika:

"Don't get used to it."

Their blades crossed —

not harshly, but with rhythm.

With understanding.

Something was growing.

---

[EXT. ABYSSAL PLAIN – NIGHTFALL]

In the depths of Zyren's fortress, shadows twisted in agony.

Two figures stood tall — Nyxara and Veydrin — watching the horizon.

Then he came.

The third.

Cinderbane.

He stepped out of a portal of living flame — his armor jagged, mouth sealed with molten bindings, eyes glowing with fury.

> Nyxara (smirking):

"You're late."

> Cinderbane (voice like cracked lava):

"I was finishing a massacre."

> Veydrin:

"You're not a general until Zyren names you."

> Zyren (from the shadows):

"He is now."

Cinderbane knelt — one knee steaming against the black rock.

> Zyren:

"The blades are drawn.

And the forge of war is lit."
