Chapter 354 - Chapter 354: Beautiful Flowers in the Rain

An old Taoist with shifty eyes and a nun with a flat chest were fiercely arguing about a delicate issue.

After crossing the final boundary between a man and a woman, would their relationship turn warm or cold?

The old Taoist priest, with his calculating eyes, argued that it would grow cold.

As the saying goes, "What you can't have is always most alluring." Once the pursuit is over and the heat of the moment fades, the relationship between the man and the woman would naturally grow distant.

The nun, unconvinced, countered, "If a girl gives herself fully to a man, making the transition from girl to woman, she would undoubtedly become more attached to him."

Their heated debate continued without a clear resolution.

The old Taoist priest proudly declared, "Though I am a Taoist, I have been with dozens of women. Once I've succeeded, I quickly lose interest."

"Bah! Scum! Shame on your sect!" the nun muttered under her breath, disgusted.

She then scoffed, "Can a few seconds of sex really be called love?"

"Why not?" The old Taoist straightened his chest smugly. "Ahem, Gianna Semel, let's stick to the topic. Please refrain from personal attacks. It's not slander!"

"Well, from a woman's perspective," the nun continued, "if I share everything with a man I truly like, I would definitely grow closer to him in the future. Unless he's like you—treating intimacy as just a fleeting moment."

"Are you sure you're even a woman?" The old Taoist teased, puffing out his chest.

The nun's expression darkened.

Perry Moreno, tired of the bickering, waved his hand. "Forget it. A gentleman doesn't argue with a woman. Besides, we're not involved in this matter. The one in the room is your disciple."

The two continued their playful banter, but then they grew serious.

Perry looked thoughtful and asked, "Do you really think Angela Clark will do it?"

After a pause, Gianna Semel nodded. "I believe so. We know Angela's feelings for John Lopez. If she refuses, it means they haven't reached that level of intimacy. Everything William Moreno did would be for nothing."

Gianna Semel reflected on how, before his madness, William Moreno had brought John Lopez and the seven girls together, hoping they'd develop a deeper connection. If Angela Clark hesitated to sacrifice her virginity to save John Lopez, it could only mean their bond wasn't as strong as hoped. In that case, all the efforts would have been in vain.

The thought left a bitter taste, but Gianna Semel decided to leave the matter in Angela's hands.

A while later, Perry couldn't wait any longer and asked, "How did it go?"

Gianna Semel smiled meaningfully. "Very loud!"

Perry Moreno stood there, dumbfounded.

Inside a stone cave, John Lopez lay on a stone bed, filled with a mix of emotions.

He could distinctly feel Angela Clark's transformation—from a girl to a woman, from clumsy to graceful, from tension to release. The experience was indescribable, like a delicate flower trembling at the first drops of rain. But as the rain grew heavier, the flower began to dance, responding to the rhythm of the storm.

To his surprise, John Lopez's Nameless Divine Skill had not only succeeded but had even produced an unexpected result. Inside him, he felt a faint crystalline essence—a symbol of Angela Clark's transformation.

"Damn that old bastard! He really played me!" John Lopez cursed inwardly.

But he couldn't deny that the transformation had indeed worked, even if it hadn't gone as planned. He had little knowledge of the Nameless Divine Skill, having never seen it practiced by anyone else. How could he be certain of the outcome?

Angela Clark, now a cultivator, felt the same strange energy flowing through her, a result of John Lopez's influence. Her speed in gathering vital energy was astonishing.

It wasn't until the latter part of the experience that Angela completely surrendered herself, letting go of all her inhibitions.

As John Lopez stirred, groaning as if waking up, Angela Clark quickly pulled back, standing as if startled. She instinctively covered herself with her skirt.

Blushing furiously, she helped him adjust his clothes, but when she noticed the dark stain on his pants, her heart skipped a beat.

"You…" she began, her voice trembling.

To avoid embarrassment, John Lopez pretended to regain full consciousness.

"Ah! John Lopez, you're awake! Are you okay?" Angela asked, her voice a mixture of relief and confusion.

John Lopez looked up, feigning confusion. "What's wrong with me?"

"You were poisoned," Angela explained quickly, "Perry Moreno saved you, but… it was a bit messy. It's all over your pants. It was careless."

John Lopez's heart softened as he glanced at the dark red stain on his pants. He couldn't help but feel a surge of pity. What a silly girl.

Though both had acted irresponsibly, John Lopez felt a deep sense of guilt. He wondered what she would think if she knew the truth—that it had all been a setup.

"Oh, I see," he replied casually. "I remember something about bloodletting therapy—it's quite effective. I've missed you, Fifth Sister."

With that, he stood up and walked toward Angela Clark, opening his arms for a warm embrace.

His eyes were full of affection.
