He stands on top of the mountain with his head held high all he sees is nothing but heavy snowy wind blocking his view as he waits for the ultimate challenge to come. 
As he closes his eyes for bit and opens them instead of seeing and feeling the cold winds of Mount silver he finds himself in an unfamiliar room with his body on ground, as he gets back up he finds a bunch of electricity and voltorbs surrounding him and sees Lt. surge "you really got in my way back then heh heh".

Note: In order to make this story a bit interesting I'll make red talk a bit sometime but he'll still command his Pokemon without words like in the games.
