Wind blowing past everything, rustling the leaves as they fall from the tree to the ground, only to fly into the air once again as the wind from a figure landing on the ground pushes them up, swaying gently before it falls back on top of the earth once more.
Following the one who disturbed the gentle fall of the leaves, any individual observing the figure will realize that he is not leaving any trace from his every single step, the only proof of him passing through a certain point being the rustling of leaves and grass, and the whistling of the wind as he dashes forward.
Looking towards the towering structures getting bigger and bigger in his sight, this figure couldn't help but reveal a bright smile on his face, as if he just won something big, making him appear really positive as even despite his badly damaged equipment, tattered leather tunic armor, torn apart boots, and his nearly broken sword, he still bear a genuine smile of satisfaction on his face.
"Hahaha, the second floor…" as he moves pass the other ascenders who are trying to improve their stats by fighting the monsters freely roaming around the field near the Crimson Red City, this figure, a young man of a tall stature, broad, trained shoulders and chiseled body, said with some pride in his sharp, bright eyes, the sharp sword-like eyebrows complimenting said eyes as well, gazing towards the entrance of the city, opened and seemingly welcoming every ascender to enter inside.
Passing through the bridge allowing everyone to cross the massive river separating the cities in the beginner area and the mission area of the first floor, the young man, usually often concerned with cleanliness, couldn't even be bothered to clean himself first as he rushes all the way to the Crimson Red City's entrance, only stopping as the people guarding the gate needs to confirm his identity.
'This kid…' looking at the young man who seems to just survive some sort of stampede due to how messy and beaten up he looks, one of the guards couldn't help but fell pity, as well as admiration in his mind, wondering just what is it that this young man encountered for him to be this unlucky, and how is it that he is still able to smile amiably like that.
After passing through the gate without encountering any problem, the young man, appearing to be between his mid and late-20's of age, rushes all the way near the middle of the city he had been residing in for a decade now, a nostalgic smile appearing on his face as he takes in the usual view of the area near his residence, this smile remaining on his face even when he reached all the way back his humble abode.
"Home sweet home~" roaming his eyes around the well-kept place, with the only thing that is reducing its cleanliness being the dishes that he left there the previous day, dishes that he doubts he will still need to do as he would need a new place to settle in now that he can ascend to the second floor of the tower.
Before preparing himself to ascend though, he decided to take one good look at the guide, his attention being piqued by the additional line just right below his name.

Looking at the gauge of the Immortal Energy, he couldn't help but decide to test it out, opting to immediately go big as he picked up a large kitchen knife from the sink, deciding to do whatever experiment he is trying to do in the bathroom for easier cleanup, him moving there not even taking a few moments given how small his current place is.
Finally reaching the bathroom, he let the water run down as he lifts the kitchen knife up, cutting his own arm in one swift and clean motion severing everything without any problem, even his bone not being spared despite him merely using a kitchen knife, a simple achievement that would shock any person who uses cold weapon to fight.
Watching his blood flowing down the drain, the young man, Azrael, didn't even flinch or reveal an expression of pain in his face, instead, he is wearing a smile as he feels more and more satisfied with the upgraded version of his Divine Restoration ability, the fact that he can witness his own body gradually regenerating the arm he just severed pointing out to the great increase of his ability's strength, not to mention the bonus where this pain that should've been quite significant only feels like he is being bitten by an ant now.
"Now for the actual test…" looking at floating azure screen once again, Azrael mutters to himself before his gaze lands on the newly acquired energy he gained from upgrading the Divine Restoration into Absolute Regeneration, the Immortal Energy, his expression clearly that of someone who is looking forward to the performance of a new thing he acquired.
