I woke up with a bang literally the widows where rattling and there was a rumble of an explosion in the distance, I fell from the couch I was sleeping on crawling under it as dust fell from the ceiling as the sound faded I crawled from under the couch hearing Sirens shooting by the church and down the street heading towards the explosion. I scroll through the options and find a wooden board option for 2 wood a board .25 iron per board. Activating it I watch as a wooden board materialized and nails drive into the wood boarding up the window.
I go abit crazy completely boarding up the windows and heading into the back room I do the same for that window as well, deleting the old couch and putting a bed in its place a desk and some blank books and writing utensils.
I make a small place to cook on using some iron it forms a wood stove and a stool I can reach to cook on should I need to, walking out back into the main area I consider what I should do for training my body and mind Gotham is a very dangerous place especially for a kid with no backing In the end I just set up some targets so I can train my magic on.
"Hopefully this is enough." I run my fingers through my hair as I think on how to activate my magic. "Light waves, radiation waves, sound waves, regular waves created by large bodies of water." I sit down and focus on my memories remembering my own self research for something or another.

'I guess I better go to the corner store and get some food.' I slide my shiv into my waistband and leave the building accepting the quest, I make my way down to the store and pull some money out of my invintory putting it into my baggy pocket.
Stepping inside theres a angry man yelling at the cashier who looks bored as the man yells at them, I wander to the back of the store grabbing supplies canned food batteries some bottled water a handheld electric can opener and bringing them to the front pausing when two more men enter the building and stand next to the angry man.
"Get the money out of the register and put it in a bag now!" The angry man pulls out a gun and so does his two buddies, as the cashier starts complying I start putting items in my invintory candles candybars lighters some watches clothes a bunch of canned food and a case of water unaware I was being watched by a kid in spandex who was becoming more and more confused at all the things I was managing to put into my pocket like I was some kinda loot goblin.
"First where are your parents, second where are you putting all of that stuff?" Turning around I came face to face with a very confused Robin, He sighs "wait here kid while I deal with these mooks." He reaches behind him and throws out three birdirangs knocking the guns out of their hands before dashing towards them with his staff to lay a beat down on them.
I didn't stick around to watch I snuck towards the back door and opened it by taking a broom handle and laying it against the push bar before throwing my shoulder into it and falling out into the back alley.
Picking myself up I booked it down the alley back towards my hidehout with enough food to last me at least a couple months, I reach the backdoor of the church and open the door heading inside and then locking it. "Well didn't expect to run into robin." I start getting some food made and set up some candle so I have light at night, after my meal I head into the training area to start trying to figure out my magic and how to utilize it.

I begin meditating focusing on my heart beat feeling its flow and a little bit of something else, something different a warm feeling rushed through my body as I sense it, mana flowing from my heart throughout my body into my limbs and to my fingers and toes, I loose myself in the feeling for awhile getting pulled out of it my a system notification.

Dick was not having a good day, First he responded to a armed robbery only to get distracted by a kid seemingly able to shove an unlimited amount of things into his pockets, Then Bruce came and grilled him for about ten minutes about being distracted while on mission and then he had lost the dang kid because he booked it out the back door while he was dealing with the crooks robbing the store. "Young master Greyson, I'd recommend leaving the brooding to Master Wayne," Alfred said behind him. "But I messed up I somehow couldn't find a dang five year old kid Alfred." Dick complained, "Indeed you did Young master Dick, but instead of brooding might I recommend learning from your mistakes and coming to eat your dinner before it gets cold?" Alfred stated.
