Reborn in the world of fear and hunger

As usual Justin is engrossed in his books, paying no attention to anything else. His mother, Aria, seems to be concerned about Justin, as unlike other kids, he seems to have no interest in playing like other kids, he even lacked the childish character that the kids around his age have, on contrary he seems to be quiet mature for kid, in fact his maturity is at an adult's level, since he was little, because of this he didn't seems to have any reason to socialize with other kid causing him to be alone all time, as a mother, Aria did everything to motivate her son to socialize with other kids and play with them as well as act like normal kid should, but sadly Justin didn't care and he is set in his ways. Justin's Father, Edward, the current baron of McDowell barony, on other hand was instead proud of his son for his knowledge and maturity, and he see him as best candidate for being his successor as baron of McDowell barony, as Justin in Edward's eyes is a prodigy and a hardworking person, unlike his other two brothers, who proved to be completely useless. The first son baron, Alex is a very haughty and arrogant person, he considered himself superior to other kids in barony and constantly got into fights, his ego also caused him to look down on other considered them to be inferior to others, he is also a big squanderer as he doesn't care about his finance, and his ego cause him to brag about possessing the things, that he didn't earned and is very morally degenerate, the only good about him is that he never commited murder or harmed a woman, not yet, but who know that he might do these bad deeds as well. Because of this none of the inhabitants wanted Alex to become next baron. The second brother, William is ironically a very nice and charming guy, he is humble and friendly to others, he doesn't squander his family's wealth and he care about the family's finance, because of this, he is well liked by everyone is barony, unfortunately, he lacked ambition, talents and most importantly him more interested in his painting, sculpture creating, and other arts, than running the barony, much to the Baron's disapointment. In the end, Justin is the only suitable heir for the barony according to current baron. Justin is a smart, intelluctual, genius kid, despite his young age he helped the baron in many ways, including creating new suitable business, increasing the development of industries of barony, improved the agriculture the barony, as well as being a good advisor in politics and negotiations, because of this Justin become the most favoured son of the baron, who recieved almost everything from baron, but in reality this boy has a secret. He is a transmigrator, in his past life, he was a topper in a high school, he studied well, had had very good greater, perhaps because of this nobody pick on him, despite him being a loner, thanks to his high grades and having support of the teachers. In his past life, he is a big fan of two games "Fear & Hunger" and "Fear & Hunger 2: Termina", he really enjoyed two popular but difficult games. However, liking it is one thing but reincarnating into the world of the games is other thing, Justin meets his death after getting hit by truck, driven by a drunk driver, after death, he reincarnated as the third son of one of aristocrat of Kingdom of Rondon in 'Fear & Hunger' world. Justin knew that this a world of dark fantasy, so, for the sake of survival, he engross himself in books related to various important knowledge such as politics, geography, history, etc., to have better understanding of this world, being a soul from 21st century Earth, he made many reforms in the barony using his knowledge of past life, improved the infastructure, crafts, agriculture, business, commerce, etc. of the barony. If there anything he was interested in, then it is in alchemy. In the game alchemy was an important factor for clearing the game, since, Justin is reincarnted in the very game game world, he decided to start with alchemy, for this reason he studied all book related to alchemy and it's applications, he also decided to observe this world and make a note about the difference between the game and this world. In the game, there is a event known as coin flips, but in this world which a reality, there is not such event, must to Justin's relief, magic and occult practices drain one's sanity just like in the game, but unlike in the game, it is possible to overcome this by increasing the proefficiency in occult practices, which reduce draining of one's sanity, which those with perfect mastery in it, face no sanity reduction, thus, completely retaining their mind, since, Justin isn't planning to practice occult yet, he chose to put his plan for occult training on hold for now, there are many ways to restore sanity, that is smoking and consuming alcoholic drinks, in game, he was able to use it on the child character, but in real life, those are the things that only adult can use, fortunately, there are other means for restoring the sanity which was not mentioned or used in game, that is herbal chocolate, which is basically a regular chocolate infused with herbs that grant the sweet, the ability to restore sanity. The child sorcerers who are prohibited from smoking and drinking alcohol are instead encouraged to eat the herbal chocolates to calm their mind. Since, Justin is still below the age of 20, he can only rely on herbal chocolate to restore his sanity after he decides to learn magic. However the major difference he found was alchemy, in the game merely getting ingredients is enough to make alchemical items, but in reality, alchemy is much complicated process, and requires correct handwork and processing methods, to make the produced items to work successfully. Justin found, although the ingredients are basically same as mentioned in game, the process of alchemical items is more complex that he expected, which is why he decides to gather enough knowledge about alchemy before start using it. One day, after gathering enough knowledge, he finally decides to use alchemy, and take the first step in surviving this dangerous world.
