NEXT DOOR MATE.
Eve made her way to her dorm while she was looking at the rules on the paper. She could feel all eyes on her as she walked through the hall way
When she took a turn to the left she wasn't expecting someone to hit her with a full force causing her to loose her balance. As she was expecting to be on the dusty floor she felt a strong hand hold her by the waist.
"So fragile" he commented and left
Eve didn't understand what was happening right now. She was about falling, the next moment she was caught by a handsome strange boy.
She quickly nodded her head and scolded herself internally 'focus Eve, focus'. She gapsed when she saw that the paper she was holding was no longer in her hands but on the floor. She quickly rushed to pick it up not knowing they weren't complete.
She arrived at her dorm and entered the assigned room. She locked her room with a click sound which the door gave. She made a huge fall on the bed
"Oh what a day." Eve was still on the bed reminiscing what has happened today when she was jolted up from her thoughts by a knock.
"Coming" Eve answered the person at the door. She peeked at the person through the opening on the door and found a girl standing there. She opened the door for the girl to step in.
"Hi, am Skyler your next dorm mate" Skyler waved her hands. "Thought I heard some banging and hitting, so I came to check who will be keeping me company"
Skyler has a dark blonde hair and a pale skin. She looks much like her age mate or perhaps older with two or one year gap
"Oh_am Evelyna but you can call me Eve" Eve smiled toward her dorm mate neighbor.
"Is there anything I can help you with"? Skyl asked. "Like arranging some stuffs, what do you think"?
"Ok, come in, there is nothing much, just to unpack my clothes. Am really famished" Eve answered her dorm mate.
"Don't worry Eve dinner would be served very soon. Seems like you're a foodie like me" skyl smiled towards Eve
"Really! I thought I was the only one who doesn't care about how we are"
"Really" skyl was amazed. "Since we have the same things in common, guess we can be friends isn't it"
"Well I think that's gonna be alright, friends then" Eve answered with a smile.
The rest of the clean up was done with chatting and discussion.
"I, don't know how to thank you for helping me. I have to freshen up now thanks." Eve said to her new friend for assisting her to make things easier for her.
"It's nothing Eve, that's what friends are for. Would come pick you up for dinner. bye. Skyler left for her room leaving Eve to prepare for dinner
Eve quickly rushed to the bathroom to shower before dinner time arrives. She wore a blue jean trouser and a yellow flowered design crop top. She tied her hair into a bun wearing her big round glasses.
She wore a black Jordan sneakers matching the scarf she tried around her neck. "Eve are you ready"? Skyl asked her when she entered the room
"Yes I am Skyler" Eve locked her room and dipped the key into her trouser pocket. "Let's go now skyl".
Skyl held Eve hands as they made their way towards the lunch hall. "I felt nervous too when I started coming to the school, so you're gonna get through it". Skyl comforted her friend
"How many years have you been here Skyler"? Eve asked wondering if skyl was a freshman like her too
"Well for two years now" skyl answered her friend. "We still have more two years left. But for the Elite students coming from an elite family their's is six years"
" Oh I see" Eve only nodded her head in agreement. They made their way to the lunch hall and straight to the cafeteria where they can order
"I would like to have some french toast and a glass of soft drink" Eve ordered. "Me too" skyl said wanting to have the same meal with her friend. Skyl was grinning from ear to ear as they sat together.
"Uhm Eve there is someone I would like to introduce you to. He's my child hood friend Sebastian Michaelis. He'll soon be here" Skyler said
"Ok that's nothing to worry about. It's gonna be more fun" Eve answered happily knowing they were not only two but three.
Soon the introduced Sebastian entered and made his way to where skyl was sitting. He noticed that there is someone sitting by his friends side. She seemed so comfortable and free talking with her
He sat at the chair kept for him. "Hey dear" he smiled at skyl.
Eve noticed the closeness he shared between him and Skyler. He has a curly red brown hair and has a height more than average.
Skyl introduced Eve to Sebastian. "Stan this is Evelyna our new friend, and Eve this is Sebastian whom I was telling you about"
"Hi, am Eve it's nice to meet you" Eve introduced herself to Sebastian.
"Guess I don't need to introduce myself since skyl has already told you about me. Sebastian Michaelis". He extended his hands for a handshake which Eve accepted
"Am happy we have another one in the group than being stuck with in a seat for so long. You know what I mean" He winked at Eve and skyl and smiled
"So Eve can you care to tell me about your recent school. Heard you are a transfer student". His voice barely audible .
"My previous school was the best we have lot's of..... When the hard screeching of a chair caught the attention of everyone in the lunch room
