Chapter 1 - Academy Pt.1: Welcome to The Academy

The bustling streets of the capital city of Alexia are alive with magic and wonder. The year was 1454, 10-year-old George Lydia eagerly makes his way towards the Larissian Magic Academy. The Academy was a sight to behold, a sprawling castle-like structure that seemed to loom over the surrounding landscape, its spires reaching towards the sky. The sun was just beginning to rise, casting a golden glow over the turrets and ivy-covered walls, giving the impression of a place steeped in magic and mystery. A lone figure made his way up the cobblestone path, his heart pounding with a heady mix of excitement and nervous anticipation. At the top of the hill, the grand doors of the Academy stood tall and imposing, welcoming the new students who had come to seek knowledge and adventure within its hallowed halls. The grand stone building loomed before him, a majestic and ancient structure with tall spires that seem to touch the sky. Surrounded by an air of ancient mystery. The stone walls covered with intricate carvings that adorn the entrance, held secrets of countless generations of mages who had passed through its halls. As he took in the sight of his new home, the bustling courtyard, and the other young aspiring mages, students in robes of various colors with eyes full of wonder make their way to the academy, chatting excitedly about the new school year, milling about, a sense of wonder and possibility filled him. George Lydia stands at the massive oak doors, of the Larissian Magic Academy, his heart pounding with a mix of excitement and nervousness. His life is about to change forever as he took his first steps into the world of magic and adventure. The Academy was renowned for its rigorous curriculum, designed to mold young mages into powerful practitioners of magic. The thought of unraveling the mysteries of the arcane arts and unlocking his full potential filled him with a sense of purpose and determination. Today marked the beginning of his journey towards becoming a powerful mage, a legendary hero, just like the heroes in the storybooks he cherished. George, with a mixture of excitement and nerves, took a deep breath before stepping through the massive oak doors into the echoing hallways of the Academy. The air was thick with anticipation, and George could feel the weight of expectations settling on his shoulders. As he made his way to the registration desk to officially enroll, the hustle and bustle of students filled the halls. The aroma of incense and the distant sound of spells being cast added to the magical atmosphere, and George couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder at the world he had entered. With a deep breath, George pushed open the doors to the Great Hall, where he was met with a sea of eager faces and the excited buzz of new students. His heart raced with anticipation as he navigated through the crowd, the air crackling with energy.

Just as his hand reached out to push open the door to the registration desk, another young boy stepped in his path, George and the young boy accidentally collided, setting off a chain of events that would shape their time at The Academy. The young boy's voice cut through the noise of the hall, his eyes flashing with annoyance.

"Hey! Watch where you're going, moron!"

"Moron? Who are you calling a moron?"

"You idiot, why dont you watch where you're going?"

"Me? You ran into me?"

Though the exchange between the two was brief, the clash of personalities was immediate. The two young mages laced with instant animosity, a spark ignited between them like flint meeting steel. What began as a simple misunderstanding quickly escalated into a fierce rivalry. While the Magic Academy of Alexia was a place of magic and wonder, it was also a place of competition and power, and George and the young boy symbolized the dichotomy of camaraderie and contention among the students. As tempers flared the young boy, with a fire in his eyes, challenges George to prove himself worthy of being a mage.

Despite the tension that hung in the air, George felt a spark of curiosity ignite within him at the challenge in the other boy's gaze. Deciding to embrace the unexpected rivalry.

"Whats your name anyway?"

"The names Kayn, Kayn Alabaster."

"Well Kayn, im George Lydia, and im going to be legendary hero."

"Legendary hero? You truly are an idiot."

George was about to retort when the first bell rang, signaling the start of the school day. They shared a brief moment of silent understanding before realizing they were both heading in the same direction, towards the great hall where the opening ceremony would take place. In a spirit of unspoken competition, they both broke into a run, weaving through the crowded hallways and narrowly avoiding collisions with other students. The tension between them was palpable as they raced side by side, their footsteps echoing off the stone walls. As they turned a corner, their competitive streaks culminated in disaster as they both crashed into a priceless statue in the middle of the hallway, shattering it into a million pieces. The loud crash drew the attention of nearby students and teachers, who rushed to the scene to find George and the young boy arguing heatedly, each blaming the other for the accident. Things took a turn for the worse when a group of older, more experienced students joined the commotion, including a particularly aggressive boy named Magnus Nevergrown. Magnus and his cronies Brutus Brute, and Rudy Rudison, begin insulting George & Kayn. Magnus taunts the Alabaster family's tainted name which sends Kayn into a defensive fury, his magic crackling in the air as he stands up for his heritage.

"Shut up magnus, you dont know anything!"

"Whoah whoah, calm down Kayn, its not my fault Alabaster family is full of cowards, & murderers."

"Just shut up, you dont know anything. "

"I know that your pathetic family, is full of cowards. I wouldn't be surprised if you are just like the rest of your cowardice family."

George, impressed by his Kayns display of courage, steps in to help him. In a moment of defiance, George, fueled by a surge of courage, takes a stand against the sneering Magnus, shattering the oppressive atmosphere like a thunderclap. The tense silence shattered like glass as George rebuked Magnus, his words laced with a determination that surprised even himself, a battlecry of the underdog fighting back.

"How? How dare you?! Who do you think you are, laughing at someones dreams?"

In a bold move, George punched Magnus in the face, a move that could have easily backfired. With a shocked look on his face, Magnus utters

"You, you hit me?"

"Yeah, & i'd do it again. You can't judge someone, based on what someone else did. His future isn't set in stone. He has the power to shape his own destiny."

"Destiny? Power to shape it? What utter nonsense. Rudy, Brutus, lets show these 1st year students, why you shouldn't mess with 2nd year student."

George's unwavering determination shone through in the face of adversity, as he refused to be intimidated by Magnus and his gang. However, the act of courage and standing up for what was right earned the grudging respect of the other students watching, and even earned a nod of approval from the mysterious woman who was standing at the back of the crowd. Magnus launches a fireball straight at George hitting him dead center. The world around him seemed to slow, the energy crackling in the air as he reeled backward from the blow. Just as Magnus began to reel his arm back for another strike, the figure cloaked in shadow and mystery materialized out of thin air, a stern voice cutting through the chaos like a blade.

"Magnus Nevergrown, Rudy Rudison, and Brutus Brute, why aren't you in class?"

The boys' faces paled with fear as they stammered out apologies, their bravado melting away in an instant before they fled in a hurry. Turning to face the newcomer, George and Kayn found themselves facing a woman of striking presence, the intimidating aura she exuded contrasting with the kindness in her eyes. Introducing herself as Mrs. Anna Eberheart the disciplinarian and assistant headmistress of the Academy, she sent the boys back to their classroom with a firm but gentle reprimand, a wave of gratitude washing over them at her intervention, filling them with a mix of relief and curiosity. As she led George and Kayn towards the towering oak doors of the great hall, a vast chamber with towering ceilings soaring high above them, painted with swirling constellations that seemed to shimmer and dance with an ethereal light and with stone walls, lined and adorned with tapestries depicting great mages of old, seemed to shimmer in the dim candlelight, casting a magical aura over the room. As George and Kayn took their seats among the sea of students who chattered in the great hall of the Larrisan Magic Academy. The high ceilings of the hall echoed with whispers of potential and power. Sitting side by side in the grandeur of the great hall, the ornate chandeliers casting a warm glow around them, George and Kayn exchanged a glance, the earlier incident served as a turning point for George and Kayn, solidifying their unlikely friendship and alliance in a school full of rivalries and challenges. Mrs. Eberheart's presence demanded respect and attention. Her sharp gaze piercing through the sea of students missing nothing. As she welcomed all the new students to the Academy, the students began to settle in. However, a hush fell over the hall as five mysterious adults made their entrance, a palpable aura of power and wisdom surrounding them. Among them was a tall and imposing figure with sharp features and a commanding presence. The mysterious figure strode towards the front of the stage. Stabding before the assembled students, introducing himself as thw distinguished headmaster of the Academy, welcoming them with a smile that held a hint of mystery. With vigor in his lungs Headmaster Crane began to announce, the classes for the year, each one more intriguing than the last, that George's heart truly began to race. From Potion Making to Magical History, from Elemental Control to Beast Mastery, the possibilities seemed endless and incredibly exciting. As Headmaster Crane continued he extended his hand towards the first of the four professors who would be teaching them. He began by introducing the renowned Jinx Starwind, an illuminatingly beautiful young woman with eyes the color of magic, that seem to hold the secrets of the universe. Professor Starwind stepped forward with a graceful smile. Her mere presence exuding a sense of power and mystery that captivated the young students.

"Jinx Starwind professor who teaches magic spell work, is a prodigy in the world of magic, a master of magic proficiency."

Next came Log Crane, Headmaster Cranes younger brother, and the unyielding professor of General studies. Then came Ky Iron-heart a serious, mature, and responsible middle aged man, his scarred visage belied a heart of gold, his skill in combat unmatched. He is the renowned professor of combat. Lastly, Headmaster Joseph Crane introduces Zorro Diego, a tall, intelligent, and compassionate nobleman with a strong sense of justice, slender, and pale-skinned man with long, black shoulder-length hair that often looks messy and partially hangs in front of his face, he introduces him as the professor of Aura studies. Each professor represented a different aspect of magic, and as Headmaster Joseph Crane introduced them, the air crackled with energy and possibility. Headmaster Joseph Crane truly captivated the room with his booming voice and imposing figure. As he began to lay out the expectations and challenges that awaited the students at the Academy, a shiver of excitement ran down George's spine. The intricate details of the curriculum spoke of the depth of knowledge and power that awaited those who dared to walk the path.

The names of the first-year students echoed through the hall as Headmaster Crane introduced each one, their presence adding to the tapestry of magic that surrounded them. As Headmaster Crane delivered his speech about seizing opportunities, a sense of unity and purpose settled among the students, binding them together in their shared quest for knowledge and growth. Each name that was called filled the hall with a distinct energy, a promise of the potential that lay within these young minds. Each face in the crowd held a mix of excitement and nervousness, their eyes alight with the possibility of the future that lay ahead. After introductions and a captivating speech by Headmaster Crane, George and the other students were dismissed to the cafeteria for a short break before their first class. The academy's cafeteria buzzed with energy as George and his best friend Kayn enjoyed a rare break before their next class. The soft chatter of students intermingled with the clinking of utensils, creating a symphony of youthful exuberance. Kayn, with his eyes bright and animated, was in the midst of discussing their upcoming general studies class. His excitement was palpable, but for George, the words washed over him like a distant murmur. Resting his chin on his hand, George gazed out of the window, captivated by the gentle dance of leaves in the courtyard below. After a much needed break the first year students head to their general studies class after lunch. The round oak doors loomed ahead as George Lydia made his way down the bustling hallway of the magical academy. Every step closer heightened his anticipation, the weight of his new wand a comforting presence at his side. As the doors swung open, revealing the threshold to his general studies class, a kaleidoscope of colors and the hum of eager chatter greeted him. Eyes alight with curiosity and potential, George's heartbeat quickened with the promise of untold knowledge and adventure whispering through the air. Professor Crane stood at the front. He welcomed them with a booming voice, his words laced with promises of knowledge that dazzled the young minds before him. Along with all the expectant students, George settled into his seat. Professor Log commanded the room's attention, his figure cloaked in mystery and power. With a voice that resonated with ancient wisdom and the promise of uncharted realms, he introduced himself as the beacon that would illuminate their path through the magical academy.

"My name is Log Crane, as my older brother the headmaster of our academy said I will be your general studies professor for the rest of your time at the academy."

After introducing himself, Professor Crane goes on to give an information-packed lecture about the history of the magical realms, each word painting a vivid picture of a world beyond his wildest dreams. He lectured about the importance of a well rounded education. Breaking down the advantages of not only mastering magic but also focusing on other subjects like math, science, and history. After hours of general studies Professor Log announcemes to the class an imminent major exam would be given to the class the following day. The announcement casted a shadow of doubt and uncertainty over the students. Professor Crane then dismisses the students directing them to spend time studying at the library. As the class made there way to the library settling down next to Kayn to study for their first major exam in the general studies course. George's hands trembled slightly as he looked over the practice test, his eyes scanning the challenging questions with a growing sense of panic. He struggled to remember everything he had studied, his mind a jumbled mess of information. Just as despair threatened to consume him, a soft voice from beside him broke through his turmoil. Nana Ravenspear, a fellow student with an air of quiet wisdom about her, offered George a small, encouraging smile and began to explain the concepts he was struggling with, even offering him her notes. With her patient guidance, George started to see the connections between the different topics, the fog in his mind slowly lifting as he grasped the underlying patterns and meanings. With excitement George grasps the young girls hands.

"Thank you so much Nana, your a life saver."

Nana smiles, "dont mention it."

After a grueling study session with his classmates, Kayn and Nana, George's heart raced with a mix of excitement and nerves as they hurried down the torchlit cobblestone halls of the school towards their next clas, magic proficiency. Each step echoed in the corridor, building a sense of foreboding as they approached the threshold of the classroom, where a future fraught with unknown challenges awaited. As he entered the grand chamber where the Magic Proficiency class was held, George felt a mix of nerves and excitement churning in his stomach. George sat at his desk next to Kayn, the soft glow of the desk lamp cascading over the worn edges of his magic book, illuminating the intricate runes and diagrams within. Absentmindedly twirling a quill between his fingers, his brow furrowed in concentration as he traced the lines of a particularly complex spell. The class buzzed with anticipation entered a solemn hush as Professor Starwind's entrance. Her presence, ethereal and powerful, immediately stifled the hushed murmurs among the students. George noticed the way the torchlight played off the intricate silver jewelry adorning her wrists, her eyes, clear and deep as the night sky, met theirs, an air of gravity settled upon the young students. The scent of aged parchment and exotic incense permeated the air as she began to speak, her voice a melodic symphony that resonated to the very core of their beings. As she addressed the students with a voice that resonated with power and knowledge, Professor Starwind spoke of the intricate art of mastering spells, emphasizing the importance of dedication and unwavering focus in taming the unpredictable forces of magic that danced within them. The students hung on her every word, a collective intake of breath echoing through the room, as if on the precipice of a great revelation that would shape their paths forever. Professor Starwind hands each student an ancient magical textbook. Its cover embossed with long-forgotten symbols that seemed to shimmer and pulse with a life of their own. A furtive exchange of whispers rippled through the classroom as the students, their faces a mixture of awe and trepidation, flipped through the pages of the mysterious tome. The air thrummed with latent power, a palpable energy that seemed to coil around them, waiting to be unleashed. With each passing moment spent poring over the arcane text, George felt a deep, primal connection to the magic that thrummed in his veins, beckoning to be set free. After hours of studying magic, Professor Starwind dismisses the students sending them off to their next class, magical combat studies. George and the first year students make their way to their third class of the day magical combat studies. As the enter the magical battle chamber, they are met by Professor Ky Iron-heart the combat professor, an imposing figure. With a stern expression, Professor Iron-heart's deep voice reverberated through the chamber as he explained the importance of not only mastering magic but also honing their physical combat skills. George felt a mix of excitement and nerves at the thought of combining his magical abilities with actual fighting techniques. After hours of grueling physical training and intense study of combat techniques and spells, the students were finally pitted against each other in one-on-one battle competitions. Flynn Nightwing proved himself to be a formidable opponent, his movements fluid and precise as he defeated each of his challengers. Meanwhile, Nana, Davina, and Nora showcased their unique strengths and strategies in the battles, each earning the respect of their peers. Just as George thought he had a chance at victory in the intense competitions, he suffered a crushing defeat against a skilled classmate. Doubt and insecurity crept into his mind, and he struggled with his physical combat skills. The pressure mounted as the competitions grew more fierce, and the fear of failure loomed over him like a dark cloud. In the final round of the battle competitions, George faced off against Flynn Nightwing, the top fighter in the class. Despite giving it his all, George was swiftly outmatched by Flynn's superior speed and agility. As he lay on the ground, defeated and humiliated, George felt like he would never be able to measure up to his classmates in both magic and combat. The reality of his limitations hit him hard, and he questioned if he had what it took to succeed at the academy. In his moment of despair, George found unexpected support from Professor Iron-heart who reminded him of his unique strengths and the progress he had made throughout his training. In the heartfelt conversation with Professor Iron-heart, George gained a new perspective on his abilities and what it truly meant to be a skilled fighter. Embracing the lessons he had learned. George made a vow to himself to push past his self-doubt and give it his all in the final challenge. It was a test of not only his skills but of his inner strength and determination. After hours of combat training the students make their way to their final class of the day. They made their way to a giant gravel field containing magical targets. George stood amongst his peers in the giant gravel field, their faces a mix of excitement and nervousness. They were surrounded by towering trees that whispered in the slight breeze, adding to the mystical atmosphere. The sun was just beginning to set, casting a golden glow over the field, creating long shadows that danced across the targets. Professor Zorro Diego made his entrance, a dramatic figure in his all-black ensemble, his hat casting a shadow over his piercing eyes. His magnetic presence commanded the attention of the students. Zorro begins to stare at the student intensely. George, who has this nervous look on his face, asks

"Professor Zorro, why are you staring at us like that?"

professor angling his head slightly before his hand began to slide upstream, reaching the young conjurer. An unseen force began to twirl around George, he began to lecture about the ancient art of aura control. The students hung onto his every word.

"Well, I was just simply analyzing your auras."

"Analyzing our auras? What's an aura?"

"Aura is like an energy field that surrounds you. It binds each individuals life force. The spirit or energy that animates all living & non-living things. This life force is sometimes called prāṇa or qì/chi. Basically, everything in the universe is made up of this energy, vibrating at different frequencies. As human beings, we radiate very low levels of electricity that's otherwise known as an electromagnetic field. This energy enters the body through the crown at the temple of the head. Which travels along channels, called nodes. There are approximately 72,000 nodes in the human body. These nodes meet at energy centers or chakra points. think of it like intersections within a road. There are seven different types of chakras points. The crown, the eyes, the vocal cords, the heart, the sacral, the hands, & the root or the feet. Your aura is ultimately an extension of your being. Sometimes, people will refer to the aura as the outer body because it covers our body like a net. It is an important shield to our physical body."

"So it's like an energy field around us?" asks George

"Yes, everything on the planet has an emanation of this energy. One level of energy has a reverberance that is a physical form. Another part that is not as dense or slow as the physical wavelength yet still maintains a form. This is an aura."

"Wow, so everything has an aura?"

"Yes, even things that appear to be solid are oscillating at the molecular level." Kayn asks Zorro

"So you were reading our aura, sir?"

"Yes, since the aura you omit is an extension of your physical body. Its shape is a reflection, or a mirror of your emotions, thoughts, & temperament. The shape of your aura can provide insight into your emotional and spiritual well-being." "How come I can't see your aura?" asks George. Because you have yet to learn the basics of aura conjuring, which is how to harness, visualize, manipulate, & solidify your aura. First, I will teach you how to harness or draw upon your aura. Then I will teach you how to visualize & see the aura. Next, you'll learn to manipulate your aura. Finally, you'll learn to solidify your aura & make it visible."

"So how do we do it, sir?"

"First, you'll learn how to harness or conjure your aura. But before we can start harnessing aura, we must train your physical bodies to be able to withstand the force of the energy, replies Professor Zorro.

"So we can't just draw upon our auras?" asks Claudius

"Since aura is so volatile, if you draw too much of it, It will destroy your body from the inside out. That's why you do physical training with Professor Iron-heart so that you can build your physical strength. By improving your bodies physical attributes, we can increase the amount of aura your bodies can handle," replies Professor Zorro.

As the days passed, George and his classmates underwent rigorous training to harness their auras, learning to tap into the unseen energy that surrounded them. Professor Zorro's teachings were both enlightening and demanding, pushing the students to their limits in pursuit of mastery over their aura. The strains on their physical and mental strength were evident, but George felt a sense of determination growing within him, fueled by the support of his friends and the belief in his own potential. After a long day of hard work and studying in class, George, Kayn, and Nana decided to enjoy the rest of the day sightseeing throughout the city. The three friends enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the market, with the colorful stalls and exotic smells heightening their senses. Laughter and camaraderie filled the air as they savored the moment of respite before heading back to their dorms for the night. As the next day arrives the sun's first rays pierced through the window of George Lydia's small room, painting a golden sheen over his sleeping form. It was a sight that spoke of peace and innocence, hinting at the vast potential of the day ahead at the academy. As George stirred, the warm glow welcomed him to a new beginning, a canvas waiting to be painted with the colors of adventure and discovery that awaited him as he rose to dress himself. Each movement was filled with purpose, the anticipation of the day ahead building within him like a coiled spring ready to be released. George makes his way to the general studies classroom. He sat surrounded by his closest friends, Kayn and Nana, the familiar buzz of anticipation filling the air. Professor Crane entered the room, his presence commanding respect as he handed out the exam papers. George felt a surge of confidence, their shared hours of study the day before fueling his belief in their abilities. The trio dove into the exam questions, the subject matter ranging from math to science, their minds sharp and focused. The room was filled with a sense of camaraderie and determination, each of them encouraging the others with silent nods and reassuring smiles. As the last minutes ticked by, George put the finishing touches on his final answers, feeling a sense of pride in their collective efforts. When Professor Crane began to grade the papers, the room grew tense with anticipation. And when the results were finally revealed, a wave of elation washed over the trio as they realized they had all passed with flying colors. Nana, as well as their other friends Flynn, Nora, and Claudius, had achieved the highest marks, showcasing their dedication to their studies. Following the triumph of their success in the exams, George and his friends were filled with a newfound sense of purpose and determination. They believed they were invincible, their bond unbreakable as they navigated the challenges of their magical education. As the dismissal bell rang, George quickly gathered his books and joined his friends Nana and Kayn in the bustling hallway, animated chatter filled the air as they made their way to the lively cafeteria, gratitude for the delicious food and the laughter of his friends painting a picture of contentment on George's face. The aroma of food wafting around them. George couldn't help but smile as he listened to their spirited conversation, feeling a sense of camaraderie with his new friends. The trio of friends sat at their usual table in the cafeteria, their laughter blending with the clatter of trays and chatter around them, giggling and sharing stories from their classes, the sunlight streaming through the windows danced across their faces, painting a picture of carefree youth. As George and his friends were enjoying their lunch, the infamous bully, Magnus, sauntered over to their table. The air in the cafeteria turned tense as Magnus and his jeering entourage began their unwarranted taunts, their cruel words cutting through the once joyful atmosphere. Nana, who was fiercely protective of her friends, rose, her aversion to injustice glaringly apparent in her fiery eyes as she met Magnus's gaze head-on. In an impulsive act of bravery, Nana's foot connected with unfortunate precision to a very tender area of Magnus, a move that shocked everyone and sent a wave of panic through the room. The bullies, howling in pain and embarrassment, made menacing advances towards Nana, who stood her ground. Her menacing look causing the terrified bullies to retreat, promise of revenge hanging ominously in the air as they vowed vengeance. After the lunch hour bell rang its musical call, signaling the end of the break, George and his friends made their way excitedly to their next class. As they settled into their seats in the grand, vaulted classroom, Professor Starwind handed out a surprise written exams to each student. George's heart drummed in his chest as he scanned the pages filled with intricate symbols and enigmatic questions, a cold sweat breaking out on his brow. Despite the fervent scratching of his quill, George's hands felt clumsy and uncertain as he struggled to make sense of the magical theory laid out before him. With a mix of relief and trepidation, George and his friends submitted their completed exams to Professor Starwind, whose scrutinizing gaze seemed to pierce through their very souls. As the grades were distributed, a sinking feeling settled in George's stomach as he saw the stark truth laid bare on his parchment, he had barely passed the exam. Davina and Nora, two talented classmates, had earned the highest marks, their faces glowing with pride and accomplishment. Disappointment gnawed at George as he realized the gap between his own abilities and the mastery his peers displayed. Professor Starwind, a beacon of wisdom in the world of magic, began a somber lecture on the importance of diligence and dedication, her words a weighty reminder of the challenges that lay ahead on the path of a young mage. George and his friends, Nana and Kayn, made their way through the bustling courtyard of the magical academy, the air filled with the scent of brewing potions and the sound of spells being cast in the distance. They were on their way to combat studies class, eager to test their skills and learn from the best. Professor Iron-heart, a formidable figure with a metallic sheen to his skin, stood waiting for them, his eyes sharp and calculating as he observed the young students. The courtyard was a flurry of activity, with students of all ages practicing their spells and dueling with one another. As they entered the combat studies classroom, the energy was palpable, crackling with the anticipation of battle. George couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement coursing through him, a hunger to prove himself in the face of the challenges that lay ahead. The class began with a series of physical training exercises, pushing the students to their limits in order to increase their strength and agility. George threw himself into the drills with determination, the sweat beading on his brow as he pushed himself to keep up with the more experienced students. Despite his best efforts, he couldn't shake the feeling of being outclassed, especially when he watched the effortlessly graceful sparring matches between his friends and the top students in their year. It was then that Professor Iron-heart announced a series of one-on-one battles that would take place in the last hours of class, the final test of their combat skills. The combat studies classroom crackled with energy as the students prepared to face each other in a series of intense duels. George found himself facing off against Davina, a skilled student known for her quick wit and even quicker reflexes. The battle was fierce and unforgiving, each however, with each clash of magical energies and strategic maneuvers, George held his own against his opponents, his confidence soaring with each small victory. The room buzzed with anticipation as the tides of battle shifted. George felt himself being pushed to the brink of his abilities, the weight of the moments bearing down on him. Just when it seemed like he might emerge victorious, a surge of power from Davina knocked him off balance, sending him crashing to the ground in defeat. As the one one one student battle competitions came to a end Professor Iron-heart began to give an animated lecture on the importance of adapting in a fight. His words hung in the air as he demonstrated various combat techniques with precision and grace, the students watched in awe, their imaginations ignited with the possibilities of what they could one day become. As soon as the magic bell rang, the signal for the end of class, the courtyard erupted into a chaotic symphony of laughter, chatter, and the shuffling of feet. George and his friends made their way towards the large gravel fieldwhere they usually honed their magical skills, beneath the benevolent gaze of the setting sun. Professor Zorro stood waiting for them, his weathered face creased in a smile that crinkled the corners of his eyes as he delved into the mysterious world of aura control. A hush settled over the students as they listened, the warmth of the evening sun serving as a comforting backdrop to their learning. The air was charged with anticipation as Zorro spoke of the power of harnessing one's aura.

"You're all finally ready to Learn how to harness aura. There are many steps to the principle of harnessing. The first step is awareness. This is achieved through meditation or deep concentration. everyone has their own particular resonance level of aura, which we can tap into. Some of us tap into this energy force unconsciously. The goal is to learn how to tap into this universal energy with conscious awareness."

Professor Zorros introduced the concept of manipulating one's aura into powerful techniques, George's interest was instantly piqued. The idea that through extreme mental focus and strong emotions, one could shape and mold their spiritual essence into something tangible resonated deep within him. A spark of determination ignited in his eyes as he eagerly absorbed every word, his mind already whirring with the possibilities of what he could achieve with such knowledge.

Under the watchful gaze of Professor Zorro, the students hesitantly closed their eyes, attempting to quiet their racing thoughts, meditating in the Lotus position, their hands resting gently on their knees as they sought to connect with the invisible threads of energy that crisscrossed the room. George, ever the eager learner, closed his eyes and focused on his breath, trying to push aside the doubts that lingered at the edges of his consciousness. A sense of unease gnawed at the edges of his concentration as his aura remained stubbornly elusive. As the minutes ticked by, his frustration grew, his aura refusing to respond to his pleas for guidance.

It was then Professor Zorro, placed a comforting hand on George's shoulder and whispered,

"Try to center your breathing, young one. Clear your mind of all distractions and let the energy flow through you, clear and remove all distractions from your mind. Learn to focus, feeling the energy around you."

George relaxes, concentrating deeply, letting go of all distractions. George's aura finally yielded to his will, cascading around him in a radiant display of colors that danced and shifted in response to his emotions.

"now we can begin the second part of the lesson, aura visualization. I want you to begin to visualize the force energy that surrounds an object. For today I will be the object you are going to focus on. Aura visualization is used by concentrating a larger than normal portion of your aura into one specific body part."

George watched in awe as Zorro effortlessly manifested a swirling violet aura around himself, the energy pulsating with a life of its own. Taking a deep breath, George focused his intention and channeled his aura into his eyes, allowing him to see beyond the physical realm and into the vibrant tapestry of energy that surrounded them. When Zorro asked for the color of his aura, the class confidently declaring,

"Purple, like the rarest gem."

Professor Zorros continues his lecture teaching the group of students, about the 7 different chakra types and their elemental ties, his voice carrying with the weight of knowledge that seemed to vibrate the very air around them.

"There's the Root Chakra, Muladhara, which is symbolized by the lotus, & is the element of earth. the Sacral Chakra, Swadhisthana, which is tied to the element of water. Anahata or the Heart Chakra. It is associated with balance, calmness, and serenity, & is tied to the element of air. The vocal cord chakra, Vishuddha. Which is tied to the element of wind, Manipura is the next element which is tied to the element fire. Ajna chakra or the eyes, which is associated with light and illumination. The seventh is Sahasrara the Crown Chakra, which is associated with the dark element. Each elements has is own sub elements."

As they listened intently, the energy of the lecture sparking a fire within each of them, George felt a sense of belonging, a spark of curiosity igniting in his chest.

"There are also two spirit elements, called yin and yang. There are only a handful of humans, who have these spacial attributes. Everyone is born with an affinity for one element, which determines what kinds of techniques you can master. However some people bear a strong genetic component, which allows them to master multiple elements, outside of their base nature. This rare occurrences is called Kekkei Tōta."

"Wow, I get it now," George exclaimed, his eyes wide with newfound understanding as he absorbed the knowledge of aura and chakras that Professor Zorros was imparting.

"Good, now that you've learned aura harnessing, & aura visualization. I am going to teach you how to manipulate your aura. This allows you to shape and manipulate aura in various ways. However, this power deals with the strength of your spiritual essence instead of the entire universe. Since aura is the energy formed from one's achievement of spiritual power through extreme mental focus and strong emotions. Manipulating aura can allow us to increase our natural abilities, repel other peoples aura, & to even project our own aura."

Zorro prompts the students to stand in front of the magic targets placing their hands on the center of the targets.

"Aura manipulation is defined as one's ability to create aura then channel it through their body. This allows you to transform your aura into a technique. In this training method you will be placing your palm on to the middle point of a boulder and then directing all of your aura into that focal point. You will then control & channel your aura into your hands and mould it into a sharp sword-like shape to slice through the rock."

He then places his palm one of the targets. Within second the target split in half. the students stare in disbelief "now your turn."

Flynn, Nora, Nana, Davina, & Ren are the only students who managed to cut through the targets on their first try. As the students practiced manipulating their auras into powerful techniques. As George focused on channeling his aura into a sharp sword-like shape to cut through a magic target, George found himself struggling to manifest the technique successfully. Frustration mounted his hands trembled, and his resolve wavered as the other students, filled with a mix of amusement and scorn, mocked his efforts. The final bell rings professor Zorro instruct the class to head home fore the day; George refuses. The tension mounted as George's classmates, led by the sneering trio of Flynn, Nora, and Davina, intensified their taunts and jeers. Their words cut deep

"what a loser,"

"This guys helpless,"

"Id hate to be his teacher, he might as well just give up completely"

Despite the jeers and doubt that surrounded him, determination raged in his heart, resolve untarnished in his eyes.George declared to his classmates that he would surpass his limitations and conquer the challenges before him. George Lydia woke up late the followingday, the setting sunlight filtering through the window of his dorm room at the magic academy. He could barely hear the chatter of his fellow students. His first year classmates were down by the aura studies training field. Rubbing the sleep from his eyes, George felt a sense of dread settle in the pit of his stomach. He had overslept and missed the entire school day, including the important final class of the day on magical aura studies. As he rushed to join his classmates, a feeling of unease crept over him, a sense that something was not quite right. And when George finally stumbled onto the open training field, he was met with looks of disbelief from his peers. Every magical target was completely destroyed, the field itself bearing the scars of powerful magic. The entire field lay in ruin, prompting Professor Zorro to end the class day early, his expression a mix of shock and concern. George and his friends Nana, Kayn, and Faust spent the rest of the day sightseeing around the vibrant city of Alexia. Strengthening their deepening friendship. As George and his friends explored the city, soaking in its vibrant sights and sounds, they unwittingly stumbled upon a mysterious old woman in a tucked-away alley.
