Waking up in the morning is hard. But the only reason I wake up is to see my only friend Rose who has been my friend since we were born. Otherwise I don't care, both my parents are dead and I somehow survived what they didn't which was a bomb. Today will mark the 16th year anniversary of their death and my 16th birthday. See the school I go to is a school who's main focus is learning about Curses they have not had a breakthrough in about 100 years when they found out about a bug that they thought was a curse... It wasn't but it did lead them to something important that they still haven't revealed it but at this point they probably forgot about what happened. Hey there is Rose she is next to the bread station to buy the new weekly weird bread it's macaroni and cheese mixed with Sour bread apparently Rose says its really good I say good morning to her and she replied back with a good morning too. We walk to school and class is about to start when everyones phones starts playing a loud beeping noise, it was an emergency. Apparently the new cursed people have been chosen and a mark has appeared on their hand. Everyone looks at me and Rose like we did something wrong and then I noticed. There is a mark on my hand and it's the symbol of a human. And then Rose brings her hand over to me and says she was cursed too but she didn't tell me what curse
