In the hospital, Fiona wondered what could have brought Mr Smith here?, was Angelica in trouble, she had to know but what if Lucy was here she seems to be everywhere.
"Uhmm good sir." She called the attention of a nurse nearby.
"Is someone named Angelica here?." The nurse stared at the girl for a second before saying yes of course.
Fiona hid a secret, something her parents were too scared to reveal to the world. She had always being attracted to male things unaware of the fact that she was indeed a boy.
Her parents made sure that she never had to use public restrooms not even if school, if she ever had to pee, Fiona had to run back home.
But today she was far from home and the desire to use a public restroom for the first time kicked in.
She stared at her pubic area, something felt awkward. The drawings her teacher showed her in class were different from she had between her thighs.
Fiona knew this was crazy, but she did it anyway. She called the attention of the woman in the next bathroom door.
" Hello, please is this what yours looks like too." The lady screamed in horror, she had of trans but she had never seen them before.
"Hold on don't move a muscle." Fiona suspected something would happen to her if she stayed still so she fled into the nearest ward.
The woman had gone to call security.
"She was a girl but with a penis, she stood right….", The woman looked around but saw no one, the guard thought she was crazy, shook his head and left silently.
Fiona saw a picture in the hospital of the human body and took it. She looked at the male section and saw a similar thing.
"Does that mean I'm a boy." She touched her chest. "No wonder I have no boobs, why did they lie to me?."
As she stood there puzzled at the new found truth a familiar voice brought her to reality.
"Fiona." She turned at first she was scared but her mind was put at ease when she saw Angelica she ran and gave her a hug, both of them almost fell.
"Stop don't touch me I might be contagious." Fiona took a step back and looked at her with a keen eye.
She felt her heart skip a beat she almost forgot she ran away from Desmond or she thought she did.
"Listen I injured a lady, and I dropped her off here, I only ran into you by chance, is everything okay why are you here?.
Angelica sat on the bed she was tired of faking her unconscious state.
"I have AIDS." She confessed. Fionas heart stood still, why was life so unfair to girls, if she could still refer to herself as one.
Should she undress and show Angelica what she just discovered, she was extremely scared and lost in thought.
"There she is." The woman who saw her naked had found her.
The guard cuffed her and took her to prison being a transgender was illegal in these parts.
Angelica was too weak to fight for her, her plan had worked to well.
The cops took Fiona to the station, they wanted to undress, with Desmond still discussing with Hailey he came out.
"What's all this noise about?." He looked at the officers angrily none of them were brave enough to speak.
"I saw her in the bathroom, she had the private part of a man, what kind of horror is this, should I call her a he or a she I don't even know."
Although Desmond had never seen Fiona naked he was sure that this woman was crazy.
"Have you taken your medicine today?." He asked her.
"Maybe your allergies are acting up." The woman became furious, she had no allergies except for this trans before her. Desmond had heard enough.
"If you point another accusing finger towards my fiance again, this station will be your permanent home." The woman saw the fury in his eyes and knew she was done for, there was nothing more to say now she had to go away.
Micheal noticed the broken glass on Desmonds car, he knew that if his boss saw it too Fiona would be in big trouble he had it replaced right away.
"Before we go there is something I have to tell you." Fiona stared with fear as she was about to confess, but Micheal cleared his throat.
She lifted her head and saw the car as good as new, she smiled, Micheal was an angel sent from heaven.
Hailey was forgotten thanks to the unknown woman she saw the opportunity and slipped out of the cell she hid in Desmond's boot…
"Thank you for what you did in there." Fiona said, for the first time she did not see him as a monster.
Would a monster stand up for you?.
Fiona could not stop smiling, Desmond saw it and smiled also, he could not help but wonder if that woman was telling the truth.
Meanwhile in the hospital The doctor could not stop his growing feelings for Angelica, he had being her doctor ever since she was a child.
She was like a daughter to him.
"If you promise to stop having sex with her, then I will find a cure for you."
The doctor said as calmly as he could to Mr Smith.
"My private matters are none of your business, you treat her and I pay you was that not the deal."
The doctor was being paid a huge amount, but at what cost. His integrity, his conscience.
He did not need his money anymore, heck he did not want to be a doctor also, he had saved up enough to start up a buisness of his own.
"Why the long face doctor?." Mr Smith asked with a sarcastic tone.
"I hope you are not thinking of double crossing me, after everything I have done for you and your wretched family many years ago."
Mr Smith hit his hand on the table, he was mad with anger. Angelica did her best to eavesdrop though her leg shivered in pain.
