We see Ami and Nick walking through the gates, with Nick leaving heavy foot prints as he walks due to him being heavier. Ami is sneaking around while Nick is looking around in amazement at the huge castle he's in.
Nick: (thought) 'This place is huge. Does Ami really live here? Is she actually royalty?'
As they sneak around, the two pass a mirror, and Nick realizes that he can see his reflection.
Nick: (thought) 'Wait, I still have my reflection? Is it because I'm SOMEWHAT still Human, even though I'm a half-Vampire now?'
We now see a woman with yellow hair, talking to two people who look like guards.
Male Guard: "Queen Gwain, there's still no sign of the princess."
Gwain: "Please, keep looking. She must still be in the woods."
The two guards nod and then disappear like ninjas. Then, Gwain sees both Ami and Nick sneaking around on the floor below. Later, Ami takes Nick into her room before closing the door, she then walks over to the large window and closes the curtains.
Ami (though hand signs):
Thanks to Nick's EXE-Visor, he is able to understand hand signs.
Nick: (sits down on a chair) "Do you mind telling me why we're in a castle? Who exactly is your mom, Ami?"
Ami (hand signs):
Nick: "That makes sense. So, you're a princess then?"
Ami (hand sings):
Nick: "But, that Vania lady we met in the forest said she's going to let your mom know."
Ami then walks to the door.
Ami (hand signs):
Ami then opens the door a bit, only to see that her mom is standing on the other side, this making Ami quickly slam the door shut. Outside, we see Gwain standing in front of her daughter's door as loud noise can be heard coming from the other side, Ami then nervously opens the door. Gwain then walks inside.
Gwain: "Hi Ami. I just came by to check on you now that the whole castle is looking for you."
Gwain then looks around her daughter's room before walking over to the closet and leans on it's left side.
Gwain: "And Also….Ask you….(Gwain looks at the closet, arms crossed, before using her right hand to reveal Nick standing to her right with a lap shade on his head, knocking it off with him now looking at her, with his EXE-Visor showing that she has the Light Element) What's this boy doing in your room?"
Ami just giggles cutely and sticks out her tongue.
Gwain: "Don't "Teehee" me, young lady! You've never brought a stranger to the castle before. Now tell me why he's here. And I want you to tell me the truth."
Gwain's eyes then start glowing as she and Ami just stare at each other, before the queen's eyes stop glowing.
Gwain: (sighs) "So you got lost in the woods, ran into him, and got attacked by a wolf with him saving you, huh? And that I should be expecting a letter from Vania."
Nick: (thought) 'Did she just read Ami's mind? Wait, did I just read Ami's mind, too? Is that one of my new Vampire abilities?'
Gwain: (looks at Nick) "Well, in that case, thank you. But, there's still something odd about this boy."
Gwain then suddenly teleports to where she is in front of Nick's face, startling him.
Gwain: "Why is his hair brown with a shade of red, and his eyes are red, while the color of a Teoran's eyes and hair are always the same, and correspond to their Element? Also, his ears are sticking out, and where did he get that scar under his left eye."
Nick then looks to see a strange small white creature with stubby feet looking back at him, with his EXE-Visor telling him that it's a Dragon, while Ami is looking threw her closet.
Gwain: "And tell me, boy, what's your name?"
Ami (Gwain and Nick's telepathy):
Gwain: "Geo? What a weird name."
Nick: "My name is actually Nick Brown. "Geo" is just a nickname that Ami calls me."
Ami then puts the small creature on Nick's head, with it then patting the boy's head twice.
Gwain: "I see. Alright, I'll tell the maids to prepare a guest room."
Gwain then leaves. Later, we see Gwain enter her room and sees a letter on her desk, she begins to read the letter in it.
Dear Gwain, I know we haven't been in touch for a while, but I thought you should know that Ami made a new friend. His name is Nick Brown, or "Geo" as Ami calls him. But, the thing about him is that he is actually a Human from the other world. Before you freak out, he isn't like other Humans that came here, as instead of running away when Ami was almost attacked by a wolf, leaving her for dead, he risked his own life to save her, also, you probably noticed his hair is brown with a shade of red and his eyes are red, when other Humans that got to this world all had white hair and black eyes. He seems to posses unique powers compared to the other Humans. After he saved Ami, I turned him into a half-Vampire with none of the weaknesses, he also doesn't need to drink blood at all. Look, I know you don't have a good history with Humans and don't trust them, but give this boy a chance. If he was willing to risk dyeing to save another person he had just met and not flee at the sight of danger like a coward, then he deserves that. From: Vania.
Gwain was skeptical about now learning that the boy who saved her daughter's life was a Human, but decides to listen to Vania's advice and give Nick a chance to prove that he isn't like the other Humans who ended up in Teora, especially sense Ami clearly trusts Nick.
Gwain: "A Human saving the life of another even at the risk of their own, never thought I'd hear such a thing. You better be right about this boy being different from the rest of his kind, Vania."
Time Skip
It's now morning, and Ami wakes up ready to start the day. She takes a quick shower and gets dressed, before walking out of her room, while the white creature is still asleep. We then see Gwain sitting on her throne in her PJs holding a mug of coffee while not fully awake, before we see Nick sleeping in a guest room.
Ami (Nick's telepathy): (cheerfully)
Nick: (tired) "Huh?"
Ami then hands Nick a sports uniform, as he hands Ami his jacket, but as it is an object from Earth, the jacket is too overwhelmingly heavy for Ami to lift. We then see Ami and Nick are walking down a hallway.
Adviser: "Princess Ami, Queen Gwain is expecting you and your guest at the Great Hall for breakfast."
At the Great Hall, Nick is amazed by how much food there is. Nick also noticed the he, Ami, and Gwain were the only ones in the room.
Gwain: "Help yourself. Take it as my gratitude for saving Ami."
Nick: (nervous) "Thank you."
The three of them then start eating. While eating, Nick's EXE-Visor showed that Ami's Element was Love, and her headband is called the "EXE-Arc", this confusing him.
Nick: (thought) 'Love? That's not an Element. And it seems like the people in this world have the ability to use one Element. I wonder if I have one.'
Nick's Visor seems to respond to his thought as it showed that he has three Elements instead of just one, these being Fire, Darkness, and Psychic.
Nick: (thought) 'Fire, Darkness, AND Psychic? So I have three Elements and not just one? And, Psychic isn't an Element either.'
Gwain: "I'm just going to be brief with you, boy. I know you are a Human, or rather, a half-Human half-Vampire."
Nick: "So, Vania's letter reached you, huh?"
Gwain: "Indeed. I'll be honest, you aren't the first human to be sent to this world. There have been others though it is rare, and very few, including myself, Ami, and Vania, know about the existence of Humans and your world."
Nick: "I see."
Gwain: "Also, I've had an encounter with one or two of your kind before, and you could say that, in a way, they didn't go so well. Because of that, I greatly distrust your kind."
Nick starts to get nervous by what the queen might do to him.
Gwain: "However, Vania's letter stated that you are different from other Humans, as you didn't hesitate to save Ami from a wolf, while any other Human who ended up here would have just ran away like a coward."
Nick: "Well, I mean, I couldn't just leave Ami there, I would never forgive myself if I didn't even try to save her."
Despite her hatred towards Humans, Gwain could see that Nick was telling her the truth. She was also reading his mind, and saw how other male Humans treated him just for being himself during his time in high school, leading to the Dhampir boy to have a hard time trusting other Humans and become a loner.
Gwain: "I see. Also, in the note, Vania asked me to give you a chance to prove that you aren't the same as the rest of your kind, and seeing as you did save Ami's life, I suppose I can do so, despite my history with Humans. Besides, Ami seems to trust you a lot. Though, I'll still need to see whether or not you can actually be trusted for myself."
Nick: "That's understandable."
Gwain: (thought) 'So he isn't even planning to flee, and instead prove that Vania is right about him. He does seem like a good person, but I need to be sure before making a decision.'
After finishing up breakfast, the three of them went outside where Nick and Gwain, who is now wearing her combat armor, stood facing each other.
Gwain: "In order for me to see if Vania and Ami's judgments are right about you, I'll be seeing how well you do against an opponent."
Nick: "Sure." (thought) 'She's the queen of this kingdom, so obviously she is very powerful, I need to be careful.'
Nick then takes a Son Goku fighting stance.
Gwain: (thought) 'What an odd fighting stance. No matter, now I'll see whether or not if this boy is trustworthy or just like the rest of his kind.'
Gwain then charges at Nick and tries to strike him with barrage of punches empowered by her Light Magic at intense speed, however, Nick is able to dodge all of the queen's attacks with ease.
Gwain: (thought) 'He's avoiding all of my attacks perfectly, but it's clear he's just using his reflexes. Is he hesitating? Not wanting to actually fight me, even though he knows it's a test?'
Nick then dodges another of Gwain's hits, but this time, turning into a puff of smoke.
Gwain: "Where'd he go?"
Nick then pops out of her shadow and tries to kick Gwain, only for her to manage to block the attack with her arm.
Gwain: (thought) 'So he can use magic? And it's the Darkness Element. Interesting.'
Nick and Gwain continued to clash and the queen was surprised when Nick also used Fire.
Gwain: (thought) 'Fire too? So he can use two Elements? That's quite uncommon for us Teorans. And his Magic seems to be very powerful.'
Their clash continues with both being on equal strength, skill, and power, as they both showed to even be able to create weapons with their respective Elements, and neither of them being tiered out. While the two were about to strike each other again, Gwain stops and smiles.
Gwain: "You clearly are different then the other Humans."
Nick: "So, we're done?"
Gwain: (smiles and nods) "Yes, you clearly are trustworthy."
Nick smiles, glad he was able to prove himself. Just then, Nick's phone rang from his pocket, when he looked to see who is calling him, he sees it's his mom.
Gwain: "Is that a phone?"
Nick: "Yeah, and it's my mom calling me. How am I getting a call from home while in another dimension?"
Nick then answers his phone and puts it on speaker.
Nick's Mom: "Nick?! Where are you?! I've been trying to call you since yesterday, you never came home!"
Nick: "Sorry Mom, I'm actually in another dimension."
Nick's Mom: "This is not funny! Now tell me where you-"
Nick then turns on screen chat and shows his mother that he is not lying.
Nick's Mom: "You're really in another dimension?"
Nick just nods as Gwain takes his phone.
Nick's Mom: "Who are you?!"
Gwain: "I am Gwain, the queen of the kingdom your son is in right now."
Nick's Mom: "My son met an actual queen?!"
Nick then takes out the Dimensional Stone, and uses it to open a portal back to Earth, with him, Gwain, and Ami walking through.
Time Skip
Nick told his family what had happened since yesterday, and explains about how he and Ami found the Dimensional Stone, and that it let's him open a portal between Earth and Teora whenever he wants. Nick's mother, who's name is Lila, was greatly surprised that her first-born child is now a half-Vampire, but due to her being a major Vampire fan, she went total fangirl on her oldest son.
Isabella: "I can't believe I'm meeting an actual princess!"
Lila: "And that Nick is now a half-Vampire. So, Queen Gwain, what will happen to my son now?"
Gwain: "Well, I'm thinking of hiring Nick as my daughter's bodyguard."
Isabella: "You want Nick to be a princess' Bodyguard?!"
Lila: "I don't know."
Nick: "Mom, I actually want to start a new life in Teora. I mean, I don't have anything going on here on Earth, seeing as I'm not going to college, and my job hunting will most likely fail. But, being Ami's bodyguard? Really?"
Gwain: "Yes, you've shown to be good for the job, and I can pay you a good salary. And as for college, you can enroll at the Gwain Academy, there shouldn't be any problems sense the new school year will be starting next week, and I can even prepare documents for you."
Grey: "Does this mean I get our room to myself now?"
Nick: "Shut up Grey."
Despite being worried for her son's safety, Lila decides to let Nick start a new life in Teora. After that, Nick, Ami, and Gwain return to Teora.
Time Skip
It's been three days since Nick's mom allowed him to stay in Teora, and Gwain giving him his job as Ami's bodyguard. Gwain decided to give Nick a "Golem Ring", which makes him weigh the same as a Teoran, unless he clenches his fist to return to his actual weight. Nick also learned that Humans who end up in Teora have their hair color turned pure white, this showing that they don't have Magic, but Nick thinks that sense his 9th great aunt was able to use Magic, he can now too, with the properties of Teora "awakening" his ability to do so. Today, Ami is showing Nick around the town market, with Ami wearing a white robe and mask to hide her identity and Nick wearing a black hooded robe with his EXE-Visor, as the two of them sneak around.
???: "Princess?"
Ami looks to see it to be a brown haired girl the same age as her, as Ami removes her hood.
Brown-Haired Girl: "What are you doing here? This could be dangerous for you. Why'd they let you leave the castle?"
Ami (hand signs):
Brown-Haired Girl: "Huh?! Really?! Your own bodyguard?! That's amazing! It's my pleasure, Mr. Bodyguard. My names Lanney. I appreciate you taking care of the princess, I'm sure you'll do a great job."
Nick: "It's nice to meet you too, Lanney."
Lanney: "And, what's your name?"
Ami (hand signs):
Lanney: "Geo? It's an uncommon name. I've never heard of it before."
Nick: "My name is actually Nick Brown, Geo is just my nickname."
Lanney: "Oh, I see."
Nick: "So, what are you doing, Lanney?"
Lanney: "Me? I came to the market to buy flour for tomorrow's bread. By the way, you should be careful, Princess. They say lately there have been attacks from a mysterious individual."
Suddenly a masked figure riding a motorcycle appeared and jumped off their bike and into the air. While mid-air, the masked figure takes out a gun and aims it at Ami. The figure then pulls the trigger, sending a barrage of bullets at Ami, only for all the bullets to all be deflected by Nick using his EXE-Blade, before he quickly switches his weapon into "Sniper Mode", and shoots his own bullets at the attacker, who dodges all of Nick's shots before landing on the ground and looks at the three, as Nick takes a fighting stance. Just then, another group who look like a classic "Hero Party" appears.
Guard: "Hey! Everyone, chase that rebel! Get him!
The would-be-assassin just gives them a glimpse, as a large black robot appears. This scaring the "Hero Party" and they all run away as the robot opens fire on them, while the figure uses their metal gauntlets to block some of Nick's shots, and Ami's arrows from her EXE-Arc, which is in "Bow-Mode", which turned into a bow, while Lanney hides behind them. The figure then begins to walk towards the three, only for Nick to switch his EXE-Blade back into "Sword Mode", and charges at the assassin, leading the two to clash with the assassin going on the defensive as Nick is moving very fast. The figure tries to shoot Nick only for him to suddenly disappear. The robot then walks to the figure, only for Nick to appear and smash the machine with one punch, destroying it and making it, himself, and the assassin to fall into the sewers. While in the sewers, Nick continues to fight the attacker, who's helmet shows that Nick has the EXE-Visor, EXE-Blade, a Golem Ring, the Fire, Darkness, and Psychic Elements, and his Magic level is unusually high for most Teorans.
Assassin: "Well, well….So we have a strong element from Gwain's Royal Guard. Let's see what you've got."
The assassin then charges at Nick, and the two start clashing again, with both being on equal grounds. The two then come to a stand-still.
Assassin: "Hmm….I don't know where you got the EXE-Blade or that Visor. But you'll need more then that to stop me. I'll let you have this one, kid. You may keep these tools. But the one who'll end up victorious….Will be me."
The assassin then gets on their motorcycle and drives away, with Nick jumping out of the sewers though the crater, returning back to Ami and Lanney.
Lanney: "Thank you so much for today, Mr. Geo. You'll make a great team with the princess, I'm positive."
Lanney then leaves for home as Nick and Ami also leave for the castle. Elsewhere, the assassin is observing a monitor analyzing Nick, revealing his "Target Rank" to be 10.
