"Good day to you Lucian my boy , Lucian grandfather said
Lucian : I'm sorry grandpa, I'm busy right now and I would call you back later
"Oh so you don't want to talk too your old man ,
Lucian : well it's not like I don't want to talk to you , is just that I'm really busy
Well Lucian my boy, I have already fix you up on a blind date with Sophia , Alex my best friend daughter, oh she's really beautiful , I'm sure you two would be a perfect couple, he announced , his voice filled with enthusiasm
Lucian's expression turned skeptical " Grandpa , I don't really know anything about this Sophia of a girl and I can't really remember her face and my last relationship just ended , and I'm not sure if I'm ready"
His grandfather chuckled . Nonsense you need someone to warm you up , maybe your girlfriend broke up with you because of your cold behavior !
Lucian sighed , rubbing his temples, " Grandpa, I think I can handle my love life myself"
His grandfather remained undeterred
"Just meet her , Lucian.like I said before her name is Sophia, and she's a very lovely young woman. You two would get along perfectly
Lucian hesitated , unsure how to get out of this situation
Lucian sighed then reluctantly agreed to meet Sophia hoping to placate his grandfather "fine , Grandpa. I'll meet her . But don't expect any miracles".
His grandfather beamed with satisfaction " That's my boy ! I'll send you the details".
Lucian hung up, feeling a sense of resignation.He didn't know much about Sophia and this situation made him angry
As he waited for his blind date details, Lucian thoughts drifted back to pearl but his taughts were cut short when his grandfather sent the details, so he decided to go to the restaurant since it was break
As Lucian arrived at the restaurant he noticed that she wasn't there yet so he decided to sit down and wait , as he sat down to wait for Sophia he couldn't help but feel irritated by her tardiness . As hour passed , he was about to leave when a sleek Bugatti pulled up in front of the restaurant
A stunning woman stepped out her long curly hair bouncing with each step . Sophia beauty was undeniable , but Lucian mind wandered to pearls effortless charm and genuine smile ,he wondered if Sophia would be as captivating
As Sophia entered the restaurant , her eyes locked onto Lucian, and she flashed a bright smile, Lucian stood up feeling a mix of curiosity and obligation

He drew out a chair for her to seat down which she did

Lucian : you are welcome, so would you like anything to eat or drink

The waiter arrived and Lucian ordered Sophia's water and a coffee for himself as they waited , Sophia effortlessly steered up a conversation towards art, fashion, culture, and all that stuff girls does
But Lucian wasn't interested in all her talks on art , fashion , culture,fashion and all those stuff girls does
Few minutes later the waiter arrived with the coffee and water which he placed on the table and walked away
Sophia drank her water before starting up another boring conversation on fashion,spending money,art and her love for music .
Lucian noticed that she was one of those spoilt rich brats who relied on their parents
He was sick and tired of her conversation so he said " why don't we take a walk"
