Synopsis
Deep in the mountains, far from the bustling city, stands Aurelius Academy, a prestigious private school shrouded in mystery. With its towering glass structures, biometric security, and cutting-edge technology, it feels less like a school and more like an experiment. Everything runs with eerie precision, from the moment students enroll to the strange test they must take upon arrival. But beneath its modern luxury lies a chilling truth-no one can leave once they enter. Every midnight, the academy transforms into something else entirely. The halls fall silent, students succumb to sleep, and an invisible game begins. Only a select few remain awake-the hunters and the hunted. By sunrise, someone may be gone, and when the morning bell rings, the classroom becomes a court. A single vote determines life or death. One wrong decision, and the whole class could vanish. Josh knows the game better than most. He watches, he listens, and he plays along. And as secrets begin to unravel, Josh finds himself at the center of a conspiracy far bigger than anyone could have imagined. The rules have never changed. Survive. Vote. Repeat.

Chapter 1 - Prologue

"Drag him!" Student councils shouted and grunted as they tried to separate me and the student on the floor. My face was bruised, my knuckles bled and blue as I stayed in my position, not wanting to be dragged. Why should I be dragged?

My right hand held the student by the collar as I lifted my left, but a student council member managed to catch my wrist before I could strike again. Finally, they pushed me away.

"Behave yourselves, or you'll be sent to the principal!" the president yelled, anger creeping into his face as he said those words.

The student scooted away from me as he wiped the blood trickling from his nose. Before I could move, I was already getting dragged to the principal's office.

Perfect.
