"A fairy?"
Grace Monta gasped aloud in disbelief.
Even after the teleportation ended and they arrived in a new space, her eyes never left Luceris.
The transformation was nothing short of stunning.
The once-elegant campus beauty had become an ethereal vision straight from a dream—long, flowing pink hair, a sleek, enchanted uniform, elegantly tapered ears, and slender alabaster thighs.
And those two sudden...developments.
Not a single ounce of excess weight on her frame, yet she radiated a flawless charm that stirred an instinctive envy in Grace's chest.
She stood there, dumbfounded.
"Luceris… is that you?"
Although she had met the others before, nothing could have prepared her for this. The sight was disorientingly surreal.
Luceris smiled gently. "Sister Grace, this is one of the effects of my Dimensional Divine Set."
"Do I look strange?" She tilted her head, placing a finger to her lips. The innocent motion only enhanced her already heart-stopping charm.
If visual emotions could manifest like magical effects, Luceris would have been standing at the center of a luminous sea of hearts and flowers, radiating allure.
Noticing that the others were starting to look entranced, Luceris quickly withdrew the gesture, visibly flustered.
Since the system had changed her gender, she often found herself instinctively doing things that felt foreign to her old self.
It was… such a trouble?
"…Incredible…" Grace murmured as she activated an appraisal skill.
The actual stats were veiled behind some mysterious protection, blurry and unreadable—but the pressure Luceris gave off was undeniable.
She was only level 21, yet her four-dimensional stats rivaled, or even exceeded, a second-tier combat class at level 30.
What kind of broken class is this?
"Let's begin exploring this zone," Leanne Vale said, cutting through the awe.
The group surveyed their surroundings.
Vast meadows rolled under a warm sun, mountains stood proudly in the distance, and golden wheat fields glistened under the gentle breeze.
Birdsong danced through the air, and every blade of grass seemed to sway in joy.
At the heart of it all stood a giant, ancient tree rising from a serene lake, its massive boughs glowing with floating motes of light—like tiny fairies caught in perpetual celebration.
It was a land brimming with life. The air itself felt pure enough to cleanse the soul.
"What a sacred place," someone murmured.
"I feel like I'm being purified just by breathing," Selene added, her usual stoicism softening in the calm beauty of the scene.
"It's hard to believe we'll be fighting monsters here," Leanne said.
"Right? Most dungeons are dark corridors crawling with twisted monsters. This place feels like it was plucked out of a fairytale. I'd honestly live here if I could."
But the moment passed.
Leanne stepped forward and declared bluntly, "Much as I hate to ruin the mood, we've been surrounded."
Everyone snapped to attention. Around them, small but fierce-looking creatures with pointed ears and iridescent wings fluttered into view.
They resembled goblins, but lacked the brutish malice—there was something darker, more calculating in their eyes.
[Fallen Elves]
[Level: lv.35 ~ lv.85]
[Skills: Assault, Mental Interference, Dark Matter]
[Fallen entities near the border of the Elf Lake. They feed on negative energy and are mortal enemies of the elemental elves.]
[Hint: Defeating the Fallen Elf Lord may earn a reward from the Elemental Elf King.]
Luceris's eyes lit up.
This is it. One of the critical materials she needed—Elf's Blessing—would definitely drop here.
Without a word, the team moved into battle.
Leanne was first into the fray, sword slashing like a goddess of war. Selene followed, casting frost magic that froze their surroundings, creating a zone of control from which she launched a volley of missiles.
Grace observed cautiously. "These monsters are way above our level… I don't think we'll get a chance to fight."
"…Maybe I can take on the level 35 ones," Luceris said softly.
With a flick of her wrist, her signature weapon, Flying Flowers of the Past, materialized—a sleek black longbow adorned with shimmering violet crystals.
Grace immediately recognized the craftsmanship. "That bow… it's not ordinary."
Luceris pulled back the string. "Hup!"
The gathered magic burst into a radiant pink arrow, streaking across the battlefield.
Despite the vast level difference, the weaker fallen elves couldn't endure more than three shots. Their health bars emptied like broken hourglasses.
"That damage…!" Grace's jaw nearly dropped. She'd lost count of how many times Luceris had surprised her.
She was full of untapped potential—truly limitless.
"Tch," Selene muttered. "These things are smart. They're low-level, but their agility is maxed. They keep darting around just outside my range."
Luceris considered this. "Sister Selene… I have a skill that can trap them."
"Oh?" Selene's curiosity was piqued.
She had her own crowd control abilities, but they covered too large an area and risked hurting allies. A more precise ability would be ideal.
Luceris stepped forward with calm confidence, placed her hand over her chest, and inhaled deeply.
Then—
She somersaulted gracefully, drawing her bow in mid-air. Magic began to gather behind her like blooming wings of crystal.
"Please accept my heart!"
With a flawless spin, she loosed an arrow skyward.
Petals fluttered down as the arrow ascended, then—boom!—a wave of luminous blossoms erupted in the sky, cascading down like a curtain of light.
The energy spread in rippling arcs, forming a radiant crystal dome around the enemies, creating an isolated battlefield.
Flawless Dome activated.
