Chapter 255 - Chapter 255: The Ban of the Australian Ninja League

The reason Australia had established the Australian Ninja League was partly to compete with the U.S. Martial Arts League.

"You have martial artists? Well, we have ninjas. We're no weaker than you."

Many Australians even proudly claimed that the Ninja League had several strongholds within the United States—and none had ever been discovered by the U.S. Martial Arts League. It was a boast meant to mock the perceived incompetence of the Americans.

The Australian Ninja League had made such provocative declarations more than once.

Until…

The Oracle appeared.

That terrifying organization changed everything.

Since then, the Australians had gone silent.

Especially after the incident three years ago—when the Oracle King single-handedly annihilated nine top-level ninjas in under three minutes.

His overwhelming strength sent shockwaves through the leadership of the Australian Ninja League.

But the true horror came the following night.

The Oracle King personally infiltrated the home of the Ninja League Lord while he was asleep. The brief exchange that followed between the two men completely shattered the Lord's psychological defenses.

That same night, the Lord issued a secret decree: withdraw all hidden forces from the United States immediately.

Since then, merely hearing the name "Oracle King" was enough to make even elite ninjas tremble.

America was lucky.

They had the Oracle.

But Canada wasn't so fortunate. The Australian Ninja League still had numerous agents embedded there.

Worse still, many of Canada's wealthy elites had secretly funded these ninja operatives.

That was why Jeff Colter had no choice.

He had to travel all the way to Australia to personally inform Mandel Regan about his son's death.

If he didn't come clean, the hidden forces still stationed in Canada might kill him just to keep things quiet.

"You just said… my son was killed by an American?" Mandel's voice dropped, and a dark, murderous aura surged around him.

Jeff collapsed to the floor, visibly shaken. He kowtowed over and over, barely able to speak. His voice stammered unintelligibly, fear choking his words.

Mandel, consumed by rage, lost all patience. He roared, "Take me to the U.S. right now. I'm going to kill that man myself!"

Tiffany Joe, who had been silently standing nearby, turned pale with fright. "Mr. Regan, please calm down! Have you forgotten the ban? The order from the League leader—no top-level ninja is allowed to set foot on American soil."

"What ban?" Mandel growled, his voice trembling with fury. "My son died in America! And you're talking to me about some damn ban?!"

His rage made Tiffany's legs go weak, her face white with fear.

Still, she gathered her courage, knelt before Mandel, and pleaded, "Mr. Regan… please remember. This isn't just an order from the League leader—it's about the Oracle King."

The truth was, the League leader had wanted to send more forces into the U.S. to stir up chaos.

But he couldn't.

Not after what happened that night three years ago. Not after facing the Oracle King himself.

Since then, the once-proud leader of the Australian Ninja League had become a shell of his former self—timid and fearful. Even hearing the words "Oracle King" would send him into a panic.

That was how terrifying the Oracle King was.

His name alone carried enough weight to shake the world.

Mandel's clenched fists slowly loosened. Sanity returned to his eyes—but the hatred in them still burned.

Of course, he wanted to fly to America right now and rip the murderer apart with his own hands.

But Tiffany was right.

If he revealed his identity while in the U.S., it could draw the Oracle King's wrath—not just on him, but on the entire Australian Ninja League. If that happened… the entire organization might be wiped off the map.

Mandel couldn't take that risk.

Tiffany gently tried to console him. "Mr. Regan, allow me to go instead. I'm not a top-level ninja—the ban doesn't apply to me. And killing an American… that won't be a problem."

Mandel's fists tightened again, his jaw clenched. He didn't want someone else to carry out this revenge. Letting someone else kill the murderer didn't feel like justice.

Tiffany seemed to read his thoughts.

"Don't worry, Mr. Regan," she said with a grim smile. "I won't kill him quickly. I'll make sure to torture him first—make his life a living hell."

In fact, if she had the option, she would rather bring the man back alive—so Mandel could personally take his revenge.

Hearing this, Mandel's rage eased slightly. His eyes narrowed. "You must make him suffer. Be as cruel as possible. And… make him confess to my son before he dies."

"I understand," Tiffany said solemnly.

"One more thing," Mandel added. "Record it. I want to see how miserable he is when he dies. If you handle this well… I'll make an exception and promote you to a top-level ninja."

Tiffany's eyes lit up. "Thank you, Mr. Regan."

She rose, ready to depart for America. As she turned to leave, she glanced at Jeff and said coldly, "You—take me to the U.S. right now. Show me who this murderer is."

Jeff, still rattled from Mandel's earlier outburst, could barely form words. After a long pause, he stammered, "N-No… no…"

"No?" Mandel's voice dropped, sharp and deadly.

Jeff's body shuddered.

But this time, despite the fear, he forced himself to speak.

"No need… The American said… he'll come here himself in the next couple of days. He also said…"

Jeff hesitated.

What he said next stunned everyone in the Australian Ninja League.

The murderer… was coming here?

Was he insane?

Was this suicide?

Mandel's expression darkened. "What else did he say?" he asked coldly.

Jeff trembled and gritted his teeth. "He said… Mr. Regan should prepare an apology gift… because he's coming to accept your apology."
