Looking at this information the system doesn't have to explain much. Rito quickly got the understanding. The most shocking thing is that his bloodline has two very strong ancient bloodlines of both Uzumaki and Senju.

So he calmed down and asked the system.
"Sister System, tell me how can I get the luck points."
The system immediately answered with a very playful but slightly lewd tone.
"Host, you can get luck points by fucking woman or fucking up a man (causing problems). But before that, host has to choose the right woman to fuck. Host doesn't have to worry because system will choose them for you.
The system would issue simple quest or remainder for the host about this information for free. After fucking a woman host can leave his mark that is a special symbol that host has on the body of the target. This way host can harvest fixed amount of luck points from that target.
But marking requires host to spend luck points. So host has to be careful of wasting luck points. There is no upper limit to number of woman host can mark but based on the level of the woman the luck points spent or obtained varies.
Ordinary woman 10 luck points, Genin woman 100 luck points, Chunin woman 1000 luck points…. Increases by 10 times per level…. Similarly, fucking up men, cheating them, beating them, taking their chance and breaking up their family like a villain has similar results.
Another condition is that host has to fuck that woman to get a chance to spend luck points to mark that woman. If that woman is the main character the amount of luck points that host gets increases. But host cannot force a woman and only act if the woman is willing.
Well foreplay is not obstructed and not rewarded. The fucking is complete if you and the woman reaches climax once. For getting the women quickly host would be provided with hints by the system but the hints cost luck points.
Similarly, if host were to defeat, cuck, intercept, successfully slander or blame, or kill a man host would get luck points of that person. But there is no marking function on men because host is a man in this life.
If by chance host discovered a jutsu that can switch your gender and want to see the life of a woman then host might get the marking function on men but stops on woman. It is the choice of the host."
